t amount in full. We told Ann we would need the limo from 11 am to 3 pm. We were done with the limo at 3:36 pm . The funeral was May 21st but they charged our credit card an additional $459 on May 20th before services were even rendered for a total of $759 way more than we were quoted. We called Ann and she agreed that charges didn't look right and told us she needed to call her driver Randy to see what the problem was. Ann then said she would call us back to resolve the issue and she never did . we called Ann four times and Ann still has not called us back. They will not refund the money that was overcharged or even give us an invoice breakdown. We left the limo clean and I didn't even complain about the AC not working. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

ANCELED TWO DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, moved on, hired a new company on the fly. BUT THEN they did not refund our money like they said they would. I had to press them about it for THREE WEEKS, it wasn't until I threatened legal pursuit did they start responding to my emails again and refund the money. Don't trust them! If anyone was wondering I used riverplace Limousine and they were great! Might I add same price but bigger space and better accommodations.

great. The day of the wedding, Shelly with the front office called. Again, I gave her the same instructions that were previously given the day before. When the limo arrived, he picked up the groom/groomsmen and never returned. He was supposed to return to pick up the bride/bridesmaids. When I called to see where he was, they called the driver to check. He stated he was never given instructions to return to pick up the bride/bridesmaids. He was 1 hour late picking up bride. When he did eventually arrive, it started pouring rain and the limo had NO WINDSHIELD wipers! Driver had to drive down the interstate without wipers, a total road hazard! When we finally arrived at the ceremony location, we had no time for pre-wedding photos and now I have no photos with any of my bridesmaids. When I emailed Dynasty to tell them my opinion on the matter, no one replied or offered to compensate us for our trouble and their mistake!! Will NEVER USE AGAIN! (PS - not drivers fault).

They weren't helpful at all and didn't give us very much detail on anything. My dad told them not to bother and called another limo company in Jacksonville to transport us for the wedding (AA Susie's Limousine.. who is amazing! We had a Range Rover limo). They now don't even offer any SUV limo's on their website anymore so they were obviously holding something back from us.. DO NOT USE THEM! I have seen many bad stories on review boards about them and they never give explanations..
We had a very large wedding party (14 bridesmaids, 7 groomsmen, 2 flower girls and a ring bearer) so it was difficult to find a limo to fit all of us! The Party Bus was so much fun...

going on they tried to contact my wedding coordinator- who was a disaster of a person. So my husband and I did not know until we went to leave that there was a problem. We had reserved a 2010 Rolls Royce Phantom- amazing car!! They had a black and white Bently- which was nice, just not the look we were going for. Everyone at Dynasty was so amazing. They refunded all of our money. We will definitely use them again. Things happen that you cannot control, but they handled themselves so professionally.
