We hired they're limo service for a funeral and Ann quoted me $139 an hour and stated we would need to pay a $300 deposit on May 14th that would be applied to our bill. We paid tha...
t amount in full. We told Ann we would need the limo from 11 am to 3 pm. We were done with the limo at 3:36 pm . The funeral was May 21st but they charged our credit card an additional $459 on May 20th before services were even rendered for a total of $759 way more than we were quoted. We called Ann and she agreed that charges didn't look right and told us she needed to call her driver Randy to see what the problem was. Ann then said she would call us back to resolve the issue and she never did . we called Ann four times and Ann still has not called us back. They will not refund the money that was overcharged or even give us an invoice breakdown. We left the limo clean and I didn't even complain about the AC not working. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
The company was already sketchy to begin with as when asking to see the limo they wanted to meet at a gas station. But after booking for a wedding that needed transportation they C...
ANCELED TWO DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, moved on, hired a new company on the fly. BUT THEN they did not refund our money like they said they would. I had to press them about it for THREE WEEKS, it wasn't until I threatened legal pursuit did they start responding to my emails again and refund the money. Don't trust them! If anyone was wondering I used riverplace Limousine and they were great! Might I add same price but bigger space and better accommodations.
Absolute Best limo company I've ever used We definitely recommend them to everyone I talk to and everyone in our group of 16 people would do the same Dynasty limousine is t...

I hired Dynasty Limousine to take a group of us to Night of Lights in St. Augustine. The inside of the limo was impeccable. They thought of everything. Refreshments and snacks...
for the ride. I would recommend Dynasty to my friends and family.
You still owe me $10 for the gas I put in your limo to make it back to your office
I rented 2 Cadillac Limos from Dynasty and they looked fantastic. I was not an easy customer...many different locations for pics and several family members needed to be dropped of...
f separately. The drivers did a great job and everything went off without a hitch. I have a friend who is getting married in August that I am referring to you.
Very nice people and a great limo for our Wedding. They were there early and really helped with the planning. Definitely 5 stars!
My wife and I rented their Black stretch for our big day and the car and chauffeur were top notch. He was dressed in a black suit and the car was spotless. This is a gr4eat compa...

Thank you to Mary for the help in planning our Wedding. I looked at the reviews and the company is under new management and it shows. Great service and our limo was beautiful and...
on time. Dynasty does a great job give them a try you won't be sorry.
Over all rating is not good. The car was dirty, ac was not working, the driver was rude and the worst part is....they forgot to pick us up! Oh men! Why on earth they do this kind...
of business? After a week of the wedding we called/left messages and nobody returned our phone call until today.
Absolutely awful! Communication was good at first during the booking process. The day before the wedding, I spoke with the office to let them know the day of plans. Everything was ...
great. The day of the wedding, Shelly with the front office called. Again, I gave her the same instructions that were previously given the day before. When the limo arrived, he picked up the groom/groomsmen and never returned. He was supposed to return to pick up the bride/bridesmaids. When I called to see where he was, they called the driver to check. He stated he was never given instructions to return to pick up the bride/bridesmaids. He was 1 hour late picking up bride. When he did eventually arrive, it started pouring rain and the limo had NO WINDSHIELD wipers! Driver had to drive down the interstate without wipers, a total road hazard! When we finally arrived at the ceremony location, we had no time for pre-wedding photos and now I have no photos with any of my bridesmaids. When I emailed Dynasty to tell them my opinion on the matter, no one replied or offered to compensate us for our trouble and their mistake!! Will NEVER USE AGAIN! (PS - not drivers fault).
I booked my limo (the black SUV Escalade limo) for my wedding months before the big day. They charged my dad's credit card when we booked it but on the DAY OF the wedding, they cal...
led my dad and told him the limo was "not available." The said they could send two town car limo's that only seat 8, but my bridal party was 14 and I wanted everyone together. They weren't helpful at all and didn't give us very much detail on anything. My dad told them not to bother and called another limo company in Jacksonville to transport us for the wedding (AA Susie's Limousine.. who is amazing! We had a Range Rover limo). They now don't even offer any SUV limo's on their website anymore so they were obviously holding something back from us.. DO NOT USE THEM! I have seen many bad stories on review boards about them and they never give explanations..
We had a very large wedding party (14 bridesmaids, 7 groomsmen, 2 flower girls and a ring bearer) so it was difficult to find a limo to fit all of us! The Party Bus was so much fun...
for all of us! The only issue was that the bus was a little late and didn't end up having the red carpet out in front of it or the "Just Married" sign they said they would have. I know the reason it was late was because there was an issue with the bus. I know they can't help it if something unexpected happens, but it did cut into the hour I had them booked for.
Great service!
The driver was 30 minutes late picking me up for my wedding. I missed out on a lot of pictures on that day because of them. WHen my dad was trying to call them tp find out why th...
ey were late, they kept giving him the run around. Thier excuse ended up being that their gig before mine ran late and they refuse to bring the vehicle to the next client until it has been thoroughly cleaned. Too bad I didn't know this information before we booked them.
Dynasty was affordable and everyone I dealt with was VERY nice. However they mixed up the plans on who to pick up first and was at the wrong place. They also said they would provid...
e ice in the limo and they did not. The driver was great, and the limo was nice.
Dynasty Planning did great the day of our wedding! But they called 10 times to ask the same question the months before.
I spoke with Shelly at dynasty about 3 weeks before the wedding..this was an item I had overlooked in the planning process. She was very accomodating and I was pleased with the ser...

We reserved a car that was not yet in their possession. They were supposed to receive the car the night before our wedding, but something went wrong. Instead of telling me what was...
going on they tried to contact my wedding coordinator- who was a disaster of a person. So my husband and I did not know until we went to leave that there was a problem. We had reserved a 2010 Rolls Royce Phantom- amazing car!! They had a black and white Bently- which was nice, just not the look we were going for. Everyone at Dynasty was so amazing. They refunded all of our money. We will definitely use them again. Things happen that you cannot control, but they handled themselves so professionally.
