From initial meeting and planning to coordinating the wedding day time line with vendors to playing the perfect music at the perfect time….you were exactly everything we had hoped for. You provided easy to use software to help organize music, listened to bride/groom’s wishes, always communicated in a personal yet professional manner and kept our family and friends on the dance floor all night long (something we will always remember). William and the EA Pro team did an incredible job at our wedding! He went out of his way to create a customized, first rate experience that was far better than other DJ services we compared. We opted for the advanced lighting package and photo booth, both of which made our reception more special and unique. His communication and music portal made planning more convenient and fun, and he was very responsive to our questions along the way. Our guests were blown away by the entertainment and environment created by William and we give him our highest recommendation!

EA Pro Music provided DJ, up lightening and photobooth services at our wedding and we absolutely loved working with them. William is so organized and great at communicating. He was by far one our favorite vendors to work with. On top of playing great music that kept our dance floor full all night long, we had tasked him with multiple special requests (including an end of the night sing-a-long) and he nailed all of them. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Before I had my wedding, I went to 5 WEDDINGS in a year. And let me tell you this, they didn't come anywhere CLOSE to how amazing William and EA Pro was. The transitions were seamless, the people loved him, the lighting was spectacular, and he single handedly ran our entire wedding without a hitch. William was AMAZING. He was organized, well prepared, and really listened to what we wanted. He accommodated our traditions and worked with us on songs in different languages. His music transitions were great and he really knew how to read the room. He was very calm and helpful throughout the entire wedding day. We cannot recommend him enough.

William did a fantastic job as our wedding DJ! He kept the party going and throughout the night the dance floor was never empty. He played every single song we requested and did a great job selecting other music to match the feel we wanted! He made sure to check in with us when he was about to make announcements so that nothing was a surprise, and made sure to follow any details we requested (such as announcing when the cake was set out and calling out certain time periods during the anniversary dance). Additionally, the software on his portal was super easy to use and made sure that everything we wanted got played. I highly recommend William to anyone in need of DJ services, you won’t regret it!

Sam DJ'd our wedding in September of 2022. My husband and I could not have picked a better DJ! The dance floor was full all night, and guests are still telling us and our parents how much they enjoyed the DJ. Not only was Sam amazing during the wedding, but he was helpful during the planning process. We had various check-ins to see how he could support the planning process and helped to create our reception timeline. If I never need a DJ for another event, I 100% would book Sam and EA Pro Music.

Sam DJ'd our wedding this past August and did an incredible job!! He was awesome to work with throughout the entire planning process, knew the day-of-timeline very well, and kept the energy high and our guests dancing throughout the whole night. We loved using the online platform to choose which songs we wanted played at key moments during our wedding. William worked with us and our outdoor venue to make sure we had great quality sound throughout our outdoor ceremony and tented reception. We were extremely happy with Sam from EA Pro Music for our wedding reception. The system for adding preferred music was easy to use, communication was great, and the event went smoothly. Sam was very personable, responsive and helpful to all of our questions and requests. Multiple guests said they thought our DJ and the music was outstanding! Sam added a few personal touches like passing a microphone around so some of our friends sing a lyric or two to a popular song and asking the longest married couple to give us words of wisdom after the anniversary dance. Name pronunciations were flawless (very important for our international guests!!), and any announcements were un-intrusive. Very happy with the service!

William traveled all the way from Indiana where we are from to Snowshoe, WV for our destination wedding, and made sure that we got a package customized to our needs for our intimate day. William from EA Pro Music was an absolute highlight of our wedding. During the planning process he was very involved, easy to talk to and trustworthy. From the moment we first spoke to William we knew we had made a fantastic choice. The online planning portal was very helpful and easy to use as well. William emceed both our ceremony and reception exceptionally well. During our ceremony he had to loop the processional song because things were taking longer than expected but did it so flawlessly that my wife and myself almost didn’t even notice. During the reception his announcements we clear and precise and he helped us stay on track while also adapting to a changing timeline during the evening. William and EA Pro Music is the perfect example of what you should want and expect from your DJ and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone no matter your style or venue. They were so easy to work with, from the online portal to the personal meeting to finalize our music options with William. They coordinated with our wedding planner and our one man band Kyle Jennings so well! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We also booked their Photo Booth and our guests loved it!

We had initially reached out to a different DJ service, they were booked and recommended EA Pro, and we are SO glad they did. William was WONDERFUL to work with. He knows his trade really well, and was instrumental in creating a wedding timeline for us (that was SUPER helpful and came in handy when having to communicate with other vendors) He knows how to keep the party going, and was very polite and professional. My husband who was NOT into the idea of having a DJ left after our first meeting with him extremely impressed, and only continued to be more impressed with him the closer we got to the wedding. He does a great job of walking his clients through the planning process and catering his music to the current vibe of the actual event. DJ Sam from EA Pro music was awesome at our wedding earlier this month! Leading up to the event, he was very easy to work with and helped us prepare for our day buy guiding us through the worksheet/plans. The day of the event he was very professional and fun to work with - he read the vibe of our guests and slowly built the dance floor up for the party we were hoping for by the end of the night! Highly recommend hiring the EA Pro Music team!

William was amazing!!!! He made sure everything ran smoothly, the music was perfect. He was so helpful through the entire planning process and ESPECIALLY on wedding day and even went out of his way to help and answer questions that had nothing to do with music.

We used EA Pro music for our daughter’s wedding. We had an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception so that involved two set ups. The DJ Connor set up without having to ask us questions or bother us. He practiced with our soloist and speakers again without having to bother us. He did a great job at both sites. I appreciated all the before contacts they made to make sure they had everything they needed for the day. It was great to have professionals do their job without needing us on that day. It left us free to enjoy the day. We highly recommend using them for your event.

Working with William was awesome! From the incredibly organized planning system, to meeting with William to discuss the big day, to the actual BIG DAY- he definitely played a huge role in the success of our wedding. Worked with William at EA Pro for our wedding on May 29, 2021 and it was the best experience and I would highly recommend! We were originally scheduled to be married May 30, 2020 - then Covid happened - and we had to postpone until this year. William was so understanding when we had to make the difficult decision to postpone. Once we decided to move forward officially in 2021, William was super helpful and very responsive to each and every question we had leading up to the big day. Loved the planning tool EA Pro uses - it made it so much easier to see the timeline and make sure that songs we wanted played, were played. There aren't enough good things to say about this company!

My husband and I got married on October 17th and I can not tell you enough about EA pro music! Sam was our DJ all day and night and let me tell you, he got the party started and never let it die. He did our ceremony and was spot on with the music and timing and that meant so much to me and he nailed it! Then, came the reception. Oh my gosh, like I said, I can’t rave enough about him! Not for one second was our dance floor empty and that was my biggest concern but Sam never let that happen. He played everything we requested but we also gave him free range and he knew when and what to play at all the right times! If you are torn between who you want to hire, EA pro music is seriously the best choice without a doubt! They made our wedding even more amazing and super stress free! Thanks guys!

William was such an amazing wedding DJ - he was great to work with through the whole process, and the tools were so helpful in our planning. He created a mash up of songs I picked out and it was perfect! He had great recommendations and knew how to keep the crowd dancing. Loved working with these guys! They were very responsive to calls and emails and continually helped keep us on pace with wedding planning with check-in calls and emails. They have an easy to use system for designing playlists (and do not play lists) for any of your wedding needs. We worked with William to set everything up and Sam was our DJ- so happy with both :)

The owner (William) goes above and beyond his duties the venue we got married at was close to him and out of state for us and I kid you not he actually helped us plan details we would have never thought of. His attention to details on the timeline, venue set up and our live singing we had during our 1st dance were nothing short of exceptional. Of all the items at our wedding he was definetly our biggest bang for our buck! I get so many compliments on our music and the dance floor and I like to think it’s all due to his expertise. We thought we’d want to micromanage music but honestly we ended up letting him do his thing and we are so glad we did plus it was one less thing on our plates. Not to mention I ended up not hiring a day of coordinator due to all of his advice! I might add we paid for him to do our ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and lighting and still came in way under budget! Such an awesome person to work with!

William Frisbie DJ'd for our September 30th wedding and did an exceptional job meeting every request we had and beyond. William was very involved from day one, easy to get a hold of when we had questions (available via text/call/email), super laid back & easy to work with, and exceeded all of our expectations with his services. We loved the online music account he set us up with early on- it allowed us to customize each part of our wedding day and organize our song selections down to what songs we absolutely wanted, when we wanted them to play, and what songs we didn't want at all. It also made it really easy for us to communicate what reception events we did and did not want to include in our day. Our entire wedding day was outdoor and the reception was under a tent, something that was completely new to me & hubby. That being said, William also advised us on our table/dance floor layout and offered a lighting package that equipped us with the perfect party atmosphere, even after the sun went down. One concern of ours was hiring a DJ who wasn't cheesy and on the mic more than necessary, William was neither cheesy or overbearing on the mic. He also played great music (not at all cliche like many weddings we've been to) and connected with us & our guests to keep the party vibes at a level 10 all day long. William executed on helping us throw the funnest dance party (one of our #1 requests) as our guests are still raving about how much fun they had on the dance floor. We would definitely recommend hiring William Frisbie with EA Pro Music as your DJ/MC for any event and are also keeping his info for our future DJ needs.
