Our coordinators Nicole & Alex were incredibly organized, responsive, and genuinely cared about every detail of our wedding. They worked closely with us to bring our vision to life, and we felt supported every step of the way. The indoor reception space is elegant, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the food—it was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and served right on time. The bartenders were also fantastic and kept the energy high all night long! One of our favorite parts of choosing Eagle Creek was the convenience. The venue is located in a quiet, scenic area but still very accessible for our out-of-town guests. Plus, everything—from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception—flowed effortlessly in one location. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. ng! They were able to recommend the best outside vendors, so it made everything *SO MUCH* easier to figure out instead of having to do all our research on our own. Their professionalism in getting your wedding day how you want is so smooth and amazing, you don't even notice until everything has gone perfectly. The venue is a little slice of paradise in the heart of Lake Nona, but so secluded that you don't hear anything other than your wedding. They did everything to make me happy on my big day, and I couldn't be happier. The next morning, I laid in bed and kept telling my new husband that I'm shocked over how well it went. Almost two months later and I'm still over the moon.

en if you sent a response to their email within 10 minutes of receiving it, you will still be waiting for weeks on end. This is a terrible example of customer service. If they do not care enough to give you the time of day prior to booking, they do not care about your wedding. While the spaces are beautiful, you should be allowed to enjoy your wedding instead of stressing about whether or not the team at Eagle Creek understands the details so save yourself the headache and choose a different venue!!!

Jennifer was responsive, friendly and coordinated our day perfectly. The ceremony on the lawn was beautiful and the reception inside stunning. The entire team at Eagle Creek Golf Club was friendly, fun, helpful and made our day run perfectly. We loved having our wedding day at Eagle Creek!

eautiful stones on the outside. While there are many gorgeous venue choices in Florida, what really made Eagle Creek stand out from the crowd was the staff and the flexibility. Ashley, the onsite event coordinator, is the reason I chose this venue over the rest. She was so welcoming from the very first meeting we had. She really makes it her goal to make sure she can help you create your dream wedding. On our first meeting she explained all of the different ceremony and reception options available which made me feel like I was in control of my own vision. The package offered by the venue includes so many things that would be extra at other locations such as chiavari chairs and choice of linen color. Throughout the planning process, Ashley always made herself available when we had any questions or concerns. She offered us great advice, ideas, and recommendations for local vendors since we live about an hour from the venue. In the end, the our wedding was an absolute dream and it would not have been possible without the amazing effort that Ashley put in.

met Ashley, we knew that was it. Ashley welcomed us with open arms and was my backbone while planning my wedding. She was there night and day to answer any questions I had or just to simply vent. I can’t say enough good things about her. She was an integral part of our wedding and we’re forever grateful to have worked with her. The night of our rehearsal dinner, a bartender had an unexpected event and couldn’t be there. Ashley and other coworkers stepped in like it was nothing. Not only did we have an incredible wedding coordinator, but I’m happy to say we gained a friend for life. Eagle Creek- you guys should feel so lucky that Ashley Poulin works for you. She has a heart of gold and I’m excited for the next couple who gets the pleasure of having Ashley by their side as she was by ours. Thank you, Ashley and Eagle Creek for making my dream a reality. Thank you, Ashley, for sticking by me even when I was going crazy. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts for being so good with our guests and vendors. We truly had the best day of our lives because of Ashley and will remember this day forever.

was the Catering Sales Manager in charge and she was amazing! We had a great meeting with her, she helped us to secure the perfect venue, package, and everything we needed. She ended up leaving Eagle Creek a few months prior to our wedding. I was so nervous when this happened but had faith that all would go well. We then got in touch with Ashley and Jennifer who would now be handling our wedding and I must say, the communication was NOT great, even my coordinator who they hire had trouble getting in contact with them. Jennifer who supposedly executed our event we met one time, and it wasn't the best encounter. She was at our tasting and then another couple came and she didn't even say goodbye, she just got up from our table and went to theirs. We were in the middle of organizing our linens and event so as you can imagine, it was quite worrisome wondering if the person executing our event was going to get it right. This was not a group tasting so it didn't make a ton of sense why they would schedule two couples on the same day. On top of all of this, Ashley and Jennifer who were supposedly executing our event with our coordinator never showed up to our rehearsal which was scheduled for the day before our wedding at 10 AM. We were there until 11 AM and we never say them. We provided our room layout to both our coordinator and Ashley, so they had it in their timeline, yet, our tables were not set up correctly. Usually I wouldn't be this picky, but my dad was sat in the back of the room, in a corner, where he as well as another table, couldn't see any part of our reception. Our cake got cut, but no-one, including my husband and myself actually was served the cake. They put the cake on a table and then on a table tray near the back door. Most people didn't even get a piece because no-one knew where it was. In our discussions, we were supposed to receive to go boxes of our food and never received any. We were told that golfing for the group would be 4 free and the rest around $20-$30 a person but when I called to schedule it, they quoted me at $69 and $79 a person instead. I was able to work something out with the scheduler of golfing, but it was at an awkward time the day before our wedding, so just beware that the cost will change if you're planning on using that perk. With all of the negative, I will say, Eagle Creek is a BEAUTIFUL venue to get married at. The outside Pergola is gorgeous, they were very reasonably priced, at least when we locked in, the inside space overlooking the fountain and golf course is beautiful, the food was AMAZING (compliments all around), and the staff were very nice and accommodating. Our event was beautiful and we would recommend Eagle Creek, but I would also recommend an outside coordinator if you're going to use this venue as it will relieve the stress that every bride feels the month before their wedding.

l hour on the cobblestone patio, and the views from the beautiful rotunda room for the reception were awesome. Ashley helped take care of so many things from linens, to drapings, to chairs, and so much more. And the food was delicious! Everyone loved the appetizers and their dinner. I would highly recommend having your wedding at Eagle Creek!

fer, I just wanted to know where to sign my name. I started the process with the Catering Sales Manager, Heather (who has since moved to another property) and immediately felt welcome! She was my first impression of Eagle Creek and she was incredible. When I found out Heather was moving on to another property half way through my wedding planning process, I was nervous. However, lucky for me, I met Ashley who exceeded my expectations! She is the sweetest person and truly wanted my day to go as perfect as possible. My whole team of vendors was incredible but it all wouldn't have been as magical if it wasn't for my incredible venue. We were able to have our ceremony outside on the lawn, cocktail hour on the cobblestone and reception inside (It's Florida, so even in October you can get a storm). My husband and I (along with our guests) cannot stop raving about our Eagle Creek experience. A lot of people (myself included) in Central Florida love the look of Bella Collina, but the price tag is out of this world. After going through my wedding photos and video, I realized I had my very own Bella Collina look without going bankrupt. In case a future bride or groom reads this, just know that you can get an incredible venue for a much better price tag. Eagle Creek, I love you and hope you all have many more decades of beautiful weddings!!

s that would still be gorgeous. Heather was very helpful, very sweet, went over a preliminary estimate and had no problems helping us add or remove services and number of guests. She helped us with some of the rentals. Everything turned out beautiful. The food was good and service was good, we heard no complaints from any guest, however... my hubby and I were a bit disappointed on the beef being slightly overcooked.... Overall, our day was perfect.

Eagle Creek also offered us an inside or an outside venue set up depending on our guest list size. Heather helped us along the way with all questions we had in our 15 month planning and also offered so many ideas and details to add to our wedding decor. She was very responsive to each of our calls and emails. We had so many wedding guests from out of town that were amazed at how beautiful "a golf course" wedding could be. Eagle Creek not only made our wedding vision come to life but they exceeded our expectations. We look forward to golfing at our wedding venue for future anniversaries and seeing the Eagle Creek staff again!

From the very first meeting Heather Parks, who stayed by my side (answering EVERY countless email) for 6 months to help plan and facilitate every detail and vendor, to meetings with chef Kim who spoiled us with awesome food and i keep getting comments about how we had “the best food we’ve ever tasted especially at a wedding!”, to the bar staff who were quick and Talented, and to Jennifer who made sure the entire night went off BEAUTIFULLY without a hitch! If you’re looking for an intimate, beautifully venue with a great view, staff (/emotional bride support lol) , food and a bar - you should 1000000% call Heather at EC - best decision i made for our Orlando wedding !! PS - my husband went golfing there the day before the wedding and said that was great too ;)

ry wedding! I worked with Heather to transform the outdoor space into a ceremony and reception of my dreams--and it was everything I envisioned and more! Eagle Creek provided an AMAZING event planner from Runway Events (Rebekkah Rosado), worked out every detail with our amazing rental company (Orlando Wedding and Party Rentals), and was very easy to communicate with. I can't say enough great things about this venue and their staff. If you are in the Orlando area, or wanting to get married in the Orlando area, take a look at Eagle Creek!

ws in the restaurant. It rained on our wedding day, and everything was smoothly moved indoors for our ceremony and shuffled around to fit cocktail hour/the reception perfectly. The menu selections were flexible, and Heather and the Chef accommodated my husband, myself, and a handful of guests with a completely vegan entree. The rest of our guests couldn't say enough about how great the food was, and the plethora of drinks. They raved about the bartenders and servers. The value for the cost was spot on, and I am very happy with the selections we made, and the prices we were given. It was in our neighborhood and close for our out-of-town guests. What I loved most was that we had the whole venue to ourselves, versus sharing the space in the big hotel scene. Jourdan even called to confirm the menu, and ask if there were any special drink that my husband and I would like served at the reception, and to make sure they had the most popular drinks stocked. (We payed for the top-shelf open bar, and it was totally worth it!) They even accommodated our family tradition of a shot to remember the family members that had passed and couldn't be with us. They were all wonderful!! The only things that we could nitpick about was that the tasting kept being put off, and the linen prices. We didn't get to taste the food or make menu selections until about a month/month 1/2 before our wedding. We were really getting worried, but it turned out alright. The linen prices seemed to be a little higher than the company that sends them, but it turned out great and worth it in the end!! I would definitely recommend Eagle Creek for a wedding and reception, or even a family gathering/party!!!

th you on customizing to your likes! Iveliz is the venue coordinator we worked with and she handled our ever changing ideas on the fly and with ease. When the day came it was perfect! The food was phenomenal, the decor perfect, the staff amazing, and the place looked beyond beautiful! We received so many compliments on the whole set up that Eagle Creek provided, I would recommend them to everyone! We used them for the venue, buffet package, open bar package, and it was not out of our budget at all!
