of the most reasonably priced and the views, staff and evening were perfect. I worked with Monica and she was available to answer any questions or accommodate any requests. The staff was professional and made our day go off without any concerns. Staff set everything up for me and did a great job. Very little stress. To top it all off I had left a necklace of my Grandmas at the venue that accidentally got thrown away.... the next day Monica ripped through all the garage to find it. I cannot begin to thank her and the staff for going above and beyond what they needed to. Go check the place out!

were looking for something that would provide everything we needed and a coordinator, so that planning wouldn't be so stressful. The venue offers ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, as well as the food. The price was within our budget and very reasonable. Working with Monica was amazing, she is a true gem! She was easy to work with, and made sure that everything turned out amazing for our big day. She had everything under control and coordinated with all the outside vendors (photographer, florist, cake, videographer and dj) so that everything ran smoothly. Monica put us at ease and we really were stress free during our wedding and had an amazing time! The views are amazing during the day and night and inside the reception area the lighting is very romantic. The food was so good! Everyone let us know how much they loved the food and how beautiful the venue was. Monica had champagne in the bridal suite which was a nice touch and she made sure when we were taking photos that we were warm - she had a blanket waiting for us in the golf car and she made sure my dress looked perfect in each photo, she also carried my train and helped to bustle my dress - she was like a second mom and I couldn't thank her enough for everything she did. She truly made this experience the best experience we have had and there is not enough words to express how amazing she is!

th, we knew without a doubt that Eagle Mountain was going to be the place we would bring all of our loved ones. The views are absolutely stunning both day and night. We said I do outside under two beautiful trees outlooking the golf course and then the reception had a 360 degree window view of the city lights in the distance. Gina was the wedding coordinator on site and she was AMAZING. She made sure if I had any questions on things we could do/couldn't do/suggestions that she got back to me asap. She was so friendly and made the stressful process of planning a wedding (especially out of country) an absolute breeze. She was there all night to make sure everything went smoothly and had a huge smile on her face. Our guests could not stop complimenting us on everything and said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We highly recommend this venue & Gina for your special day!

ril 2, 2016), and after I called several places with, unsurprisingly, no availability for a Saturday in peak wedding season, I contacted Gina and magically my date was available! I explained to her what happened and from then on, she was so incredibly accommodating. For example, we had planned to do barbecue at our original venue, so Gina allowed us to order food from their grill-style menu, even though it was normally only available in the summer months. She was also very responsive, and even though she was in grad school at the time, I never had to wait more than a day for an email response. Gina is amazing! The venue itself is beautiful. The ceremony site is right underneath these two trees that create a natural arch. We didn't have any decorations on the chairs or anywhere else at the ceremony because the scenery was so beautiful. Our pictures turned out better than I could have hoped. The food was really good (or so I heard from our guests). The reception space looked lovely and the weather was perfect so we were able to open up the huge windows that overlook the east valley. Gina coordinated directly with the photographers and the DJ, I barely had to do anything that day. The day went so well and after the stress I'd dealt with leading up to the wedding day, it really couldn't have gone any better. Our guests still tell us it's one of the best weddings they've ever been to and that's all thanks to Gina and Eagle Mountain.

o other venues we researched, so I felt our money was well spent. We got so many compliments from our guests on what a fabulous wedding it was, so it seems that everyone was impressed.

e of that is the ceremony site butts right up against the parking lot. The glass reception room is beautiful and continues to allow guests to enjoy the beautiful view. It will only fit 100 guests comfortably despite what the venue says. The food was superb and guests raved about the appetizers. What really sold me on this venue was the lower price than other surrounding venues in Scottsdale and Phoenix. Unfortunately for future brides it probably won't be as economical, because the venue was just in the process of updating the bridal menus to make them fancier, which also included in increasing the price. I initially worked with Nic who was super quick to respond, and then Gina took over the reigns. She definitely got the job done but her communications were not as quick as Nic's. She also did not communicate as effectively as I would have hoped (being a very detailed bride) because as she told me numerous times, "This is not my first time doing this". Overall though, the day was amazing! The venue looked great. Guests greatly enjoyed themselves because I often heard "This is the best wedding we have ever been to"...and most importantly my husband and I wouldn't have changed a thing about our day!

We had many guests fly in from out of town and all of them were amazed by the beauty of the golf course. If you choose to serve appetizers at your wedding, get the coconut shrimp. :)

we felt like we were just dollar signs and it didn’t matter what we wanted. Other venues made us feel like we should be privileged to have our wedding there. We told Nic that we were working with a budget, and he did everything to accommodate that budget. I am a very organized and detail oriented person, and had a lot of questions. Nic was always wonderful about responding to questions that I had and always on the ball. The weekend of our wedding Nic had everything handled, he just told me to tell him where I wanted everything and he would take care of the rest. Me being so detail oriented, I was sure that I would have to be there Saturday morning to make sure everything was perfect. When I got there Nic and his staff had everything just the way that I wanted and it was wonderful. It was so nice knowing that everything was taken care of on my wedding day and they only thing I had to do was to enjoy myself. The view from this place is breathtaking, and the way the windows open up in the reception hall is amazing! Our guests are still talking about what a great time they had at our wedding. From the view, to the flow of having a separate area for the bar and the patio, there were options for guests to enjoy themselves if they didn't feel like dancing. The food was great, we were so impressed! This place cannot be beat with any other place in the valley, it is by far the best and we looked at all of them!! Thank you Eagle Mountain for making our wedding day amazing!!
