Our wedding on September 20th, 2026, at Eagle Mountain Ranch was absolute perfection. The property is incredibly beautiful and serves as a quintessential Montana backdrop. We set u...p our ceremony on the open lawn with the mountains framed perfectly behind us. For the reception, the beautifully renovated, historic dairy barn was ideal for dinner and dancing, comfortably accommodating our guest list of nearly 100 people.
The overall flow between the venue's spaces worked incredibly well. Our guests loved gathering on the patio, and the converted grain silo right next to the barn made for a highly unique, picturesque bar space where everyone could mingle and enjoy the sunset views. The venue currently lacks a dedicated kitchen area, which made food preparation a slight struggle for catering, but we were easily able to make it work. The property will feel even more complete once the upcoming bridal suites officially open as a permanent getting-ready space. The space is so genuinely striking that several of our guests even messaged us after the wedding just to rave about how stunning the venue was!
Working with Lauren in the months leading up to our big day was a wonderful experience. She was exceptionally helpful and worked directly with us to build a custom rental package that fit our exact needs and budget. Throughout the entire planning process, Lauren remained highly responsive and reliable, answering our questions quickly and making sure we felt completely comfortable and ready for our event.
