Are you looking for the perfect location for your special event? The Earlysville Volunteer Fire Company is proud to open our doors and host your next wedding reception, birthday party, reunion, or quinceañera. This spacious hall accommodates up to 300 with a dance floor and is equipped with it's own private entrance leading to a parking lot that can hold up to 100 vehicles. This space also includes its own private foyer and bathrooms. Special features include an integrated sound system, video equipment, handicapped accessible facilities, and event lights. Use as many of our event tables and chairs necessary to fill the hall and party the night away! All included in your wedding package! Chair covers and table cloths are available to rent. Most people will agree that food and music are the two most important parts of a wedding, well, we have you covered! Our banquet hall includes a commercial kitchen equipped with a 12-range gas stove, oven, commercial fridge and freezer, as well as an ice-machine. A three compartment sink compliments the kitchen with ample prep space so that your caterer can cook the food you and your guests deserve on your special day.
