My now fiancé and I have always heard great things about this jeweler and we finally decided to go and check it out. Joy assisted us and walked us through the entire process - she was truly a joy to work with; I’m so thankful she was the rep who assisted us that day because she made all the difference. The store is beautiful, has a great selection, gets their rings made fast, and at a fair price! Only coming here for all my jewelry needs from now on!! They also offer 20% off wedding bands if you buy your engagement ring from them!

My fiancé and I went to Earth Treasures over a year ago to look at engagement rings. We worked with Beth and right away, she was attentive to the style that I said I liked and brought out rings just like what I described. She listened carefully to my feedback and provided me with options matching what I liked. Within a short time, I had already found a ring I loved. To be sure, we went to another jewelry store nearby and within a few minutes there, we had a very different experience and went right back to Earth Treasures to buy the engagement ring with Beth. Flash forward to a year later, we came back to buy our wedding bands. When working with Beth again, my fiancé was able to quickly find exactly the ring he wanted and Beth even helped him find the best priced ring. When it was my turn, I described what I wanted and she was able to set me up with a custom ring to match my engagement ring. I explained that I really love balance and it is my dream to have 2 wedding bands for a balanced, stacked look around my engagement ring, but I didn't have the budget for it at this time. A few hours after our appointment, Beth called me saying that she was putting out new stock and found an estate wedding band exactly in my size (which is a 3.5, so not a common size!) that was almost exactly the same as the custom ring I was ordering and a fraction of the price. She put it aside for me and put my order on hold until I had a chance to see the estate ring. The estate ring was a perfect fit and match for me. I bought both (even though Beth said it was okay if I only wanted the less expensive one) and was able to get the stacked look I wanted, for a very affordable price. While this is a long review, our experience at Earth Treasures was far from a regular jewelery store experience, so it deserves a detailed review. From the beginning of our experience a year ago to now, Beth has listened to us every step of the way and helped us find the rings we were looking for. She went so far as to call me when she found a ring exactly like the one I was looking for, even though it meant I may just buy the less expensive ring, because she knew what I was looking for. Truly I can't imagine looking for jewelery, especially jewelery as important as our engagement ring and wedding bands, anywhere else. At Earth Treasures, we were not just another sale, but we really felt like we were two people being given Beth's full attention to find us rings that were exactly what we wanted and we were never pressured into making any purchases that we didn't like. We highly recommend Earth Treasures and in particular, Beth, if you have the opportunity to work with her.

I have been going to Earth Treasures for many years to buy jewelry; my wedding bands were no different! Seamless experience, staff were so helpful, and my fiance and I walked out with our wedding rings in hand in about an hour and a half (this was the first place we had gone to look at rings and had no clue what we wanted when we walked in). They don't work on commission so they take their time with you and don't put the pressure on to buy something if you are not 100% sure of it.

My husband went to over 10 shops to find my engagement ring and was losing hope he would find the perfect one. With the help of their knowledgeable and friendly staff, he found the perfect one for me! We went back and bought wedding bands from there as well and had a great experience every time! We highly recommend them!

My fiancé and I went to Earth Treasures to pick out my engagement ring and Brianna made the entire process so smooth and easy! I had no clue what I wanted and she was so patient and knew all the right questions to ask until we finally found the perfect ring. And her awesomeness didn’t stop there! Once she heard we were attending a family party the next day, she immediately checked with her team to see if the sizing, setting, and appraisal could be done that day. We were in utter shock! Walked in fully expecting to have to wait 3-4 weeks and instead walked out with my dream ring that very day. I can’t thank Brianna and the rest of the team enough for making the day even more special!

My fiancé got my ring here! He worked with Lucinda! Lucinda helped my fiancé through the whole process and she made it a relaxing enjoyable experience for him. She was a great guide to help him through the process. They even incorporated my late grandfathers pinky ring as side diamonds. My ring is absolutely beautiful and there is a reason why everyone chooses to come here! Amazing business, amazing staff, just an over all AMAZING experience!!

My boyfriend proposed to me last Friday and presented me with a most resplendent ring! He could not express enough how grateful he is for all the time and effort Jesse Cortright, and the team at Earth Treasures, put in to create a unique and exquisite symbol of our relationship. I needed to have the ring resized and Jesse was there to help. He was so happy I love the ring and to meet the person everyone worked so hard to please. He was very helpful with determining the proper fit, as well as taking the time to review characteristics of the diamond. I am so impressed and grateful with the treatment my fiance and I received. My 1st visit to Earth Treasures was to sell a piece of jewelry that was very close to my heart. I had waited 10 years to let go of this piece because of the sentiment behind it, but as soon as I met Jesse, I knew I was in good hands. He was extremely sensitive throughout the process and offered a very fair price for what I was selling. Everyone in the store was friendly and seemed to be working on an intimate level with their customers. I recently lost my wedding band but have found the jewelry store I will go to when I'm ready to replace it.

Earth treasures was so helpful not only helping my fiancé pick out my engagement ring but helped both of us pick out wedding bands as well. They also care about their customers. Joy helped us a ton and remembered us every time we came in and always had a smile on her face. They are also much better in pricing, selection, and quality than chain jewelers. Also things such as resizing take less than half the time. I would definitely recommend

Rebecca had helped my fiancé pick out my engagement ring and we just got our wedding bands last week. We are so happy how smoothly everything went. The first time I tried on rings with her it was apparent how well she knew her customers. She was very intuitive and helped me pick out styles I loved. I would highly reccomend using Earth Treasures. Our experience at Earth Treasures was PHENOMENAL! After purchasing my engagement ring at a different local shop, I wouldn't go anywhere else but Earth Treasures. Their customer service is truly outstanding and personable. After going to several other locations in search of a matching Gabriel & CO wedding band and not finding a match, Janelle was able to have one custom ordered for us. My experience with Earth Treasures was nothing but phenomenal from the start. I was lucky enough to meet Lucinda who could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process. She was very involved, very informative, and very personable. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel like family everytime I walked through the doors. My sister and brother-in-law also got their engagement ring here. Would absolutely recommend visiting Earth Treasures, and do your best to try and work with Lucinda!!

From the first time I walked into Earth Treasures not knowing a thing about the process of buying an engagement ring, Helane was super friendly and willing to help. Rather than jumping right into purchasing the ring, Helane took the time to explain all of the details around diamonds which helped me to envision the perfect ring. On two different occasions, Helane brought in different diamonds for me to look at, and not once did I feel pressured to purchase something I wasn’t in love with. Throughout the whole process, Helane and I built a great relationship (I even sent her pictures of the engagement day because she was so excited for me) and I never felt scared or awkward telling her I did not like a specific style or diamond which is exactly how engagement ring shopping should be as it is a huge investment. Overall I had an absolutely amazing experience dealing with Helane, and I would recommend her 10 out of 10 times to anyone that is uncertain of where to begin looking. I look forward to coming back for our wedding bands!

Earth Treasures helped my fiance find the perfect engagement ring that matches my style and I truly love! Joy was extremely helpful and professional. Embarrassingly, after a week of staring/admiring my beautiful ring, I thought I saw a crack in the diamond and panicked. Turns out it was the perfectly normal girdle reflection on round brilliant diamonds...what do I know! Joy jumped into action to calm us down. She took the time to show us the ring under the microscope at every angle, and she even took her own ring off her finger to point out the perfectly normal reflection. Earth Treasures never once made me feel silly and took my concerns seriously, even though we all quickly realized it was just my diamond inexperience! We will definitely be returning for our wedding bands!

This place was just amazing. Pam helped me from start to finish and the experience was perfect. The staff there knows everything about diamonds and never once asked how much I wanted to spend and they did not try to upsell they just want you to find the right ring. My FIANCÉ (still getting used to saying that) bought my engagement ring at Earth Treasures. His associate was Joy. She helped him make my dreams a reality. She was so helpful and even was so patient since our Daughters (2 and 5) were with him in the planning process.She got them stickers and he got the cutest stuffed animals that we can keep as sentiments. I could not more strongly recommend Earth Treasures. John was phenomenal. Being pretty particular about the diamond I wanted for an engagement ring, he worked incredibly hard to make sure I found a diamond I liked. From the start, he was patient and instructive. He helped make the entire experience enjoyable and fun. His knowledge was extremely helpful. My fiancée loves the ring. Earth Treasure will certainly be the first place I look when I buy jewelry in the future.

My fiance and I decided to try out Earth Treasures when searching for our wedding bands. Deborah Ann was so awesome to deal with on the two occasions we went in to look. Took awesome notes to remind us the bands we were interested in the first time and helped make sure we were both 100% satisfied with our final decisions. She's such a sweetheart! I would highly recommend them. I had an issue on my first visit but once brought to their attention they worked quickly to resolve it and couldn't have been more accommodating. Helane is wonderful has been so helpful assisting me with having my engagement ring repaired and having a new wedding band made. The Manager John was a pleasure to work with as well.

If you don't go to Earth Treasures your truly missing out. This place is so loyal & trust worthy to their customers. My fiancé proposed to me last March & purchased my engagement ring with the help of Deborah Anne. I heard him speak so highly of Deborah, who I finally got to meet when we went back to pick out our wedding bands & my fiancés wedding gift to me :) Deborah Anne was so easy to work with & treated us as if we were family- always greeted with a warm hug and smile. We can't thank her enough for making the wedding process so easy.

I actually ended winning a gift certificate towards me and my fiancée wedding bands at a bridal show. Breanna was the one who was in charge of the gift we had gotten and she was SO excited to see us when we finally came to start picking them out. The fact that she even remembered us was enough to make me feel warm and welcomed. She was so knowledgeable about the jewelry and really worked within our budget to make sure both of us were happy with our rings. I just picked them up yesterday and they are absolutely gorgeous! Joy rung us up and made sure they fit nicely before we left. I will definitely be back here in the future for any jewelry needs!

I am extremely disappointed by the way I was last treated by an employee by the name of Karen when my fiancée and I went back to earth treasures to purchase our wedding bands. While we initially had a positive experience when buying my engagement ring, it appears when I made complaints multiple times that I was unhappy with the band on my engagement ring , I was basically dismissed and told there was nothing wrong with my ring and that there was nothing they could do to help me. I was totally blown away by how disrespectfully I was treated. I was questioned like I was a criminal and made to feel like I was a liar when all I wanted was for my band to look the way it’s supposed to. I left the store extremely upset and would not go back .

Joy is the best! My engagement ring was purchased from a different jeweler who accidentally ordered the setting a full ring size too big. She wouldn't resize it because of the stones on the side, neither would another jeweler we visited. We decided to reorder the setting from Earth Treasures since they sell Gabriel rings. Joy was incredibly helpful and trustworthy. She went out of her way to help us not have to purchase a new setting... as far as calling Gabriel with the details of the setting to see if they would resize it. Since my wedding day was coming up and I did not have much time, she worked with the jeweler in store to resize the ring.... and also got it back to me within a day. Added perk - she also helped me pick out an adorable bracelet for my nephew/ring bearer with his name engraved. Joan Codispodi was amazing!! When my fiance was purchasing the ring, she was great in helping him find the perfect ring. Joan held off on all mailers from the store until after the engagement date so I would not find out anything. When I returned to size it, she was great in providing advice for both the sizing the maintenance of the ring. We will be returning soon to purchase our wedding bands and cannot wait to go back!!

If you don't go to Earth Treasures for your jewelry, you are making a HUGE mistake. Their staff is the most helpful and knowledgable and their jewelry is the absolute best. Beth helped my fiancé to customize the MOST PERFECT engagement ring that I am completely obsessed with! I can not wait to go back for our wedding bands and all of our bridal gifts. There is nothing you won't love about this jewelry store. The staff there are absolutely amazing and I will now never go anywhere else again. My fiancé had told me that he loved working with Beth while shopping for my engagement ring. He told me how she spent time working with him and made him feel less stressed about designing the perfect ring (which I have to admit is pretty dang perfect!) A few weeks after my engagement I had met Beth and she was very knowledgeable about the items in the store and has a personality that will make you feel right at home. She was awesome. I wish I could rate this store more than 5 stars!

Let me just start out by saying that Beth was an absolute delight to work with. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very patient. I had started shopping for an engagement ring weeks before coming in to visit Earth Treasures. I never felt as comfortable shopping for a ring as I did when I came in to see Beth. We looked at various styles in multiple visits but every time I felt right at home. She never rushed me and we eventually picked out the perfect one. To this day my wife gets complimented on it everywhere she goes. We even came back and picked out our wedding bands together with the help of Beth. She is truly a gem to work with and we will surely be back to visit her!

My husband bought my engagement ring here and worked with Lucinda to pick out something that I absolutely love! Earth Treasures had such a big selection of unique rings as well as classic ones. We went back to Earth Treasures for our wedding bands and Lucinda worked with us within our budget. Lucinda makes you feel like she cares about you personally and that she truly wants you to feel special on your wedding day. I would recommend Earth Treasures and Lucinda to anyone looking for wedding jewelry. What an excellent experience!

My fiancé and I had heard about Earth Treasures so we decided to stop in and have a look which turned out to be the best decision we could have made! Our sales person Pamela helped us choose the perfect diamond and setting. She listened to what we preferred and took the time to show us all of our options while providing personal advice based on her experience. By the time we left the store we had our engagement ring and a new friend. Pamela was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We have been back to the store several times since we bought the ring and she always greets us like old friends. I highly recommend Earth Treasures and Pamela!!

My fiancé Stephen first came in just to scope out engagement rings, not knowing 100% what he was even looking for. He was helped by Joy, and the word help is an understatement! Stephen is never one to make a decision quickly and revisted and revisited until he was absolutely sure that the ring he picked with Joy's help was perfect. Almost immediately after we got engaged he let me know how I can go get my ring cleaned anytime I want and insisted that I had to go meet Joy and told me about how patient she was during the process. She helped us pick out the perfect wedding bands and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable and most of all ensured that it was a zero pressure experience. I will be back for my ring cleanings, and just to visit and all of our future jewelry purchases!

This is the best place to go. My whole family buys all their jewelry here and just so happened my fiancé stumbled upon this place on his own and had the best experience. He said Joy was the most helpful, kind, and patient. She was also very knowledgeable. She helped him pick the perfect ring (which wasn't an easy task), and is now helping us pick wedding bands. I highly recommend this place.

Joy was FANTASTIC! I threw a double whammy at her with two very specific rings for my fiancé and myself. She was so patient and helpful to find exactly what I wanted. Joy was able to find a beautiful traditional diamond for my fiancé and a yellow diamond for myself. We both got the same setting to make it special and different diamonds to personalize it. The rings were stunning and my proposal went great. Thankfully she said yes 600ft off the ground on a hot air balloon over Sonoma. I was so excited to tell Joy that my plan worked out. Joy was so happy for us. Without her I know my fiancé and myself would be as happy as we were with the rings. THANK YOU JOY AND EARTH TREASURES!!!

Sherry was an absolute engagement and wedding band angel! She was SO very helpful to my fiancee and I in choosing our jewelry. She helped us to find rings that were in our budget that we both loved! She followed up to make sure that the engagement ring was a hit with me after my fiancee purposed. She also helped my future husband choose his "I want simple" wedding band. But the thing that has sent me over the moon in love with this jewelry store and specifically with Sherry, is the AMAZING wedding band that she found to PERFECTLY match my custom made engagement ring. I was madly in love with my engagement ring and I was so unsure of what I would want for a wedding band that I honestly was not expecting the same feeling... was I wrong! As most girls, I waited for the day I would be proposed to like no other. When my fiance opened up the box and I laid eyes on the beautiful ring laying in the box, I was speechless. With the recommendation of a friend, I recently upgraded my engagement ring that I previously purchased elsewhere at Earth Treasures . My saleperson, Donna, went above and beyond to meet all of my expectations, meet my price point, and give me the ring of my dreams. I left there feeling like family. I felt like I had my own cheering squad when I left that day due to the warm and friendly staff there. This was not the experience I had at the prior jeweler we used to go to. Our first appointment, we worked with Sherry and we didn't even think to go anywhere else. We found the perfect ring that first day and we had a great experience working with her. Awesome! I can't begin to express what a wonderful experience it was going to Earth Treasures. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, which is so hard to find these days. Was online looking for jewelry stores and happened upon their website and decided to take the 40 minute ride there and I am so glad we did. The staff is the best.... so helpful, caring and knowledgable. Joan our sales person was the BEST! I was looking for a new setting and when I say it took me 3 hours I'm not kidding. She stayed with me the whole time helping me find the perfect one, and that took more than patience.... she would take everyone out put a stone in it so I could see what it would like like, over and over again. Earth Treasures was amazing! My fiance bought my ring here (a GORGEOUS sapphire) and chose the setting. When he proposed, the ring was too small. But we brought it in the very next day to get it sized and I had it on my finger within hours! The service here is simply outstanding, especially Deborah Ann. She was so kind, enthusiastic, and helpful. Our ring box was unique and she loved it so much, she brought it around to show everyone. It made me feel so good. Earth Treasures truly took the stress out of designing and purchasing my engagement ring! My fiance and I had a family stone that we were looking to combine with a setting of my liking. We stopped by Earth Treasures back in April (when I still didn't know exactly what I wanted yet) and Joy took the time to get to know me, my likes and dislikes, and helped us pick out the PERFECT band for my marquise diamond. She made both my fiance and I so comfortable with the whole process and my fiance has even said what a great experience he had during this entire process working with Joy and Sherry. From the first time we stepped into Earth Treasures, Joan treated us like we were family! We went in there to sell a pair of earrings and look for a wedding set. Joan took into consideration our budget, time frame, and what we were looking for. Every ring we looked at, she gave us her honest opinion of why we may or may not want it. She was extrememly knowledgable and made us feel comfortable with our decision. She never tried to push or sell us something we didn't want. We got both my engagement ring, and our wedding bands from Joan and ET. Since my ring is a pave setting, and delicate, a few months after getting married I noticed I had lost one of the small diamonds in my engagement ring. Of course we started to panic, we were short on time since we had a friends wedding to attend in a few hours. We rush over to ET, and got to talking to Joan and told her our delimma. She went back, talked to the jeweler and they were able take my ring, replace the diamond and check all the other settings, all within an HOUR!!!! Talk about coming to our rescue!!! We are forever grateful that we decided to look at ET in the first place, and even more grateful we got to meet Joan. My fiancé bought me the most gorgeous emerald cut engagement ring with Sherry's help, we both knew we needed her when it came to our wedding bands. Once again Sherry helped us through this process with her knowledge and patience. Finding my husbands wedding band, was not as easy as we thought it'd be. Sherry explained different styles and different metals. Since he isn't used to wearing any jewelry, Sherry suggested an art carved band, that actually had a comfort feature! That was the winner! Since I was unsure of the look I wanted, Sherry exhausted every single option with us until we were happy. I finally decided on an estate piece that compliments my engagement ring and can be worn alone on my ring finger. I have gotten compliments on my rings everyday since we got married on 7/25/15. My fiance bought my engagement ring at Earth Treasures and we both couldn't be happier with the ring as well as the service! Sherry went above and beyond to help choose the best option based on preference, quality, and budget. My fiance walked in only knowing the basics on rings and what the purchase would entail, and walked out feeling more than confident in his decision. Sherry made what can be an intimidating and overwhelming experience, very enjoyable. Even getting my ring sized was given the proper attention to find the best option for my in-between finger size (we ended up with the sizing beads which I love!). My mom has also been going to Earth Treasures for close to 20 years - that in itself speaks to the quality of the staff and business! I had heard advertisements on the radio and I went into Earth Treasures to sell some old broken jewelry and walked out with my wedding band! My engagement ring has a knife edge and I had been having a difficult time finding a wedding band that would sit nicely with it. I worked with Sherry Ocasio to find the perfect ring. I tried on about 10 wedding bands (non which sat nicely) before Sherry suggested we look in the Estate (or pre-owned) case. I tried on 2 band and then the 3rd was perfect! Sherry found a beautiful diamond insert that fit my engagement ring perfectly and for an amazing price! Earth Treasures sized it for free and made sure that both my engagement ring and wedding band fit together just right. The staff at Earth Treasures is amazing and they make you feel welcomed and take the time to listen to what you are looking for before they start showing you pieces. They even offer "layaway" which allows you make payments on items. That's so helpful, especially when you are already putting out so much for a wedding. I recommend Earth Treasures to everyone. If you haven't been in there, you NEED to stop in.
