ort any time we'd ask about them she'd use personal issues as an excuse for the delay until she started to ignore us, about 2 weeks ago she finally messaged again with personal issues being the excuse and we'd have then Friday. We received our photos this morning (Saturday) after having to reach out again. She is refusing to give us any type of refund and she will not be photographing our reception. I will be taking it to court.

arch to discuss our wedding day timeline with her. She did not respond at all. I texted her, emailed her, messaged on here, and even her Facebook page and have heard nothing. I then read the review from a bride saying that she completely ghosted her too.
This was extremely upsetting as we did like Amber and her daughter, but at this point my fiance and I don’t feel comfortable using her or even trusting her for our wedding day.

ding, I was told the turnaround time for our photos would be approximately five months.
That timeframe has now passed (March 9, 2026) and I have not received my wedding photos. I have attempted to contact Amber multiple times by text, email, phone, and through her business Facebook page but have not received a response.
In an effort to resolve the matter, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also mailed a certified letter requesting communication and delivery of the photos.
I am still hoping to receive my complete wedding photo gallery or a resolution to this situation, but the lack of communication and delay has been very disappointing.
