EarthGirl Flowers

ppah that was beyond anything I could have imagined. The bouquet they created was just so breathtaking that I actually teared up when they delivered it to me. The table flowers were equally gorgeous, and exactly what I was looking for. Earthgirl Flowers truly went above and beyond, and their attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism made our day even more magical. If you’re looking for a florist who will make your wedding day truly unforgettable, look no further!

licting inspiration photos, Jill and her talented team masterfully translated my vision into the most stunning ceremony and reception arrangements imaginable. I was utterly thrilled with the results. What impressed me even more was their unwavering professionalism in the face of challenging weather. When it began to pour rain, Jill's team remained completely unfazed. They diligently worked through the downpour (which fortunately stopped just in time for our outdoor ceremony) to ensure everything was set up beautifully. I am profoundly grateful for their exceptional vision, remarkable creativity, and meticulous attention to detail. Jill and her team's expertise and dedication played a crucial role in making our wedding day truly magical. Their ability to bring my floral dreams to life, even under difficult circumstances, was nothing short of impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to any couple seeking extraordinary floral arrangements for their special day.

h more. Her use of color, her depth of knowledge, her use of seasonal and local flowers and vegetation, her installation and day-of timing - she met our wants and exceeded our nice-to-haves beyond anything we could have hoped. She helped us to create a new world for a weekend, and it was an exceptional world to be in. Thank you!!

el cookie cutter, it was apparent throughout the whole time working together that Jill was focused on creating floral arrangements that were unique to our wedding while staying within our budget. During planning were able to visit her workshop and talk through options from her huge array of vases and other unique vessels, as well as see her flower growing gardens. The end result on our wedding day was beautiful arrangements that brought vibrancy to the venue and felt like a natural fit to the Catskills environment. Highly recommend working with Jill!

llaborative and our visit to their warehouse to discuss options was one of the highlights of our planning process. Could not recommend them more!!

have the decor of my dreams for my wedding. Jill was consistently respectful of my preferences in terms of colors, types of flowers, and general aesthetics and struck a good balance between giving her advice / sharing her expertise and deferring to me when making decisions. I felt listened to and understood throughout the whole process and was thrilled with the outcome. If you are even remotely close to this area for your wedding, don't think twice!

prior to the wedding and between the 75 emails and a trip up to her special warehouse, we worked together to develop a plan that worked for our budget and that I thought would match my future wife & I's flower vision for our wedding day. Jill didn't just match the vision though, she created floral masterpieces that were beyond expectation. Our bride bouquets were like nothing I have ever seen and that love, attention to detail, and special craft extended from those bouquets right down to the tiniest elements of the day like boutonnieres. Jill was a pleasure to work with from the standpoint of admiring her craft and being appreciative of the beauty of the finished product but also in her responsiveness and calm energy throughout the process. Can't recommend EarthGirl highly enough.

time came I would use her for my daughter's wedding. Jill went above and beyond. She bought chinoiserie vases for the center pieces. Each one unique. These were combined with votive candles in lovely holders. She selected the most beautiful flowers and every arrangement was different. Jill personally selected flowers based on the design of my daughter's dress. My stepfather passed two weeks before the wedding. Jill came up with the idea of using the tie he was going to wear in the decorations. She tied it to the Chuppah in a shape that resembled a flower. Her creativity is unsurpassed. We were delighted by flowers in buckets lining the aisle and surrounding the Chuppah. Then onto the dinner where she expertly decorated the tent. My guests could not stop talking about the beauty of the decorations and the quality of the flowers. Jill and the EarthGirl Flowers team are a find. If she is available for your date, hire her. No one will do a better job.

ist as soon as we had our initial consultation. She helped us craft a vision and vibe for the day, and she was also super respectful of our budget. We never felt like we were being up-charged or taken advantage of, and we really felt like her florals and her work were 1000% worth every cent. Jill also really made us laugh and was just a blast to talk to and work with. When we visited her studio a couple months before the wedding, our vision had changed a bit, and she completely rolled with the punches and even suggested some really special touches to really take it over the top. And of course, the most important part, my bouquet, the arch at our ceremony, and the rest of the florals were STUNNING. We really could not have asked for more beautiful flowers and arrangements. Everyone was raving about them, and they really just made our wedding that much more special. We LOVE Jill and would highly highly recommend EarthGirl Flowers for your wedding or special event!!!

it and create the most beautiful florals arrangements. She kept us updated along the way and the combination of flowers and candles on the tables at the reception were just STUNNING. My bouquet and the bridesmaid bouquets were also just so beautiful. I am so thankful we chose Jill as our florist and I STRONGLY recommend her!

ill would be able to stick to my budget and make pure magic happen and she delivered! The florals at my wedding were moody and romantic but also eclectic and fun and so so beautiful. Do yourself the favor of hiring her as your flower gal!

tic florals for any budget. She asked me what my budget was and then backed into it with our shared vision. At the wedding, the bouquets and table pieces were the topic of many conversations among the wedding guests because the florals were so vibrant, unique and gorgeous. She's so so talented and such a pleasure to work with. Anyone who gets to work with her is the luckiest!

he day before that she was achieving the right look. Thank you Jill!!

s better at an in person meeting, and finally delivering the most beautiful result on the wedding day. She listened to our likes and dislikes and stayed in step with our aesthetic desires, all the while thinking outside the box and showing off her creative floral artistry. Everyone at our wedding commented on how beautiful the tables and arrangements were!

what magic she'd come up with. The direction we gave her was "wild and colorful", and the interpretation of that direction—from the deep purple anemones in my bouquet next to perfect orange ranunculus, to the vibrant and funky dessert table arrangement that she put inside a vintage blender to play off the bourbon milkshakes we served with dessert—were more than we ever imagined. We were so thrilled by working with Jill that we hatched a secret plan to be her friend, and I've even started helping out at Earthgirl HQ on busy wedding weekends. Seeing everything now firsthand, I can attest to the professionalism and the care that goes into everything she does. There's simply no one like Jill.

ements in our arrangements. Flowers can sometimes be a forgotten embellishment but EarthGirl's unique and tasteful arrangements were truly memorable. Honest, transparent, and fair pricing. I hope to work with Jill on our next special occasion.

L. From that she curated an interior that was fresh, non stereotyped, and exceptionally beautiful. I turned her loose on some color aspects so she could let her fancy fly a bit, based on her instincts from years of experience in this field. Ultimately, all that was left for me to do was relax and receive compliments on flowers from my delighted guests! Thank you, Earth Girl Flowers, for your good eye and impeccable support from start to finish! I could not be more impressed.

perfectly! Her arrangements are so creative and thoughtfully crafted, and my guests were so impressed they kept running off with the flowers! She puts so much love into her work, and it shows!

for my design business). Jill is an exceptional person; creative, brilliant, funny, totally trustworthy and, importantly, a good listener. She always manages to translate my vague mumblings into a beautiful arrangement, really, she is a magician. As a business person she goes by the old adage “under promise and over deliver” - you get everything you want and more every time. She is a total force of flower power and the very best human. And although she works on many projects here in the Catskills, each one looks unique and special. Talk to her, and you will soon realize she’s the one for you!

led Jill two days before the wedding in a panic. She calmly accepted the challenge and agreed to do the whole shebang, averting a MOB meltdown! The flowers were beautiful, of course! They were glowingly acknowledged by all the guests and especially by my daughter. I don't forsee another wedding in my future but if you do, call Jill. (Give her a little more notice than we did!)

of flowers, the amount of flowers, color theme and various vases and vessels to be used. I remained in constant communication with Jill over the months after our initial meeting however, I felt that we were still not on the same page. I made another visit in September to re-confirm everything in detail. On the day of our wedding, I was incredibly disappointed with how the flowers turned out. The biggest disappointment were the ‘flowers’ for the ceremony arch. I asked for a simple arrangement to be on one side of the arch, at the top. What I got was a bunch of greenery half way up the arch (and barely any flowers). It was a joke. We also did not see Jill at all on the day of the wedding. There was no ability to ask her any questions as to why things were not as planned as she simply just dropped off the ‘flowers’ and disappeared. The most mind boggling of all were Jill’s actions AFTER the wedding. My husband and I arrived around 9:30 am to breakdown and clean up the barn the day after our wedding and were shocked to find that all of our flowers had been taken along with the vases. I had given some flowers away to guests on our wedding night but left the majority of the centerpieces and my bridal bouquet in the vases so that they’re in water and kept fresh for the next day. We had no clue what happened. We immediately called Jill asking where the flowers had gone. While she claims she thought these flowers were being tossed in the garbage, it appeared to us that she was heading to another wedding and were repurposing all of our pieces, which were mixed in with the other floral arrangements for the next wedding. Upon arriving back at the barn to return what she had wrongfully taken, she was so guilty that she didn’t even have the decency to address what she had done. We were astounded by her actions. Many of our decorations and personal belongings were still at the barn, which is why it was confusing to us that she thought we were throwing the flowers out. If we were throwing them out, we are quite capable of disposing them in the trash. It was a complete lie. If she was sooo kind to throw out the flowers on our behalf, it’s quite odd that upon calling her to find out why she stole our flowers that she drove back to the barn ASAP and brought back the stolen flowers. We didn’t RENT flowers from Jill for our wedding. If the arrangement was a ‘rental’ we would have been more than happy to pay a ‘rental’ fee. As a first timer, I didn’t know florists would come out first thing in the morning (sneakily before we had even arrived) to collect their vases (which is fine), but why did she take the flowers too? That shouldn’t be the case, clearly we had not gotten to the barn to clean yet if most of the decorations are still there. Completely unacceptable. Earth Girl Flowers is to be avoided at all costs.

ng the planning process with her vibrant personality and open communication. She was mindful of our budget and very resourceful. She captured the vision of our wedding perfectly! The flowers were everything and more. I highly recommend her for your special day.

with us as we pieced together our vision. Jill was very respectful of our budget and used so much creativity throughout the process. On the morning of the wedding, she and her team created the most beautiful setting for our special day, including the show stopping floral arch. I could not recommend her highly enough!

! Her warmth, sense of humor and willingness to play with ideas feels really special and rare. She was willing to answer a lot of questions up front and a really casual, relaxed approach that was a really nice change of pace after months of wedding planning. I immediately felt like I was talking to a collaborator. My husband and I visited her studio and she walked us through all the different options of vases/props etc. Every decision felt like a conversation and a creative opportunity. I left with a pretty good idea of what some things would look like and a less clear idea on what others would be like (the chuppah for an example was hard to imagine ahead of time) but I felt really comfortable knowing we had a shared vision of what the flowers would look like. The day of the wedding she was prompt and efficient and hand delivered me my bouquet with a smile and a hug.

ing!

ery little specifics in terms of types of flowers and basically gave her broad guidelines -- we wanted something classy and not gaudy, with at ouch of our personality, whatever that may be. Without complaint, she went ahead and promised magic. And on that September Saturday, she delivered. =)

on it. Our wedding flowers came out exactly as I had imagined, and I couldn't have been happier with them. She is very flexible with styles and pricing which gave me a lot of options, but trust her! She'll always lead you the right way.

and helpful. Jill delivered absolutely beautiful arrangements for our wedding. We loved the way all of the reception table arrangements were unique from one another and that she took certain artistic liberties that worked so well. I absolutely loved my bouquet and it looks so beautiful in the photos. I was able to dry it out and it's currently on our kitchen counter as a sweet reminder of our beautiful day. If you're having your wedding in the Catskills area, I strongly recommend that you have Jill as your flower girl!

the boutonnieres and bouquets with fresh flowers and pieces from the mom's wedding dresses. She was easy to work with and connect with and delivered our flowers 2 hours from her studio. LOVE!
