I hired East Coast Catering for my wedding in March and Johnathan was great, super helpful and attentive! The food was amazing, everyone loved it. The tasting was really helpful and Johnathan made some great suggestions for entrees and appetizers based on our notes from the tasting. Loved that you could look through past menus and pick from there. We went with the brisket, fried chicken and spring cavatappi vegetable pasta for our entrees and they were all amazing. We also rented our glassware, plates, utensils and napkins through them and that was all great and affordable compared to rental companies.
We loved working with East Coast Catering! Jonathan was organized, professional, and a pleasure to collaborate with throughout the planning process. The tasting event was so much fun, and choosing our wedding menu was a highlight of the experience. Our guests raved about the food. Everything was delicious! Our main dishes were cooked perfectly and had great portion sizes (everyone who ordered our favorite dish, the pork chop, was talking about how juicy it was!). Guests especially loved the dessert station and the late-night pretzel bar. The bartenders made amazing drinks, and everything ran very smoothly on the day of the wedding. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a small plate of appetizers set aside in our loft and even at our head table, it made us feel special and well taken care of. It was also nice to be able to share leftover desserts that had been wrapped up the next morning at our Sunday brunch. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with East Coast Catering and would absolutely book them again and highly recommend them to other couples!
