Clambakes have been a part of the Cohn family history for three generations. I have spent my entire adult life catering onsite clambakes, starting in Southern Connecticut in the mid-2000s before branching out into Massachusetts and the greater New England area. East Coast Clambakes is supported by a fabulous staff that boasts years of experience in the catering business. At the end of the day, our only goal is to make sure your event exceeds your expectations. EASY to work with. Very responsive via email, professional, kind, and patient with all our questions. Their team handled everything in terms of set up and clean up and providing all the utensils, serve ware, drink ware, etc. The lobster was DELICIOUS as well as the mac and cheese, cornbread, and mashed potatoes. They were hands down the easiest vendor to work with. Would highly recommend them. The pricing was fair and worth the value. Hopefully can work with them again.

d Scott were very polite as they got the layout and timetable details of the venue, then set up their cooking area quickly and quietly. They were in constant communication and kept their cool on one of the hottest days in CT last week, and made sure everything was smooth and ready for service. The food was amazing and everyone that critiqued it had positive notes. The only reason that this is not a 5-star review is that the raw oysters were a little underwhelming- very small, several bits of shell, and some looked like they had been chopped up and portioned back into shells for the event. Otherwise the experience was excellent and would definitely book them again, just not with oysters, maybe other hors d’ouevres instead.
