The owners have great communication. They are very accommodating. It's a great all inclusive vendor. It relieved a lot of stress from wedding planning. We had our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner on site. We decorated the day before. We had our ceremony and reception on grounds. The owners helped with parking. Everything was so easy for guests on the day of the wedding. The lodge and cabins elimates the need for hotel blocking to eliminate that stress. They coordinated with the golf course for us to get the golf cart rental for us to get around the grounds with ease. They even took the contacts for our vendors to help out. They make having weddings stress free.
We had our wedding there, and let me tell you what.... Absolutely perfect. Not only was the location perfect for what we wanted, but the owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for the big day. From quick response, flexible to our needs, and just personal good vibes, they're doing it. They are such kind people who have made this place a gorgeous getaway, a hidden gem in Dixon. It's such a beautiful location with so much to do for both the adults and the kiddos. If you have a girls trip, family vacation, wedding, you name it, check them out! It's a perfect blend of cabin life vs. event venue! We will definitely be going back in the future!

Located in Dixon, IL, East of Yellowstone Lodge and Retreat is quickly becoming the "go-to" place for an amazing experience and a lifetime of memories. Imagine the enjoyment of an at-your-place wedding retreat weekend where you can set up how and when you want with family and friends by your side. We have several outdoor ceremony sites and the historic Crystal Lodge reception hall for your celebration. Alternatively, choose your own site or have your reception under the massive Oak trees in the vast presence of nature. The massive luxury Main Lodge, premium ensuite cabins, and historic rustic cabins accommodate over 80 guests when it is time to rest. This is all yours to enjoy on the private 43-acre property surrounded by a state park vibe, which is all your own. You are the only guests on the property during your stay and are welcome to bring your own catering and outside vendors. We work to ensure your wedding is amazing and that the whole retreat is something never forgotten. When you are searching for something that very few have, give us a look. You won't be disappointed if the EoY Vibe is what you are looking for. We are happy to tour anytime we do not have guests on the property.
