East View Farms is a brand new Wedding Venue located in Waynesboro, VA, in the Shenandoah Valley. The barn sits in the middle of a 45 acre, peaceful, private, and rural property. Mountain views and rolling hayfields provide a beautiful setting for your special day.
This beautiful barn was built in 2019 by the hands of its owners. It was constructed with a rustic, yet elegant feel. When designing the barn, every detail of a dream wedding venue was kept in mind.
Facilities and Capacity
East View Farms accomodates a maximum of 200 guests. The barn is 4800 square foot with a covered front porch. Inside you will find the bridal suite, groomsmen suite, kitchen, and two large guest bathrooms with 4 stalls in each. The bridal suite and groomsmen suite each have their own bathroom, shiplap detail, and a large vanity/bar for getting ready. The kitchen has a commercial size refigerator, a commerical size sink, and a prep area.
There are a couple different scenic locations on the property to choose from for your ceremony. Whether it may be by the pond, in the woodsy area, or on the patio next to the barn for a mountain top view, the choice is yours!
Services Offered
Couples have access to a variety of services such as, day of coordinating and cleanup. Event items are available for no additional cost. These items include tables, chairs, whiskey barrels, whiskey barrel cocktail tables, an arbor, a rustic bar, drapery, lighting, and much more.
Outside vendors may be used.

This venue was better than we could have ever imagined for our wedding day!! We knew it was perfect from the moment we met with Emily for a tour! The property is absolutely stunning and Emily and the owners are incredible! They went above and beyond throughout the entire process to make our wedding day so special. They were always available to answer any questions we had, were so accommodating, and provided great resources for vendors in the area. The weekend wedding package also includes so many wonderful things! We have received lots of compliments from our guests about the beautiful location and how much they loved the venue! We could go on and on about how perfect this venue is and are incredibly grateful for Emily, Pam, and Chester- they are truly amazing! We HIGHLY recommend booking this venue for your wedding!!

We had our wedding at East View Farms and we are so happy that we chose this beautiful venue. Pam and Emily answered any questions we had. Pam even hung our neon sign for us after it kept falling! We appreciate their help. This venue really tied together the vision that we had for our wedding and we couldn't be happier.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! We were blown away when we first came upon this venue; it was a beautiful view and breathtaking environment for our wedding day. If you want a modern, classic, rustic vibe for your day, this is the place to be. We had Emily be our day-of wedding coordinator too, which was the best decision we ever made. Unlimited communication with her allowed us to ask questions whenever we had them, have our engagement shoot at the venue, and have our special day run incredibly smooth. You don't want to miss out on this venue - go check it out!!

East View Farms & Venue is the perfect VA wedding venue. We loved the layout and how accessable everything was. They have an amazing list of vendors that they have worked with in the past which is very helpful especially in a smaller town. We loved how the venue brought the outdoors in! They were very accommodating and allowed us to tour multiple times!

The venue is absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately our wedding happened during a left over hurricane and the rain was not welcome BUT the owners and manager went above and beyond to make everything perfect! We could not have been more pleased.

Where do I even start! This was the first place that my daughter and I toured. We toured several others, but my daughter ALWAYS went back to East View Farms. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Emily was the best to work with and answered any questions that I had. 24 hours before the biggest day of my daughter's life, we received an email from our shuttle vendor that they would not be able to accommodate our wedding. As you can imagine, panic set in. I automatically called Emily to ask if she knew of anyone and she immediately started making phone calls for me. The owners Pam and Chester also got involved. I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for Emily/Pam/Chester (and my wedding coordinator) pulling together and coming up with a solution!!!! I got to really talk to the owners when I was picking up all my items on Sunday morning. What fantastic people. Every single guest (150+) could not believe the beautiful views, the big airy barn and all the extra touches that my daughter did to make her wedding day so special. THANK YOU Emily, Pam & Chester for one of the best days of our lives!!! I could not have asked for anything better. Wish I could afford a wedding every single weekend at the venue :)!!!!!

East View Farms was the very first venue I looked at. Right when I saw East View I just had this feeling then Emily just was the icing on the cake and sold it for me. I tried touring other venues but nothing compared to East View. Now fast forward and I had my wedding here this past weekend… and WOW. I’m truly speechless with how beautiful this venue is. From every little detail in the barn, to the absolutely STUNNING views and how amazing Pam, Chester and Emily are. 24 hours before my wedding the shuttle company I had canceled on me. Pam immediately started calling and driving places to help me find another shuttle… and of course we got it figured out because of them! Pam, Emily and Chester are the most personable, friendly and helping people. They are truly just amazing people inside and out. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. This venue is truly just an overall win. I can’t wait for my wedding pictures to come in. This venue truly made my wedding a fairy tale and because of that I will always be beyond grateful. I would highly highly recommend this venue to absolutely everyone!

East View Farms was a fantastic wedding ceremony and reception venue! The views are spectacular and the scenery is unparalleled. Our wedding guests raved about how beautiful the setting was. The barn is very modern rustic and is absolutely gorgeous. Its open air design made it so that even though our wedding was in July it was not swelteringly hot. We chose to have our ceremony down by the pond which was absolutely stunning. All tables and chairs were provided and the provided arbor was lovely. We had such an amazing wedding and we were so happy with our choice to get married here!

The east view family was amazing to work with. Emily was the best, she was so responsive and willing to help with anything. The venue itself is stunning. It has so many options for ceremony spots and the ability to accommodate many layouts in the barn for the reception depending on the size of the wedding. It is nice to have the option to have the venue the whole weekend as well. This place was a dream and well worth the price paid! Want to get married here again and again and again.

We had our daughters wedding at East view farms and from the moment we looked at it we felt very welcomed with the owners’ genuine and warm hospitality. Chester, Pam and Emily were so accommodating to our needs. The day of the wedding, they went above and beyond to make the day run smoothly. Emily the coordinator was easy to work with, offered suggestions, and answered every question. Our guests could not stop talking about the breathtaking views, the beautiful barn and the good time they had.

The vast amount of amenities offered was one of our favorite perks, as was being able to work with Emily, the venue’s day-of coordinator! She was the sweetest person and excellent at her job, communicating with us regularly and being VERYYY helpful the day of the wedding. Everything went smoothly thanks to her - and she was able to do so even despite there being a bit of rain! Everyone who attended our wedding kept showering us with compliments about how beautiful the venue was, and they aren’t wrong! Everything about this venue was perfect - my husband and I highly suggest booking East View Farms for your special day!!

This venue was absolutely amazing! We had so many people comment on the views and how beautiful it was. It had everything we could have ever wanted. I loved having East View as our wedding venue. Emily was very responsive and helpful when it came to questions. It was a beautiful location and we got so many compliments on our venue choice from our guests. They were flexible when we had to change our original date we chose. We did have to clean up the next day, but we got the venue for the whole weekend.

East View made the wedding process so easy and stress free! Emily is amazing at what she does. She is very helpful, professional, and organized! Highly recommend the clean up package which is offered, it makes it so easy after the big day! Between the time we booked and the date of the wedding they were constantly making upgrades to the venue and kept us informed the whole time! Amazing service, family, and the view was incredible!

The owners are extremely helpful and great at communicating with clients. The venue landscape is absolutely stunning, which made for amazing wedding portraits. The pond was a great backdrop for our ceremony. The venue offers many complementary decorations, which saved me time and money since I did not need to go out and buy my own signs, table linens, tables, and chairs. Also, we used East View's preferred venders list to find our caterer and DJ, who are both top notch!! Thank you, Emily and Pam, for everything that you did to make our day so memorable!!

This venue has it all. Secluded feeling but just a few turns off the interstate. The barn overlooks ponds and rolling hills creating the most romantic setting. Inside the barn you will find whiskey barrel tables, a Bridal Suite And a Groomsman Suite, an area for catering and a spacious dance floor. You will also find a gas fire pit located on the patio as well as picturesque views. The venue also provides many amenities such as table lines, whiskey barrels, tables, chairs, and decor. The best value is the connection made with this family. Pam, Chester, and Emily go above and beyond to make your dreams come true. Our day was flawless with Emily as our Day of Coodinator. We had a stress free day due to all of their hard work. We made friends that feel like family. Thank you for making our wedding special 💕

I couldn’t be happier with our choice to get married at East View Farms. The owners are SO sweet and accommodating!! Their prices are very fair and it includes so many things you need. We also hired Emily, who is affiliated with the venue, as our day of coordinator and she was THE BEST. Our day would not have ran as smoothly as it did if we didn’t have her. The space is absolutely beautiful and the view is gorgeous. People were telling us the whole evening how beautiful of a place we chose. You will not regret choosing East View!!!

Emily, Pam & Chester were awesome to work with. There all were accommodating, helpful, friendly. They met us on a minutes notice. The venue was always perfect, clean and the atmosphere was stunning. The lay of the land gives you multiple places for gorgeous pictures. They are a superb group and venue to work with❤❤

East View Farms and Venue was the absolute best venue I could have chosen for our special day! The owners went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were in constant communication with us as we planned our wedding. From coordinating parking to cleaning up for us afterwards, they met our every need and exceeded all expectations. The views at East View are gorgeous, and the combination of the patios and barn were more than enough space to spread out our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Our wedding was truly the best day ever! I am so glad that we chose this venue for our wedding. It is a brand new venue and you can still smell the fresh wood when you walk through the doors. It's heavenly! I fell in love with the rustic beams throughout and the elegant feel from the lighting and drapery. The bridal suite is absolutely gorgeous, we had the best day getting ready. Our ceremony was by the water with a tree-line that provided shade over half of our seating which was perfect! The barn has giant doors that slide wide open which gave our guests the most beautiful view during dinner and dancing! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone searching for their dream wedding venue at an affordable price!
