I don't even know where I can begin singing Caitlin and the Eastman Events team's praises - from moment one of meeting Caitlin, I knew it was going to be a great fit. She was kind,...
professional, incredibly knowledgeable - everything you'd want in a wedding coordinator team.
Leading up to the wedding, she was truly our saving grace – every detail, every moment, the rehearsal the day before, setting up the décor day of – I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Her team worked incredibly hard on wedding day and catered to anything I could’ve possibly needed as a bride. And the experience beforehand with her (packing lists, check in calls, calls with vendors, etc.) she was absolutely on top of it. She is so kind and patient, easing any fears and concerns.
Every moment working with Caitlin and her team was incredible – truly cannot recommend them enough to be your wedding coordinators!

d enough to take the time to refer me to a few other people. I wouldn’t have found my event planner otherwise (who is fantastic) and she completely saved the day. Five stars for being a really nice, and very professional person. ❤️

s of the things that were important to us to make it our day. Not only was she amazing at her job, she was so kind and encouraging through the whole process; she made us feel like family! She really helped make our dreams become a reality and I can't express how nice (and important!) it was to have her as an advocate throughout the planning process. Eastman Events is the best choice you can make to ensure your wedding day is beautiful and stress-free and I highly recommend her to anyone getting married!!
