About this vendor
Voted Oregon Wedding Day Magazine's Best Portland Wedding Venue in 2024!
Centrally located just blocks from the Moda Center, Easton Broad is an industrial-chic, city venue perfect for the modern couple. While we lean into the greenhouse vibes, with a collection of over 100 houseplants, this intimate venue is a blank canvas that can accommodate groups from 20 to 200. Hire your dream team of vendors or ask us for our personalized recommendations!
Need a little more space? We can help you obtain the permits necessary to utilize the sidewalk, right outside our doors, for cocktail hour overflow. This will allow much more flexibility for ceremony to reception "flips" with a higher guest count, and is also a great option for food trucks.

We were so excited to find Easton Broad after searching high and low for the perfect fit for our intimate wedding. Everything else we looked at was too small or too big, but when we walked into this place, we just knew it was the right spot. All the plants added so much life to the space so we didn't even need to add a ton of floral (which we didn't want to do anyway).
Kelly walked us through so many different options on how we could setup the place, and she helped coordinate rentals from one of their preferred vendors, which took so much off our plate. Our guests had a blast and my husband and I were so relaxed throughout the whole planning process. We can't recommend Easton Broad enough!
Hiring Easton Broad was hands down the best decision we made for our destination wedding! Planning a wedding from another state is no easy fete, but Kelly helped us with so much, we never had to worry about details being missed.
We only ever saw the venue twice- first when we toured it and fell in love, and not again until our wedding day, when we fell in love all over again! And the time between, Kelly was so quick to answer all of our questions (and there were tons!); we'd get responses within an hour and sometimes even in the middle of the night.
It's very clear that she's passionate about what she does, and has been doing this for a long time. We are so fortunate to have found Easton Broad and it will hold a very special place in our hearts for the rest of our lives.
To Kelly and her entire team, thank you so much for caring and making our wedding day even better than we could have ever imagined!
The owner, Kelly. Doesn’t answer her phone.
Her professionalism is lacking and this venue ultimately cost us more than triple our original wedding reception budget.
EB is surrounded by what is (sadly) a major homeless pandemic so the location is not good for a wedding.
We hired a food truck to be parked outside for our family along with other food vendors. The week we arrive for our desta wed in portland we find out from our catering co that a permit needed to be obtained for them to park outside. I asked Kelly about this months before our wedding and she told me we did not need one. And we later found out she told our food truck to park across a busy street and have our guests use the crosswalk.
The days before our wedding when I’m trying to get ahold of Kelly we tried to find a new catering company and move away from the food truck idea. No one could work with us on such short notice. Thankfully, we found a new venue with food included but it meant we had to pay for and use their venue. So we paid for two wedding venues on our big day because Kelly wouldn’t give us a refund.
After not returning my calls and e-mails trying to figure this out, we decided to book the new venue to feel safer. Once doing that we finally heard from Kelly. She came off as someone annoyed at me for this error on her part.
We couldn't have asked for a better space to host our wedding. There's so much flexibility from catering to decorations, and surprisingly lots of parking available for being so close to downtown. The bartenders were great and the margaritas were definitely worth going back for. We can't recommend this place enough!
Easton Broad was perfect for our wedding reception. We had toured a few venues but we didn’t find what we were looking for until we visited EB. Kelly went above and beyond during the planning process to work with our wedding planners, Hosted By, to nail down the final details and obtain extra glassware + linens from various rental companies. We opted for a hosted bar and our guests loved the drinks! We appreciate everything the team did to ensure we could enjoy our evening. Thank you!
After being one of those couples that had to cancel and reschedule 3 times due to the pandemic, we needed a venue that was easy to work with, flexible, and yet still beautiful. Easton Broad delivered just that. They were a perfect blank slate and Aaron and Kelly gave us so much freedom to create something incredible. We also loved how we were able to do our bartending and rentals through them. Due to the pandemic, our guest count kept shrinking and they helped us create a cozy space that did not overwhelm our guest count. They were so chill and accommodating and we can't recommend them enough. With their help, our reception was more than we could have hoped for!
A perfect blank canvas for whatever event you have in store!
Kelly is wonderful to work with and this space is the absolute perfect space for small to medium events. The beautiful space is filled with natural light from 2 walls of floor to ceiling windows and high ceilings. Rental includes a bar and a bartender, Aaron who makes a killer cocktail!! Can't say enough good things about Easton Broad.
I love Easton Broad! I did a photoshoot there last week, and the open industrial space was a creative dream. I love getting to work with natural light, and this space has plenty of it! I was also able to hang florals with the help of a tall on-site ladder (as a vendor I REALLY appreciate when there are already ladders or lifts on site). A great find! I can't wait to see everything that this space becomes!
I have photographed inside Easton Broad Venue as well as worked with Kelly directly, and let me just say - AMAZING!!! Being a wedding photographer in the PNW, I am always on the lookout for a good indoor venue with lots of natural light. Easton Broad is unique in the sense that it has a ton of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows. Not to mention Kelly and Aaron are super organized and easy to work with.
Easton Broad is the kind of blank-canvas venue that you dream of. The space is so versatile, floor to ceiling windows on 2 of four walls give you all the natural light you could dream of, and there's plenty of space to adapt your celebration to be safe and compliant in COVID times.
If you're in the market for a space to hold your event, meeting, wedding, or otherwise, please reach out to Kelly and Aaron with Easton Broad!
