ppy. The DJ was flexible with his timeline but continued to remind me of what i had detailed as my timeline in case i was going to be less flexible or really wanted to be on time. Some people had created a dance mix that they wanted to play and the DJ was ready with equipment to let them play that whether they had a CD or an iPod/phone to hook up.
We got married in July and Anthony was our DJ. WE had never met (as you complete all requests, etc online), so I was a little skeptical, but couldn't have been happier in the end....
He was very easy going and did his job perfectly. My husband and I (and all the guests) loved the music and order he chose to present it in. We had completed some requests online, but gave Anthony free-reign in other areas and he did exactly what we hoped! Lastly, if you have any songs that aren't in the Eastwood Database (tho they have thousands upon thousands) you can email a copy to your DJ. That worked for us. Lastly, Brett (the owner), was always available throughout the planning process. If he missed my call he never failed to call me back more than 24 hours later. The online organization/planning system they have in place is also invaluable.

e with any DJ would be to clearly designate the degree to which you want them to explain things or make announcements. They were very willing to do this however in retrospect we should have been more explicit with exactly how we wanted things to flow, they could have been a tad more interactive and attentive to the flow of music and engage the guests in certain events. Otherwise though we were very happy with Eastwood Entertainment for our wedding.

erly equipped with our timeline we had given with events and songs. His copy of music of our requested songs was unplayable. We had to revise most of our planned music on the fly. When we called to complain we never received an apology or a refund for the services. I filled out their customer service feedback form at there request and went into detail of the awful service....the owner never contacted us. We opened a claim with the Better Business Bureau and Brett Eastwood ignored them as well.
