Transportation companies seem to be abundant in the Charlottesville area, but I stand behind Easy Riders Bus Company for your wedding transportation needs. Working with Thomas was seamless. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and was thorough when discussing the terms and options for our transportation needs. We had a large group and used 3 of their 52 passenger buses. The buses were in pristine shape; comfortable, clean and well cared for. Equipped with a blue tooth speaker system our guests were able to have a little fun along the ride to and from the venue. Thomas provided us with detailed instructions for each pickup location, which we were able to include in our welcome bags, so that our guests knew where and when to be picked up. Need I say, he never flinched when I mentioned that we had 7 stop locations on our route to take our guests to and from Pippin Hill. The pricing for Easy Rider Bus Company is extremely affordable and offers nothing short of providing excellent transportation. The drivers were friendly, kind, professional and timely. The contract process was easy and the communication stellar. Easy Riders is a great choice for your transportation needs.

Easy Riders did a great job handling transportation for our wedding. We hired two buses to get our guests from hotels to the ceremony, from the ceremony to the reception, and from the reception home afterward. They were very flexible with scheduling pickups and kept everything on time throughout the day. Many of our guests also mentioned that they had a great time on the buses in part due to the efforts of the drivers in engaging with everyone.

Easy Riders was a pleasure to work with! They ended up being by far the most affordable transportation option we could find, but you wouldn’t know with the quality of service. They were extremely flexible with our timeline changes, even extending our service by several hours to transport our wedding party to the venue early. The roads to and from our venue are dark and windy, but the driver handled them with no problem. Highly recommend Easy Riders for your transportation needs!

Easy Riders was truly so easy and wonderful to work with. Our venue was brand new and so when we needed to hire shuttles, it was a bit more complicated to ensure that we got the right size vehicle and none would end up stuck! Thomas Nolan specifically went out to the venue and came up with a plan to move all our guests safely between the different areas for the ceremony, reception, and their hotels. We Just had our wedding outside of Lexington recently and needed a bus to transport a large number of guests to and from the hotels booked in town. Easy Riders Bus Company made the entire process easy and affordable. Thomas helped us with the contract and was very helpful in planning an itinerary down all the way down to 5 minute intervals. Clayton was our driver and he rocked! He was very communicative the day of and he was perfectly on time every step of the way. He did a great job of ensuring all the passengers who needed the bus were accounted for before leaving the hotels AND the venue. The Easy Rider helped make our wedding go off without a hitch!

Even though I wasn't able to work with them, their responsiveness, expertise and professionalism meant so much! I was very impressed with their communications, they seem like a great company to work with.

We are very happy we went with Easy Riders for our wedding transportation!  Easy Riders was much more affordable than other transportation companies we considered, and the whole process was so easy.  Thomas was responsive and friendly, and helped us figure out a good route and schedule for multiple pickup and dropoff points for guests to get to and from our wedding.  The bus was prompt and arrived shortly before the ceremony as planned.  During the evening, the bus made two return trips to guests' hotels and was there and ready to go on time at both scheduled departure times.  Donna, the driver, was so nice and friendly and helpful.  We were so happy to have reliable transportation for our guests from Charlottesville to and from a dark venue in the country so that they could just enjoy the party and not worry about getting home safely.  Thank you, Easy Riders!

We knew when we started planning our wedding outside of the city that transportation would be a must - it's nearly impossible to find an Uber/Lyft out "in the sticks" at that time of night, and we wanted our guests to have a safe option home. My husband and I are both teachers, so we also loved the nod of having school buses at our wedding ( : Easy Riders was flexible and easy to work with, even during Covid postponements and all that chaos. They helped us come up with bus routes and made sure everyone got where they needed to be on time! Even when our last run of the night (to the Downtown Mall) encountered an unexpected hiccup - at no fault of the driver! - Lamar handled everything with total professionalism. Overall a great value in transportation!

Fantastic! We rented 2 buses to take our guests from the hotel block at the Graduate to Keswick Vineyards and I'm so glad we did! It was super convenient for guests and they didn't have to worry about driving on winding roads late at night or calling an Uber or Lyft from a rural area. They were very easy to work with and it was exactly what we were looking for! Side note: my husband is a teacher, so the old school buses were a nod to him, which everyone loved!

We used Easy Riders Bus Company to transport everyone to and from our wedding. They were prompt and professional. They did make a mistake on the address of one of the hotels even though I had already given them the correct address. Luckily I caught the error but other than that 1 potential problem, everything ran smoothly. They were also very reasonably priced! Definitely recommend this option for your wedding.

We hired Easy Riders Bus Company to transport our guests to and from our wedding venue in Gordonsville, VA. We worked with Thomas for the planning and he was simply great to work with -- very easy-going, but professional and responsive. They were flexible when our numbers changed a bit and were helpful in creating a good timeline for pick-up/drop-off. The driver was very kind and professional the day-of. Could not recommend them more for any transportation needs!

Easy riders was the best!! They always responded quickly, answered all my questions (multiple times) and were extremely accommodating. We made changes very close to the wedding and they were happy to accommodate us to make us happy and everything work. The driver was great as well and got us where we needed to go quickly. Last - the officiant left a family bible on the bus and they mailed it back to him within a week. They were so great to work with!

We decided to use Easy Riders Bus Company for our wedding because we had used it before for some fun beer/wine tours around Charlottesville and we knew how great of a company and service they were already! They did not disappoint. They provided transportation and kind service for us the entire day and we couldn’t be happier we booked them. Not to mention how helpful and friendly Thomas and their other staff/coordinators are. Throughout the whole planning process leading up to the wedding, Thomas was always available to help, give us advice, and go above and beyond just providing the transportation service. We realized pretty last minute that we may need to reserve another bus and although they did not have one available, they gave us the names of some other transportation companies in the area that they had worked with before and could recommend - so very professional and kind. We will definitely be booking their services again when we need to!

We had guests raving about them the day after, telling us that they had convinced their driver to pull over at Sheetz to let folks buy midnight snacks. We knew shuttles would be necessary given the distance between our hotel and wedding venue, but we never expected our guests to be so delighted by a simple school bus.
