They were absolutely fantastic to work with. We had some last-minute timeline changes, and Thomas was able to adjust the itinerary to fit our timeline and stay within the contracted hours. They offered a reliable and safe transportation option, especially in the more rural areas of Albemarle County, where cell and ride services can be limited. g this past weekend. They did a phenomenal job! They picked up our guests at 2 separate hotels where we had blocks and did two separate departures from our venue back to our hotels. The drivers were kind and professional, and the point of contact for the company, Thomas, was phenomenal to work with throughout the planning process. He responded to all of our emails and the emails from our coordinator quickly and efficiently and even adjusted our quote 2 months out from the event due to some guest list changes.
We highly recommend using Easy Riders for your future wedding or event transportation!

seamless. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and was thorough when discussing the terms and options for our transportation needs.
We had a large group and used 3 of their 52 passenger buses. The buses were in pristine shape; comfortable, clean and well cared for.
Equipped with a blue tooth speaker system our guests were able to have a little fun along the ride to and from the venue.
Thomas provided us with detailed instructions for each pickup location, which we were able to include in our welcome bags, so that our guests knew where and when to be picked up. Need I say, he never flinched when I mentioned that we had 7 stop locations on our route to take our guests to and from Pippin Hill.
The pricing for Easy Rider Bus Company is extremely affordable and offers nothing short of providing excellent transportation.
The drivers were friendly, kind, professional and timely.
The contract process was easy and the communication stellar.
Easy Riders is a great choice for your transportation needs.

ocess was so easy. Thomas was responsive and friendly, and helped us figure out a good route and schedule for multiple pickup and dropoff points for guests to get to and from our wedding. The bus was prompt and arrived shortly before the ceremony as planned. During the evening, the bus made two return trips to guests' hotels and was there and ready to go on time at both scheduled departure times. Donna, the driver, was so nice and friendly and helpful. We were so happy to have reliable transportation for our guests from Charlottesville to and from a dark venue in the country so that they could just enjoy the party and not worry about getting home safely. Not to mention how helpful and friendly Thomas and their other staff/coordinators are. Throughout the whole planning process leading up to the wedding, Thomas was always available to help, give us advice, and go above and beyond just providing the transportation service. We realized pretty last minute that we may need to reserve another bus and although they did not have one available, they gave us the names of some other transportation companies in the area that they had worked with before and could recommend - so very professional and kind. We will definitely be booking their services again when we need to!
