Oliver then helped us craft a menu that fit our own tastes, incorporated local seasonal ingredients, and accommodated our guests’ dietary restrictions. Once we finalized the menu, Oliver hosted a tasting for us at his house to make sure we were happy with what we had selected. And on the day-of, the food was unbelievably good. Guests are still raving about the deviled eggs, tuna tartare, butternut squash soup (served in hors d’ouvres-sized shot glasses), and salmon. From start to finish, Oliver was professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. We highly recommend working with Oliver and Eat & Smile.
