To call Eat Well a "caterer" does not do them justice. They are a culinary experience! They catered my wedding and made the reception a full dining experience! Our guests were RAVING about the food all night and I'm still getting messages about it after the fact. Katie guided us through the entire process helping us narrow and plan a fantastic menu. Eat well does a great job of giving options and then personalizing for the individual preferences of the couple. I could not recommend them more!

Eat Well was by far the most professional vendor we worked with for our day. They were in constant, impeccable communication. They helped us craft a perfect menu that met our dietary needs and accounted for all of our guest's dietary needs. They went above and beyond by taking notes after our initial tasting and making sure those got carried over day of. Everyone that we encountered from Eat Well was so professional, so kind, so amazing at their job. Our guests raved about the food and the catering staff. We can't thank Eat Well enough for making our day so special!

Our contact Katie was fantastic and the team at our "elopement party" was absolutely wonderful! We basically just had a party with drinks and heavy hors d'oeuvres. There were of course desserts as well. Service was outstanding and the food is to die for! Thank you, eat well!

Speaking as the Venue and Wedding Event Manager - Their catering captain, Scott, arrived at the venue early and walked through the entire timeline with my assistant, then touched base with me to confirm all details again. Throughout the night I barely needed to check on timeline, because they were already prepping the next set-up. Working with their coordinator on details prior was a breeze! Katie S. always responded promptly and anticipated most problems before they even happened.

Eat Well catered the wedding at the Taft Museum of Art and did a great job. They have such a interesting and adventurous menu to choose from and are happy to tweak recipes to the client needs. The tastings at the commissary are delightful as are the open houses they host. Mallory answered endless questions with patience and grace. The food presentation the day of the wedding was beautiful and the servers were so helpful. The leftovers were nicely repackaged to take home. But, everyone's favorite was the late night Skyline Chili Cheese Dogs to sop up the excess alcohol - highly recommended!

Our wedding guests keep talking about how amazing our food was at the reception! Eat Well was great to work with, and we communicated a lot with our planner there. We planned our wedding from a distance, so she met with us by video chat any time we needed it, and she also met independently with our venue to iron out any details. We highly recommend attending an open house tasting in addition to your personalized tasting, because we got to try even more foods there. The cost for their service is high, but it is worth it. We had a person the entire night who would get us anything we needed: food, drinks, appetizers, etc. so we wouldn't have to find it ourselves. They made sure we and our VIP guests were taken care of so we could enjoy the evening. Best caterer and service in Cincinnati - hands down!

Positives: their food is delicious and creative! Negatives: Poor experience. I probably could have anticipated it based on some of the prior reviews mentioning poor communication, but hindsight is 20/20. Contacted them 11 months prior to our rehearsal dinner / welcome party. Got a few bad vibes with poor response times to emails but went for it anyways. I started contacting them again 5 months prior to the event to talk about finalizing the menu and linen details. Eventually, 4 months prior to my event, at a meeting that was scheduled by me to go over the menu, they tell me that the venue they rent, where my rehearsal dinner is, will no longer be available for my event. Frustratingly, this also occurred after my invitation suite was printed, causing another headache. They tried to find a replacement venue, but while they said they would pay the additional costs above the original quote (since the new venue they found cost significantly more), I could not get it in writing. Again, emails were ignored, and I frequently felt blown off. Luckily, we did get our deposit back and were able to find a last-minute rehearsal dinner venue / catering team that was helpful and responded to emails within 72 business hours (as you would expect for a client that has paid a deposit).

Food was great. Many guests complimented the food. Desserts were average. The working staff of our event were nice and attentive. However, I was nervous in how it would turn out. My EatWell planner did not communicate very well. She did not respond in a timely manner. She also would say one thing and then give me a different plan by email or next time we met.

I've never received so many compliments on any type of catered food. I had a custom order "Lobster Mac & Cheese" that fell flat, but otherwise, spot on. We had approximately 50 guests and it ran so smoothly. Order off of their menu, and you will not have any issues. I would not hesitate to use this caterer again. Delicious.

Eat Well served 31 guests at my son's Wedding Rehearsal Dinner at New Riff Distillery in Newport, KY. Their food was amazing! EVERY SINGLE ITEM was praise worthy and we received many compliments from our guests. They had hot/cold appetizers ready the minute we walked in the door. (The Autumn Market Board looked and tasted superb!) Salad, wine and coffee were served at the tables. The main entrees of pork chop/ spaetzle gratin/ broccolini were hot and plated beautifully. They even had vegetarian options if guests desired that at the last minute. I saw our guests take photos of the dessert duo served in two bubble bowls with glittering strawberries and edible flowers. It was so pretty! The Captain followed directions promptly for serving at appropriate intervals and waiting for speeches, etc. Clean up happened seamlessly and all the servers were kind and friendly. They generously arranged centerpieces and name tags for me before the event. The final invoice matched agreed upon price with details for all costs. Eat Well Celebrations were very professional and a pleasure to work with. All of my desires were met with a 10! Highly recommend!

Eatwell was WONDERFUL! We used their services for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding. The staff is wonderful, supportive, and fun. We especially enjoyed working with Elizabeth, she was supportive, creative, and crafted the perfect menu to represent my husband and I. On the day of our wedding, eatwell provided a concierge that held passed hor d'oeuvres and drinks for my husband and I throughout the night.  She even helped our elderly family members if they needed anything! We have received so many compliments from all of our guests, they were blown away by the food. We plan to continue to use eatwell for any future catering needs!

EatWell was the caterer for the rehearsal dinner before our son and daughter-in-law's wedding. Elizabeth B worked with me to come up with an appropriate menu, coordinating rentals and incorporating personal touches. And it was perfect!! The five-person crew handled every detail from setup to cleanup with ease, smiles and humor. Our guests raved about the food and the one dairy-free guest took me aside to say how delicious his meal was. They left our kitchen spotless, leftovers in the frig and everything put away--it was as if it never happened. But it did and they provided the perfect start to a fabulous weekend. We couldn't have been happier or more pleased. I look forward to working with them again. Highly highly recommended!!

We had the most wonderful experience working with Elizabeth and the team at Eat Well. They were extremely flexible with the menu due to COVID until 2 weeks before the event. So quick to respond to emails. Service was impeccable the night of. All of our guests commented on how this was the best wedding food they have ever had!

We loved our experience with eat well!! From start to finish, Elizabeth made our decision making easy (and being a Covid bride that is no small feat), she had clear communication, and we had a delicious menu that exceeded our vision and expectations. Working with Elizabeth Bowker was an absolute wonderful experience. From the first email/phone call the planning for my son's and his new bride's rehearsal dinner was easy, stress free and the evening was beautiful. Food choices were absolutely delicious. I cannot say enough great things about Eat Well catering!!!! Because of COVID, we ended up cancelling my daughter’s big wedding and ended up having a small, intimate celebration at our house instead. I first used Eat Well last year for my daughter's wedding shower and was very pleased with the quality of food and service they provided so we contacted them to do the catering for my son's wedding this year as well as the shower associated with it. Elizabeth is the main person I dealt with to make the plans. She is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant , and easy to talk to. She listened to my daughter in law's idea for the reception food and provided us with a menu that perfectly captured all she had envisioned. During the course of the wedding planning (6 weeks before actually) we made the decision to move the wedding from a downtown venue to our back yard due issues related to the current covid situation. Elizabeth was patient, kind,understanding and instrumental in making that transition happen from a catering standpoint. I wanted to bridge as much of the original plans over to the downsized backyard version of the wedding and the food was definitely a big part of that. We were still able to have the same menu . We had passed appetizers during the cocktail hour, a sit down plated meal and a dessert trio for each guest. With the current health concerns, extra attention needs to be given to how food is served and Eat Well made sure that every single thing was safely and beautifully presented. Their food is the best catered food I have ever had. Hands Down. Our guests went out of their way to tell us how delicious their meal was. But just as importantly, our guests commented on how incredibly nice and helpful the entire staff was that came to work the event. Everyone felt very well taken care of. The team allowed my husband and me to enjoy the wedding and dinner because they made me feel comfortable and confident that everything would be taken care of and it was. When the team left, our house and yard were as tidy as possible . I have planned two weddings in two years and have worked with a variety of vendors. Eat Well is absolutely one of the best, if not THE best, of them. I highly recommend them for any event where you want to feed your guests well.

Communications felt quite distant due to the Coronavirus, but I blame Zoom and email for that. Eat Well took on catering my daughter's newly rescheduled backyard wedding without much notice at all, which was enormously appreciated. When the day of the event arrived, the servers and chef who came to our house for the wedding couldn't have been nicer or more competent, and the food was outstanding. I definitely plan to use them again for other occasions.

Food was very important to us from the beginning and Eat Well exceeded all my expectations! I have recommended Eat Well to many friends for wedding and other events. On July 20th, Eat Well made our own special day perfect. They are very professional and responsive. They were open to all ideas and ready with great suggestions whenever we needed some tips or a sense of direction. Our guests were very impressed with both the food and service of all Eat Well staff members at the event. They were also very responsive both during and in the months leading up to the event.

From the first phone call through both events, Eat Well did a stellar job. They catered both the wedding celebration/reception and a brunch the following morning. The planning phase was easy and delightful. They have great ideas and they can handle any food requests. As an example--our son and daughter-in-law are vegans. No problem! The menus they came up with were delicious, varied and festive, and to my knowledge, no meat eaters complained. We loved the event staff. They were so professional, fun and helpful from set-up thru serving to the breakdown. We will definitely use them again!

From our first meeting with our consultant Elizabeth to the writing the last check for services, Eat Well exceeded our expectations and helped throw a magnificent wedding none of our guests will soon forget. Our outdoor backyard wedding was perfection with a sit down dinner for 106. Apps we chose were crisp hot french fries and chilled shrimp cocktail. Our own server, Amy, provided the groom and myself with drinks and food without our asking all evening! The Mahi Mahi was moist and juicy and loaded with flavor. The beefy delicousness of the tenderloin amazing! The grilled veggies and salads were also full of flavor, crisp and worthy of the compliments we recieved from our guests. The wait staff, servers, Chef and bartenders exuded professional courtesty and delivered food expertly and always with a smile. I recommend Eat Well for a beautiful, delectable & anxiety-free Wedding Day.

Eat Well surpassed all of our expectations for our station style wedding reception. Elizabeth was great to work with from start to finish, making our planning simple. Our guests raved about the food and the service was even better, including making sure that we had snacks and drinks during cocktail hour. Elizabeth and the Eat Well team were amazing from the first step to the delivery on our wedding day! I contacted a lot of vendors looking for specific menu items that the groom & I both wanted served at our wedding- most were not willing to get creative, except for Eat Well. They created a fun and delicious menu that fit our personalities. They also took care of coordinating all rentals (table linens, chairs, dance floor, etc.) so that I didn't have to deal with it. Service was fabulous the day of. From start to finish Eat Well was wonderful to work with - choosing any other company would be a mistake!

Everything about eat well was 110% top notch professionalism! Elizabeth Bowker was completely thorough in working with our vision for a perfect wedding meal. We didn't want a fancy sit down dinner but we wanted the food to be elegant. She delivered a menu that was somehow casual yet elegant. The tasting after we said yes to eat well was intimate and spot on for the big day. I highly recommend just the bride and groom attend the tasting because they treated us like we were at a fine dining restaurant. They exceeded our high expectations and we will be telling all of our friends to use them. Although we never met the owner (which isn't at all necessary) her reputation and experience is revered. EatWell is the best -hands down. Look no further. Food is absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, graciously served. The entire team is professional, attentive to all requests and questions, and simply a joy to work with. I think people remember two things about a wedding (well, maybe 3 if you count plenty of alcohol) - great music, great food. We have had the pleasure to use EatWell for several dinners and parties, small and large, and I would not use anyone else.

When my now-husband and I started wedding planning, we had a few items that were very high priority - and food was at the top of the list. We've had bad wedding food before, and as people who consider themselves to be "foodies," we wanted our wedding food to not only be good, but ideally to knock people's socks off. And boy, did eat well deliver! We met with Elizabeth early on to talk about what we were envisioning, and not only did she listen to everything we wanted, but she came back with a menu that completely blew us away. Everything at our tasting was phenomenal, and - much to our delight - it was just as good as the actual event. Elizabeth was a dream to work with, and all of the staff at the event were wonderful - so polite and attentive. My little sister is wedding planning right now, and I so hope it works out for eat well to cater her wedding too - it was that good! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any bride/grooms.

She even helped us create a non-traditional wedding dessert of sampler sizes of several different desserts and cake pops, so everyone could have a little taste of each! The food was unbelievable--all of our guests raved about it! The servers and all the staff at our wedding were polished and attentive. We had a great experience with Eatwell at our wedding. The food was delicious and they did a great job paying attention to all the small details we requested for the table settings. The service was very attentive and the individually plated meals were delivered quickly, which was important to us since we had a late wedding and didn't want our guests to be hungry!

My family has used Eat Well for parties and events, so they were a no-brainer when it came time to select a vendor for our 300-person wedding. We were not disappointed. She is very detail oriented, making sure to answer all of my questions, reassure me, and be completely clear about how the whole evening would go! She didn't miss a thing! We were married in my husband's parent's backyard, and the staff at Eat Well were quiet (notable since they prepared in the kitchen with no walls between where we were eating and the kitchen), professional, and caring. They made sure the table was set to my liking when I arrived, walked all the way out in the yard when we were taking pictures to serve us appetizers for cocktail hour, and set aside a small plate for me of appetizers so I could enjoy them after taking pictures! My guests and I thought it was the best wedding food we'd ever had! AND, my mother in law, who is extremely clean and tidy, was very impressed at how well they cleaned up! I would highly recommend eat well to anyone looking for a caterer! We had them cater our wedding and everything was perfect! Elizabeth made the whole process very easy for us, and the food was outstanding! All of our guests are still commenting on how great it was, and that it didn't taste like typical wedding food. We were so impressed with our initial tasting that we even decided to have them do the dessert bar as well! We couldn't have chosen a better company for our wedding!

Our top priority when getting married was food, and Eat Well was our top choice. They were really flexible and easy to work with when circumstances involving our venue changed. We had a fall wedding, so went with a pork loin with prosciutto and a vegetarian option of root vegetable crepes. I joked during our reception that people kept coming up to me to say that the ceremony was beautiful and I was beautiful but the food was AMAZING. We thought the money was well spent. It was a huge hit, even with my three picky-eater nieces. Highly recommended!

One of our friends suggested that we look into Eat Well to cater our wedding reception. My partner and I met with Elizabeth back in March to discuss our intimate wedding (45-50) guest that would take place under a tent in our backyard . She listened to our expectations of what we envisioned and offered some of her own ideas from past experience. We knew immediately that we wanted to go with Eat Well! Elizabeth kept in contact with us throughout the summer and didn't blink an eye when our guest list bloomed to 65 people. The day of our event was October 14th, 2017 and the staff arrived promptly at 4;00 p.m. and immediately started prep work and going over the schedule of events. Our staff consisted of the following; Chef - Courtney, Captain - Christi, Bartender - Kurtis, and servers, Joe and Leslie. Before the ceremony we had a Charcuterie table with different artisan cheeses, salami's, crackers and bread (My favorite since I am a cheese lover). After the ceremony they all got very busy serving mini cheeseburgers(another favorite) , chicken &waffles and crab & quinoa cakes. We had an additional 2 serving tables with shrimp skewers, steak bites, hummus and eggplant dip with veggies and crackers. All of our guest complimented us on the great the food , service and the friendliness of the staff at Eat Well. I can't thank them enough. Cristi, whom seemed to be everywhere fixed a plate of food to make sure both grooms got to enjoy the great food. Curtis, our bartender started serving earlier than planned due to guest arriving earlier than expected. Our chef, Courtney who prepped and cooked in our kitchen with the help of Joe and Leslie. Joe and Leslie helped out with everything from prep, serving and cleanup. I know that our guest thoroughly enjoyed all the food and hard work that went into making our wedding and reception special and Eat Well was a big part of that success. Thanks again, Tim

Renee from eat well was a dream to work with while planning our wedding. We required a kosher menu and she helped us make a delicious one. The tasting was very elegant and Renee took our suggestions and made the tweaks we wanted. They are very easy to get ahold of and communicate with. Our guests loved the food. We recently used eat well again for my birthday party and we were not disappointed. I would highly recommmed eat well for a wedding or any party.

We hosted our son and future daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner at New Riff Distilling and hired Eat Well to cater the event. From the onset, our experience with Eat Well was warm, welcoming and professional. It was important to us that the food served at our event be clean, healthy, and beautiful. We chose to do a "family style" serving, which was really fun, as people get to know each other that way. Portions were generous. Plenty for everyone. The staff of Eat Well created selections that were delicious. Our friends are still talking about the food! The staff was professional and friendly. We can't say enough about Eat Well, except...eat well with Eat Well! You won't regret it.

I've worked with caterers quite a bit and attended many catered events. For my own wedding, I wanted to avoid the standard fare (tasteless chicken breasts and chewy filet mignon) and provide a remarkable meal for my guests. Many traveled from more "cosmopolitan" cities, and I wanted to challenge their assumptions about our area. In addition, we had a few vegans and many who prefer to avoid gluten. Renee and team met this challenge to a degree where five stars is just not enough. I'm reviewing the menu as I write this--- Southern shrimp with grits, beer-braised brisket, "double smoked bacon and arugula tossed with gorgonzola dressing stuffed into bite size French cheese puffs----and just wish we could do it all again! Guests raved about the food. We contracted with eat well for servers, bartenders, etc., and they were exceptional as well. Elizabeth was super to work with in planning and with follow up. Honestly, every aspect of my interaction with eat well was a great experience.

Eat Well is out of this world. I feel like wedding food is always hit or miss, and food was a big deal to my husband and I. Elizabeth was so helpful, helped bring my vision to life and the food was AMAZING! All of the options from the food itself to how it was served, I feel like I got exactly what I wanted and everything really exceeded my expectations.

We knew we wanted the food for our daughter's wedding reception to be fresh, local and surprising. From the very first meeting, the folks from Eat Well listened closely. Everything they suggested fit the bill. They encouraged us to take our time in making our selections. While they always had great ideas, we never felt like they were pushing us - on either menu or budget. I've worked with a number of caterers, but none as laid back and friendly. The food was beyond amazing. The service was perfect. After the reception we had a number of calls from friends. Most wanted to know about Eat Well for their own events, but others just wanted to know who catered our party because the food was as unexpected as it was delicious. While we don't expect to be planning another wedding soon, we will definitely call Eat Well the next time we use a caterer.

Renee and the Eat Well team catered my wedding - they were AMAZING from start to finish. The food options helped us plan for both vegetarian and Kosher guests, and also please the meat eaters. The flavors were out of this world. They have multiple serving options based on the mood of the event, so you can have all the amazing food items in a casual or formal setting! Guests loved the passed appetizers, including the honey Brie puff pastries (yum!) and the line for slider station at dinner never let up! Not to mention, the s'mores bar for dessert. The small roasting pots and the wonderful display were just the right touch as guests took a break from dancing. The Eat Well team also ensured my husband and I were well fed. They made sure we had a taste of everything from the menu and checked in for seconds. I still get compliments from guests on the food. We couldn't have asked for a better meal selection and more professional staff for our wedding.

I could not have been more pleased with eat well's catering of our wedding. From the beginning, Elizabeth, the Event Specialist took the stress out of planning and helped us select a delicious menu within our budget. Our venue did not have a working kitchen, but you would never guess that tasting the food. Everything was perfect: canapes, plated dinner, mini chocolate chip cookies with milk. The service staff was friendly and professional, graciously accommodating switching a couple of tables last-minute. I highly recommend eat well celebrations and feasts.

Simply amazing. Every single detail. The food was absolutely delicious - my husband and I continuously get compliments on how this was the best wedding food they have ever had! And we couldn't agree more! We used them for both the wedding reception and rehearsal dinner. I wasn't feeling well during the rehearsal dinner, so without asking, one of the servers packed me up a box of desserts to take home. Just the best company! You will not regret choosing Eat Well!

The best catering option in the Cincinnati area! Eat Well covers all the bases to make your life and planning easier and your guests swoon. From the initial communication and tasting to the day of the event, Eat Well was a breeze to work with. We especially liked how the tasting went, with Eat Well packaging up the desired menu items for us to take home and enjoy with as many or as few of our friends and family as we liked while making our decision. Gone were the awkward feelings of tasting in front of the caterers that prepared the food. We were really able to get a feel for what we would eventually be serving at our wedding. The actual day went off without a hitch and our guests were thrilled with the quality and deliciousness of the dinner. Five stars for taste, uniqueness/creativity, presentation, and professionalism.

Eat Well was exemplary. Elizabeth Bowker was invaluable every step of the way. When the team arrived at Memorial Hall, they took charge of the complete table set up and proceeded to ready themselves for the reception. The food at the cocktail hour was delicious. I would especially recommend the lamb chops. The reception entrees were outstanding. Our guests positively commented on their selected meals. The staff efficiently and professionally provided the service. They were personable and accommodating. They even assisted the bride and groom's parents in packing their cars after the wedding. Kudos to Eat Well. We highly recommend them!

What more can you say for a caterer? Well, besides that they coordinated so well. They did everything I asked and more. Christin added her own little touches. They were great in every aspect.

Wow, just wow. I've known for years that I wanted Eat Well to cater my wedding, but they still managed to blow my expectations out of the water. Not only was the food delicious, as always (as in oh my gosh delicious!), but the staff & service were simply impeccable. Each & every staff member went above & beyond in making our dream wedding a reality. Service was friendly, thorough, but not overbearing. Our coordinator Michael & service captain Susan made sure all details were covered & made me feel very comfortable to enjoy our wedding without worrying about anything going wrong. They worked with the venue coordinator to ensure nothing went unnoticed. At the end of the exhausting day, they even helped clean up the venue more than they were obligated to do. The venue we were married at does not supply china or linens, and Eat Well took over that responsibility so that I never once had to talk to the rental company. Just one more thing I didn't have to worry about. The highlight of it all was our dessert table. I love pie & wanted a spread of different flavors in place of a cake. Each flavor was amazing. Our guests won't stop talking about them. In addition to the taste, each pie was individually decorated, creating a stunning dessert table. I can't speak highly enough about them. Everyone came up to us and told us that this was the best food that they had ever had at a wedding!The staff was wonderful I love that everyhting was homemade,even the salad dressing I was so happy that i went with them

Renee and her team are fantastic! The food was so delicious at our wedding - and you cannot always say that - that our guests were complimenting us on our choice. She was easy to work with and modified the menu to fit our tastes and needs. I highly recommend!

Eat Well was fantastic and I feel so lucky to have worked with them! Their food was the best we tasted and their prices are very reasonable for the services they offer. Eat Well helped me arrange the many rentals we needed, determine the room lay out and turned over the room between the ceremony and reception quickly and efficiently. Their servers were so polite and friendly. In fact, my husband commented that they really made him feel special (which is not something that always happens for the groom). Many guests mentioned how great they were. At our venue there was a problem with the oven. It was not Eat Well's fault but they fixed the problem before I even realized anything was wrong. They got the firefighters across the street to cook the chicken on their grill (still delicious!) and dinner was only slightly delayed! I would recommend Renee and her team to anyone.
