ian, Polish, and American food at our wedding. They were willing to collaborate with May Cafe, a local Polish caterer, and put so much care and attention into making the wedding day seamless. I was very impressed with how they executed the custom recipes I asked for, such as 3 Cup Chicken and Chinese cucumber salad. The desserts were delicious as well. Katie and the Eat Well team are amazing to work with - responsive, willing to make adjustments for our budget, and just so on top of it!

edding from a distance, so she met with us by video chat any time we needed it, and she also met independently with our venue to iron out any details. We highly recommend attending an open house tasting in addition to your personalized tasting, because we got to try even more foods there. The cost for their service is high, but it is worth it. We had a person the entire night who would get us anything we needed: food, drinks, appetizers, etc. so we wouldn't have to find it ourselves. They made sure we and our VIP guests were taken care of so we could enjoy the evening. Best caterer and service in Cincinnati - hands down!

but hindsight is 20/20. Contacted them 11 months prior to our rehearsal dinner / welcome party. Got a few bad vibes with poor response times to emails but went for it anyways. I started contacting them again 5 months prior to the event to talk about finalizing the menu and linen details. Eventually, 4 months prior to my event, at a meeting that was scheduled by me to go over the menu, they tell me that the venue they rent, where my rehearsal dinner is, will no longer be available for my event. Frustratingly, this also occurred after my invitation suite was printed, causing another headache. They tried to find a replacement venue, but while they said they would pay the additional costs above the original quote (since the new venue they found cost significantly more), I could not get it in writing. Again, emails were ignored, and I frequently felt blown off. Luckily, we did get our deposit back and were able to find a last-minute rehearsal dinner venue / catering team that was helpful and responded to emails within 72 business hours (as you would expect for a client that has paid a deposit).

y EatWell planner did not communicate very well. She did not respond in a timely manner. She also would say one thing and then give me a different plan by email or next time we met.

many compliments from our guests. They had hot/cold appetizers ready the minute we walked in the door. (The Autumn Market Board looked and tasted superb!) Salad, wine and coffee were served at the tables. The main entrees of pork chop/ spaetzle gratin/ broccolini were hot and plated beautifully. They even had vegetarian options if guests desired that at the last minute. I saw our guests take photos of the dessert duo served in two bubble bowls with glittering strawberries and edible flowers. It was so pretty! The Captain followed directions promptly for serving at appropriate intervals and waiting for speeches, etc. Clean up happened seamlessly and all the servers were kind and friendly. They generously arranged centerpieces and name tags for me before the event. The final invoice matched agreed upon price with details for all costs. Eat Well Celebrations were very professional and a pleasure to work with. All of my desires were met with a 10! Highly recommend!

On the day of our wedding, eatwell provided a concierge that held passed hor d'oeuvres and drinks for my husband and I throughout the night.  She even helped our elderly family members if they needed anything! We have received so many compliments from all of our guests, they were blown away by the food. We plan to continue to use eatwell for any future catering needs!

She listened to my daughter in law's idea for the reception food and provided us with a menu that perfectly captured all she had envisioned. During the course of the wedding planning (6 weeks before actually) we made the decision to move the wedding from a downtown venue to our back yard due issues related to the current covid situation. Elizabeth was patient, kind,understanding and instrumental in making that transition happen from a catering standpoint. I wanted to bridge as much of the original plans over to the downsized backyard version of the wedding and the food was definitely a big part of that. We were still able to have the same menu . We had passed appetizers during the cocktail hour, a sit down plated meal and a dessert trio for each guest. With the current health concerns, extra attention needs to be given to how food is served and Eat Well made sure that every single thing was safely and beautifully presented. Their food is the best catered food I have ever had. Hands Down. Our guests went out of their way to tell us how delicious their meal was. But just as importantly, our guests commented on how incredibly nice and helpful the entire staff was that came to work the event. Everyone felt very well taken care of. The team allowed my husband and me to enjoy the wedding and dinner because they made me feel comfortable and confident that everything would be taken care of and it was. When the team left, our house and yard were as tidy as possible . I have planned two weddings in two years and have worked with a variety of vendors. Eat Well is absolutely one of the best, if not THE best, of them. I highly recommend them for any event where you want to feed your guests well.

ur guests will soon forget. Our outdoor backyard wedding was perfection with a sit down dinner for 106. Apps we chose were crisp hot french fries and chilled shrimp cocktail. Our own server, Amy, provided the groom and myself with drinks and food without our asking all evening! The Mahi Mahi was moist and juicy and loaded with flavor. The beefy delicousness of the tenderloin amazing! The grilled veggies and salads were also full of flavor, crisp and worthy of the compliments we recieved from our guests. The wait staff, servers, Chef and bartenders exuded professional courtesty and delivered food expertly and always with a smile. She even served as an impromptu wedding planner telling the wedding party when to start the walk down the aisle. Everything about eat well was perfect for our wedding day. They exceeded our high expectations and we will be telling all of our friends to use them. Although we never met the owner (which isn't at all necessary) her reputation and experience is revered.
