My husband and I were recommended to Eat Well Food Services by a co-worker. We were on the hunt for a caterer but honestly didn’t know who to go with. Being from Utica, I knew I wanted someone local to cater our wedding. When I first inquired with Eat Well Food Services, their response time was incredible. We were able to reach out to Jordan and her team and received a response almost immediately. We quickly scheduled a tasting after hearing how well they were reviewed from my co-worker’s wedding. Once we tried the food, we knew we had to go with them. What really sold us was the grilled cheese with the tomato bisque shooter. It was absolutely amazing and definitely became a crowd favorite on our wedding day. All of our guests enjoyed the food and continued to compliment it even weeks after the wedding. We are now about 3–4 weeks out, and we are still hearing about how good the food was! The service itself was also amazing. Jordan and her team were so easy to work with, and we absolutely enjoyed every moment of the wedding. One important thing for me was making sure my husband and I were actually able to eat while everyone else was eating. With Eat Well, we were served our food first and were given all of the food options we had chosen. This made me feel like we were not only being taken care of, but it meant more to me than words can describe. We would absolutely recommend Eat Well Food Services to anyone getting married or planning a big event. Jordan and her team were such a pleasure to work with, and we are so glad we chose them to cater our wedding!

They also provided large portions for the tasting which was very much appreciated. As someone who can eat a lot of food, even I was full by the end. Between that first tasting and our reception, their communication was top notch. If we ever had a question they were quick to answer. The day of the reception, everything went perfectly. The guests all told us how much they enjoyed the food. In the end we decided to go with: Caesar salads Stuffed pork tenderloins Haddock Oregenato Crispy potato wedges Pasta purses in pink pea sauce Everything was so delicious, and we savored the leftovers for days after the wedding. They also were extremely accommodating of all of our guests with dietary restrictions, and had special plates made up for our gluten free attendees. We closed out the evening with the late night French fry bar, which was a huge hit. All in all, we would absolutely recommend Eat Well to anyone looking for a great caterer!

l Food Services cater our wedding. From the moment we met with Jordan and her staff we knew that they were going to take great care of us and our guests. Jordan gave us peace of mind that our vision for cocktail hour and dinner was going to come to fruition, and it sure did! Eat Well handled ordering linens as well as any other items that were needed for our cocktail hour and family style meal. We had around 160 guests, and at the end of the night there was not one person that could not stop talking about how wonderful the food was and how much they had to eat!! The servers were all exceptional and quick to make sure that serving dishes remained full at each table. We want to re-live our beautiful day each day, and the meal that we had was absolutely phenomenal. We HIGHLY recommend Jordan and Eat Well Food Services! ng. We added many additional items both to the buffet and cocktail hour menus. Eat Well was super flexible with us and all of our menu adjustments. Whenever we requested something new they quickly made the changes and sent us our updated invoice so we could see the cost impact. We had quite a few guests with dietary restrictions and they had many menu options to accommodate them. Eat Well coordinated our linens, plates, silverware, etc through an external vendor. All we had to do was pay on the online portal for that vendor. We didn’t have to worry about picking anything up or removing the cloths. That was handled completely by Eat Well. Eat Well’s staff was incredibly professional and were amazing on the day. They looked after our guests and us. Their staff prepared plates for both the Bride and the Groom during cocktail hour since we were busy taking pictures. Eat Well’s food is the best wedding food I’ve ever had. Our guests felt the same, we got so many compliments about the quality of the food. Not only the variety, but the taste was amazing. If you go with Eat Well you will not regret it.

Kitty’s came through with a delicious French fry Bar and handhelds for the rehearsal dinner which was just a preview of what they showed up with for the wedding. the venue was giving us a lot of hardship, the caterers at Eat Well Food Services (Jordan especially) made sure to help us figure out things like tablecloths, layouts, coffee station last minute, and were overall very kind when last minute changes needed to be made. Through a lot of my bride experience vendors made me feel as if I was a burden. Jordan who ran the catering did not. She even offered me advice on my bar menu when the venue was not responding to me and spoke to me like I was a friend, which made me know I could rely on this business.
