Kitty’s was AMAZING for our wedding! We got compliments all night on how great the food and service was. Jordan and the team are incredibly accommodating and professional! They made our night so much more special and kept our guests happy!

Me and my wife used Eat Well for our catering for our weddings few weeks ago. Right from our first meeting at the tasting, we knew we wanted to go with them. They provided an incredible spread of options during our tasting and truly allowed us to get the best possible sense of what we wanted to have for our special day. They also provided large portions for the tasting which was very much appreciated. As someone who can eat a lot of food, even I was full by the end. Between that first tasting and our reception, their communication was top notch. If we ever had a question they were quick to answer. The day of the reception, everything went perfectly. The guests all told us how much they enjoyed the food. In the end we decided to go with:
Caesar salads
Stuffed pork tenderloins
Haddock Oregenato
Crispy potato wedges
Pasta purses in pink pea sauce
Everything was so delicious, and we savored the leftovers for days after the wedding. They also were extremely accommodating of all of our guests with dietary restrictions, and had special plates made up for our gluten free attendees. We closed out the evening with the late night French fry bar, which was a huge hit. All in all, we would absolutely recommend Eat Well to anyone looking for a great caterer!

All of the 5 stars might speak for themselves, but if you need one to push you over the edge to hire Jordan and her crew…hopefully this one is it!
It was an honor to have Eat Well Food Services cater our wedding. From the moment we met with Jordan and her staff we knew that they were going to take great care of us and our guests. Jordan gave us peace of mind that our vision for cocktail hour and dinner was going to come to fruition, and it sure did! Eat Well handled ordering linens as well as any other items that were needed for our cocktail hour and family style meal. We had around 160 guests, and at the end of the night there was not one person that could not stop talking about how wonderful the food was and how much they had to eat!! The servers were all exceptional and quick to make sure that serving dishes remained full at each table.
We want to re-live our beautiful day each day, and the meal that we had was absolutely phenomenal.
We HIGHLY recommend Jordan and Eat Well Food Services! We cannot wait to have them cater our next event too!

I cannot express how amazing the crew at Eat Well was! We used them for both our wedding & our rehearsal dinner (which was delivered to our house where we were hosting). From my phone calls with Jordan who answered every question, to sampling numerous food options, to everyone at our wedding raving over the food (especially the grilled cheese shooters during cocktail hour), Jordan and her entire staff made sure that everything was taken care of! They happily accommodated our preferences, made sure to have vegetarian and vegan options available for guests with dietary preferences, and organized serving the desserts. Teresa was in charge for our wedding and ensured my husband and I both ate and had something to drink. Thank you so much for making our wedding day so memorable. My husband and I are big foodies, so we picked caterers we knew would provide exceptional food & service. We’re already thinking about the next time we can use them for our catering needs!

Professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Responsive to all of our questions and covered all bases for the wedding. Most importantly the food was amazing! We used the dinner stations and it was a perfect mix between a full/service & buffet style meal. Food was constantly replaced and kept warm and just as high quality as the tasting. Could not recommend more!

I cannot express how amazing the crew at Eat Well was! From my initial phone call with Jordan, she made everything so easy! Her and her entire staff made sure that everything was taken care of! I am still getting messages about how amazing the food at our wedding was! So happy with the food, the service and the efforts made in helping us have our dream day! We can’t thank them enough! Eat Well Catering was highly recommended to us by our Venue, Heritage Barn at the Dunham Homestead, and oh my gosh, are we so thrilled we went with them! Everyone at our wedding was raving over the food, especially the shrimp during cocktail hour, and one of my uncles mentioned that it was, "the best buffet he's ever attended at a wedding". Jordan and Tory were so great to work with, making sure to answer questions and to allow my husband and I to switch our minds on a few things, making sure to have gluten free and vegan options available for guests with dietary preferences, and amazing at touching base to make sure everyone was on the same page and all set. Jill was in charge for our wedding and right on top of everything, ensuring my husband and I both ate and that we were able to try some of the appetizers we picked out. Easy to work with, phenomenal women in the company, and overall we are just so thrilled we went with Eat Well! Thank you so much for making our wedding day so memorable-my husband and I are big foodies, so the caterers we picked we picked because we knew the food and service was exceptional!!

We can't say enough good things about the food at our wedding — it was truly incredible! From the very beginning, the cocktail hour set the tone with a delicious and beautifully presented spread that our guests are still raving about. Every bite was flavorful and fresh — it had everyone excited for what was to come.
Dinner did not disappoint either. The meals were not only delicious but perfectly cooked and generously portioned. We had so many guests tell us it was some of the best wedding food they've ever had — and we even saw people going up for seconds, which says it all!

Jordan and Tory were so helpful during the entire planning process. We did a tasting event with Wolf Oak Acres and pretty much everything from the tasting was included in our Wedding. We added many additional items both to the buffet and cocktail hour menus.
Eat Well was super flexible with us and all of our menu adjustments. Whenever we requested something new they quickly made the changes and sent us our updated invoice so we could see the cost impact. We had quite a few guests with dietary restrictions and they had many menu options to accommodate them.
Eat Well coordinated our linens, plates, silverware, etc through an external vendor. All we had to do was pay on the online portal for that vendor. We didn’t have to worry about picking anything up or removing the cloths. That was handled completely by Eat Well.
Eat Well’s staff was incredibly professional and were amazing on the day. They looked after our guests and us. Their staff prepared plates for both the Bride and the Groom during cocktail hour since we were busy taking pictures.
Eat Well’s food is the best wedding food I’ve ever had. Our guests felt the same, we got so many compliments about the quality of the food. Not only the variety, but the taste was amazing. If you go with Eat Well you will not regret it.

Communication with Jordan was excellent and she was very accommodating to our busy schedules. I can guarantee you won’t find better staff than the staff at kitties as well! Our tasting helped us pick the perfect menu for our big day! The tasting was worth it and we are happy we went with Kitties cause all of our guests said all the food and service was sooo good. This was months after our wedding too! If you are looking for the best catering service for your wedding, look no further you have found it!

We used Eat Well Food Services for our wedding with 120 guests, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! The food was incredible—our guests are still raving about it.
For appetizers, we had chicken parm bites with bruschetta, which were devoured almost instantly. Dinner included fresh salad and bread, roasted veggies, steak tenderloin, and an amazing pasta bar with marinara and alfredo sauces. Every single dish was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. There wasn’t a bite left by the end of the night!
The service was just as impressive as the food. The staff was so kind, professional, and accommodating. As the bride, I hadn’t even had a moment to think about eating when one of the servers came right up to me and asked what I’d like on my plate—they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
We are so thankful for everything Eat Well did to make our day feel seamless and special. Highly, highly recommend them for any event—you will not be disappointed!

Jordan & her staff at Eat Well are by the far the best for catering services! We had Eat Well cater our wedding last weekend and the food was absolutely delicious, the staff was friendly and professional and the prices were reasonable. Our guests raved about the food and they were able to accommodate our guests with food allergies/restrictions. You won’t regret booking them for your wedding or event!

Kitty’s catered our large (240 person) wedding and we couldn’t have asked for better food, drinks, or service. Weeks after our wedding we STILL have guests raving about the food they ate at our wedding. Kitty’s was open to any idea I thought of and made it better than I could have imagined.
Kitty’s came through with a delicious French fry Bar and handhelds for the rehearsal dinner which was just a preview of what they showed up with for the wedding. Some of the favorites from our wedding were the grilled cheese shooters, loaded antipasto salads, beef tenderloin, and mushroom cut potatoes (although we got plenty of compliments on the broccoli, pasta, etc) Everyone enjoyed the drinks and we were especially excited to have a pretzel snack with some of the best beer cheese before we closed out the night.
Being familiar with the wedding industry, I know how difficult it can be to cater an event, Kitty’s pulled it off without any issue. Thank you Jordan, Niko and the rest of the crew- we appreciate all your work! ❤️

We are so lucky to have worked with this vendor! They were accommodating and kind and we felt as though they really wanted to make our day special and not just a money grab. While the venue was giving us a lot of hardship, the caterers at Eat Well Food Services (Jordan especially) made sure to help us figure out things like tablecloths, layouts, coffee station last minute, and were overall very kind when last minute changes needed to be made. Through a lot of my bride experience vendors made me feel as if I was a burden. Jordan who ran the catering did not. She even offered me advice on my bar menu when the venue was not responding to me and spoke to me like I was a friend, which made me know I could rely on this business. I can't say how much I appreciated their hospitality on our wedding day. The food was also spectacular, we did buffet style and passed and plated apps. They helped us to stay around our budget and everyone raved that the food was spectacular. This vendor was incredible!

I can't thank Jordan her and whole team enough for the master class demonstration of excellent food and service at our wedding. I don't think our guests expected such amazing food at a "barn wedding" but you knocked it out of the park.
The whole team was very easy to work with throughout the 6-month planning process. And with less than two weeks to go, we asked them to prepare another meal for our wedding crew and they happily obliged.
I can't say enough good things about the quality of the staff and the quality of the food. Top shelf!

Service was amazing, and food was phenomenal! Our wedding was absolutely magical in many ways, and the food was certainly one of the highlights. The Italian buffet was affordable but still top-notch quality. And the waitresses all seemed very happy to be there to help us celebrate. If my wife and I could go back and do it again, we would definitely choose The Original Kitty's every time!

The best catering company hands down in central NY. The #1 comment at my wedding was how AMAZING the food was.
