As a photographer myself, I’m in awe of how he works with light and color - he doesn’t just take photos, he makes works of art. His command of the craft allows him to be nimble and responsive, not only capturing ephemeral moments but doing so with an eye for composition. It’s not just his *flashy* photography skills that make Steve the best choice - he is a kind, thoughtful professional who goes the extra mile to ensure a great experience. Steve was very generous with his time even before our wedding, discussing our vision and answering all of our questions. He was flexible on the day-of - he showed up early to scope things out at our venue and immediately sprang into action to capture some pre-ceremony moments that we hadn’t planned for him to cover but that are now some of our favorite photos. Our friends and family couldn’t believe the quality of the previews that he shared just days after the wedding - their responses were all some flavor of “Oh. My. God.” If you’re fortunate enough to book Steve for your day, it will be one of the best decisions you’ve made.

Steve captured our backyard wedding perfectly. Every photo that was taken truly feels like us. Steve was also an absolute pleasure to work; kind, caring, and passionate. He delivered amazing ideas for photo opportunities such as traversing into the woods and using the sword I gifted my husband, which ended up being some of our favorite photos. He communicated with us before, during, and after the wedding and we loved seeing the sneak peaks of our photos. We highly recommend Steve and are so grateful he was able to be apart of and capture our wedding day.

Also his second shooter Andy was putting his hand in the snow to get us some snow shots, and he’s a real MVP for that. Not to mention he was a true gentleman holding my mom’s purse for her.
