We had an amazing experience working with Laura from start to finish. She was super accommodating of my tight schedule visiting town and fit in my tasting at a time that was convenient for me. My mom and I went together and fell in love with the lavender wild berry cake. Both that and the carrot cake were a huge hit on our wedding day!

We found E(at)xactly Cakes on The Knot when we were researching vendors for our wedding. We loved Laura’s creativity and enthusiasm for decorating. She used our color palette from our invitations to custom design a three tier cake. We had 4 different flavors for our guests to choose from between the cake and cupcakes we provided. Everyone raved about the variety and most importantly the taste! We highly recommend Laura for your wedding cake needs! Thank you Laura for helping make our day so special.

I am so happy that we went with Laura and E(at)xactly Cakes for our wedding cake! From the moment we went to her house for a tasting until the cake was served, it was a fantastic experience. At the cake tasting, Laura provided us each with a glass of champagne (we are celebrating after all, aren't we?!) and the cake was DELICIOUS. We went with the lemon cake for the tiered cake and did a sheet cake of the berry (Laura suggested doing the sheet cake to save money so she doesn't try to nickel and dime people). We got so many compliments on both of them. The cake looked amazing and Laura was able to incorporate a bit of geekiness into a fancy cake at our request (we had Link from Legend of Zelda squished underneath the cake). The whole experience was wonderful and I'm so happy to hear that Laura has since been able to open up her own little bakery!

Highly recommend! Laura was super nice and helpful with the whole process of tasting, design and delivery. She was even willing to make last minute adjustments to the cake when the weather decided to be 90 degrees in May. She is clearly very passionate about what she does and it really shows in her work. The flavors are all delicious and cakes are beautiful! Definitely worth booking her for your wedding if you get the chance!

We could not be happier with the cake that E(at)xactly Cakes did for our wedding. Not only was the design of the cake exactly what we envisioned, but the flavors are absolutely amazing!! We did the fat rabbit for our smaller wedding cake and then the Cookie Monster and Goomah flavors as sheet cakes for our guests and everyone was raving about how yummy everything was! Laura is an exceptionally talented cake artist. As a wedding planner, I have worked alongside her numerous times, and she never disappoints. She is kind, driven, caring and hardworking - and always creates unique desserts and works of art for my photoshoots. Laura was fabulous!!! She made the most beautiful cakes for my day! The cake tasting was awesome, lots of things to try and chose from! And not only did the cakes look perfect and amazing but the tasted amazing too! All my guests loved the cake! I would 100% recommend her to anyone

Laura was one of the easiest vendors to work with, we had a simple vision and she was able to create it to a T. When I went a little crazy a month before and decided everyone got two flavors and I needed some gluten free options for guests she was right there and made it happen! Honestly we saved some cake from the reception and brought it with us to eat on our honeymoon, it was THAT GOOD! Instead of saving it we’re just going to visit her new cake shop in concord on our anniversary and buy a new cake! Go with Laura you will not regret it! We had so many compliments on the cake!!!

Laura was great to work with! We knew that we wanted to do a carrot cake and she hit it out of the park. She also helped work inside of our budget and we loved the results. We got a lot of great feedback from guests that they loved the cake!

The flavors were so amazing that we ended up doing a his, hers, & couples choice because we just couldn’t decide! Laura also made a fantastic cable knit sweater detail cake for our cutting and the guests are still raving about the details! We can’t wait to visit Laura’s bakery to get the fat rabbit for our anniversary for years to come!

We love love loved everything about Laura. She was attentive and set the expectations and timeline very quickly. She got us in for a tasting, made recommendations on the number of cupcakes for the wedding and the size for bride/groom cake. We were able to give her a general color scheme and feel for our wedding and the decorations on the cake and cupcakes were perfect and a nice little bonus surprise for even us after the ceremony. Absolutely going to be getting an anniversary cake from her and looking forward to the cafe opening!

Being a self proclaimed cake connoisseur, I must say that Laura’s cakes are some of the most fun and delicious that I have ever had. Traditional wedding cake is wonderful, but getting the opportunity to have fun amazing flavors to go along with a beautiful presentation was everything we were hoping for! Laura was great to work with! We weren’t local to complete a tasting and Laura was able to ship samples to us overnight so we could decide which flavor we wanted. Our wedding cake was exactly how I envisioned it to be - and it tasted delicious too! Laura blew us away with her Tiramisu cake! The cake was so flavorful and her frosting with the perfect combination of creamy and sweet. I showed Laura a few photos of wedding cake decorations and walked through a few details I really wanted and she knew exactly what to do. Laura was easy to communicate with and remained flexible throughout the whole process and catered to our needs as much as possible. We couldn't have been happier with her service!

Laura was amazing! We sampled a number of her cakes and they were all so delicious. We ended up going with the Lady Grey (Earl Grey and Lavender Cake, Earl Grey Soak, Blackberry Jam, White Chocolate Ganache, Blackberry Buttercream) and a whole bunch of different cake pops as well. We did a naked style cake with wedding flowers it was perfect, rustic and gorgeous. Everybody raved about how delicious and different the cake was. We had one small piece leftover that we were able to save in the freezer, for next year :) 100% going to Laura for any other event cakes I need.

Laura was fantastic to work with! Our wedding cake was incredible. All of her cake flavors are out of this world delicious. You can’t go wrong with any of them. Try the Lady Grey, you won’t regret it!! We ran out of cake during our wedding because all of our guests were going up for seconds and thirds that’s how incredible her cake is.

Working with Laura was a dream. She has the best flavors of wedding cake that we tried. We requested a simple cake with fresh flowers and the flavor was to die for. Have you seen Laura's profile? She makes a beautiful cake and it tastes great too. For our tasting she sent us samples of her cakes in the cutest little mason jars. They held up great in the mail and it was enough cake to last us for dessert all week long.

Highly recommend Laura for any of your wedding cake or treat needs! She was so easy to work with and the cake turned out BEAUTIFUL - it fit in perfectly with the theme. Beyond that, it tasted amazing. So many of our guests were raving about the flavor, we went with her signature flavor To The Moon and Back and it did not disappoint. E(at)xactly Cakes was able to give us EXACTLY what we wanted for our wedding - a sweet, simple cutting cake for the two of us to enjoy. The cake was delicious and beautiful. We also ordered the individual macaroons as gifts for our guests. They came beautifully package and the guests loved them! Everything was also very reasonably priced in comparison to the few other vendors we looked into! We would definitely recommend E(at)xactly Cakes :)

We cannot say enough good things about Laura! We found her due to unfortunate circumstances when our original baker was unable to do our wedding just a few months prior. Laura responded to my frantic email almost immediately. After talking to Laura and viewing her incredible desserts on Instagram we put full trust in her, despite not being able to do a tasting. We were blown out of the water with what she delivered. Everyone keeps talking about how amazing the dessert table was. You can tell the time, effort, and love she puts into her work. Our coconut cut cake was a stunning but also delicious. We are so thankful she stepped up to help us in a time of need. I would highly recommend her to any couple getting married.

Laura is one of a kind. not only are her cakes absolutely GORGEOUS but, mouth watering delicious. SO delicious that we chose 3 different flavors for our cake because we couldn’t chose just one. the flavors she creates are made with so much care and ingenuity. she goes above and beyond with everything and our cake was absolutely phenomenal. I recommend her to anyone, anywhere.

Laura was very easy to work with and prompt with her Email responses. My husband and I were able to have a tasting in the comfort of our own home after picking up the cake samples which was great because I felt like we could be fully open and honest about our opinions on the different flavors. We highly recommend the Lady Grey! Her pricing was very reasonable compared to some other bakery's we looked into and so many of our guests complimented our cake. She was able to work with our tight budget and suggested a sheet cake along with a smaller two tiered cake for display to help cut down on cost. Her delivery of the cake was on time and with a refundable deposit we were able to rent a cake stand to avoiding buying our own. My husband and I can't think of anything even remotely negative to say. E(at)xactly Cakes was perfect and exactly what we were looking for!

Laura did an amazing job on our wedding cake! It looked absolutely stunning on our day, and it tasted delicious! Her cakes caught my eye at a wedding vendor show, and I fell in love. So much, that I asked for a very similar cake for my wedding. She has a great artistic ability to create texture and her baking skills are superb! Would absolutely recommend!

Laura is fantastic! We were recommended Laura through another vendor we worked with and are SO glad that we found her and her cakes :) She was patient with us through multiple rounds of tasting (which were done so creatively by overnighting mason jars of different cake flavors) AND through changing our guest count significantly and location. Fantastic job! The cake, the decoration, the delivery, everything was exceptional. She decorated the cake exactly as we asked with stars and constellations and made it look terrific! The cake and filling was delicious.

We seriously couldn't recommend E(at)xactly Cakes enough—the cake and cupcakes completely exceeded our expectations! When we first reached out, Laura (the owner & chef) already had several other weddings on our wedding day, but she was SO accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure it could work—we were a bit strapped for time, with our wedding only a little over a month away. She got us in for a tasting right away, and all 7 flavors that we selected were so so delicious. It was nearly impossible to narrow it down to 4 cupcake flavors and 1 cake flavor. We knew we wanted to do cupcakes because we felt it was more "covid-friendly" for our guests, but we didn't know much more than that. Laura had so many great ideas, such as individually wrapping each cupcake in hunter green boxes for guests to grab-and-go. Hunter green was the color of my bridesmaids dresses, so it went perfectly with our "theme." Laura also added a little tag to each box that we were able to customize with our own note—such a nice touch! After the tasting, we knew we didn't need to look any further. Not only were the cake flavors delicious, but Laura was a pleasure to work with—so laid back and not pushy whatsoever, which was HUGE because nothing is worse than pushy sales people. The cupcakes went like hotcakes on the day of the wedding, and sadly, my husband and I didn't get to take any home, but we heard rave reviews from many guests. We DID however, get to enjoy our cake—we brought it with us on our honeymoon after the wedding and enjoyed it every night for the rest of the week. FYI we selected "To The Moon and Back" for our wedding cake AND 1 cupcake flavor because it is just THAT GOOD. Thank you, Laura for making our wedding day so special!!! We will certainly be ordering some cupcakes in the near future. :)

Laura was so amazing to work with and was so flexible with us on all the restrictions we had to follow with COVID. She individually wrapped each cupcake and labeled the flavor. I also love that we were able to pick multiple flavors to servicer! Her cupcakes were absolutely amazing, and while we ordered extra, we had none left at the end of the night! People are still telling me how awesome the cupcakes were! Would highly recommend her to anyone!

Amazing cake and exceptional attention to detail. Laura sat down and got to know exactly what we were looking for and had tons of delicious options for us to choose from (what a lovely excuse to eat tons of different types of cakes). She really delivered on everything that we were hoping for. When we were split over two different flavors she didn't even wink and simply offered to make the two different flavors for us. We were doing a small backyard wedding with no planner and she really made it easy, even delivered to our backyard!!!

Laura was a joy to work with and created a vegan wedding cake so delicious that our guests could hardly believe it was plant-based. We went with the "Cookie Monster" and Laura experimented, creating vegan caramel and frosting that was out of this world. We decided to work with Laura pre-Covid and she was so flexible when our wedding plans changed from 75 to 15 guests. From the tasting, to communicating, to the actual day of, she was a true professional.

I reached out to this vendor somewhat last minute to make a carrot cake for my wedding after our plans were de-railed due to covid. Laura was very responsive and so great to work with. The cake was moist and the frosting was delicious! She delivered it to the restaurant for us so we did not need to transport it, and she worked with a local florist to add flowers to the final design. I would definitely recommend using this vendor for your wedding!

SPEECHLESS when I say Laura made the best wedding cake, cake pops, cupcakes & custom made cookies!! she went above and beyond!! not only was everyone else raving about them but people were reaching out to me directly after the wedding for the recipe and her contact info. Laura was wonderful!! So happy we hired her to make our small wedding cake and cupcakes. She was creative, kind and the cupcakes were DELICIOUS. Laura is INCREDIBLE. Not only is she a phenomenal baker who managed to make the most delicious allergen-friendly cake, but she is truly an artist. Her work is so beautiful, you almost won't want to cut into it - but it's way too delicious not to. I highly recommend Laura for any New Hampshire couple looking for an incredible wedding cake!

Laura was amazing. We did a tasting with her and she was willing to do a huge variety of different flavors and combinations of flavors. Ultimately we went with a small feature cake (48 servings) 75 mini cupcakes and cake pops in 8 different flavor combinations. Everything was delicious. On top of that, our floral theme was wildflowers and I asked that she incorporate this into the cake decoration and cupcake/cakepop decorations. I was expecting something fairly simple since we didn't have a big budget- she generated something that was easily pinterest worthy. She went completely above and beyond. She did several different floral designs on the cupcakes with frosting which completely complimented out florists choices. She applied edible flowers individually to the cake pops. She arranged flowers beautifully all over our feature cake. It could not have been more stunning. I wish I could post a picture here so that anyone reading this could see, but hopefully when our wedding photos come in she will post it to her site! Again, could not have been happier with Laura and E(at)xactly Cakes.

Laura was AMAZING. She was the only company I contacted who was willing to make me a vegan cupcake tower. She was so easy to work with right from the start and even sent us cupcakes to try from states away! Laura was so nice when I met her the day of and the cupcakes were BEAUTIFUL. The flavors were sooo perfect and the frosting was to die for. We intentionally ordered extras and ate them all weekend. You will not be disappointed!

I had already seen the super creative, detailed and amazing cakes she can make, so it was one of the easier wedding decisions we made! Our wedding was a low key ceremony, and my only request was the color scheme of peach, yellow and pink. The cake came out perfect!! And was delicious on top of beautiful. AND we had Boston Creme Pie cupcakes as an added touch. I would absolutely recommend Eatxactly because of how awesome the cakes are, but for how fantastic Laura is to work with!

We used E(at)exactly Cakes for our wedding back in 2016 and the cake was amazing. I was unsure of what I wanted for a look so I gave them a pretty vague idea of a cake design and they took my random mess of wishes and turned them into a beautiful and delicious cake (I had it for breakfast the next morning too!). We had two flavors, maple bacon and chocolate peanut butter and our guests loved them both. I've used them for a few other events post wedding too and they always deliver fantastic creations, I recommend 100%.

So amazing! Laura is creative as well as so organized and great ideas. Was willing to try some unique wedding cake flavors with flair. All in all my wedding cake was amazing and better than I could imagine. She made it easy. I will definitely order all even cakes or cupcakes maybe other sweets too in the future - all major events desserts will be covered!

We had Laura from E(at)xactly Cakes make cupcakes and a mini cake for our wedding, and I can’t say enough good things about her. I was primarily concerned with the taste, and Laura’s cupcakes were BY FAR the best out of everywhere we taste-tested. We also wanted a small cake to cut, and she was happy to help us with that. Throughout the entire wedding-planning process, Laura was incredible – she would reach out to me to check in to see if we needed anything from her, offered to meet in person (again) if we wanted to go over anything, and was just overall on top of everything, not to mention she is just honestly a very kind woman. We sent her a picture of how we wanted the cupcakes to be set up and she made it even better. We weren’t sure how we wanted our cake to look, so we sent her a few pictures of ones we liked, mentioned what we didn’t like, and she made an absolutely beautiful creation that was better than anything I ever could have thought of. Her prices were also extremely reasonable – we tried cakes from some other places that were not nearly as good that charged a lot more. She really just felt like someone who loves her job, wants to do it right, and wants to be honest about it – not charge you whatever she can get.
