Laura and viewing her incredible desserts on Instagram we put full trust in her, despite not being able to do a tasting. We were blown out of the water with what she delivered. Everyone keeps talking about how amazing the dessert table was. You can tell the time, effort, and love she puts into her work. Our coconut cut cake was a stunning but also delicious. We are so thankful she stepped up to help us in a time of need. I would highly recommend her to any couple getting married.

Her pricing was very reasonable compared to some other bakery's we looked into and so many of our guests complimented our cake. She was able to work with our tight budget and suggested a sheet cake along with a smaller two tiered cake for display to help cut down on cost. Her delivery of the cake was on time and with a refundable deposit we were able to rent a cake stand to avoiding buying our own. My husband and I can't think of anything even remotely negative to say. E(at)xactly Cakes was perfect and exactly what we were looking for!

She got us in for a tasting right away, and all 7 flavors that we selected were so so delicious. It was nearly impossible to narrow it down to 4 cupcake flavors and 1 cake flavor. We knew we wanted to do cupcakes because we felt it was more "covid-friendly" for our guests, but we didn't know much more than that. Laura had so many great ideas, such as individually wrapping each cupcake in hunter green boxes for guests to grab-and-go. Hunter green was the color of my bridesmaids dresses, so it went perfectly with our "theme." Laura also added a little tag to each box that we were able to customize with our own note—such a nice touch! After the tasting, we knew we didn't need to look any further. Not only were the cake flavors delicious, but Laura was a pleasure to work with—so laid back and not pushy whatsoever, which was HUGE because nothing is worse than pushy sales people. The cupcakes went like hotcakes on the day of the wedding, and sadly, my husband and I didn't get to take any home, but we heard rave reviews from many guests. We DID however, get to enjoy our cake—we brought it with us on our honeymoon after the wedding and enjoyed it every night for the rest of the week. FYI we selected "To The Moon and Back" for our wedding cake AND 1 cupcake flavor because it is just THAT GOOD. Thank you, Laura for making our wedding day so special!!! We will certainly be ordering some cupcakes in the near future. :)

Her cupcakes were absolutely amazing, and while we ordered extra, we had none left at the end of the night! People are still telling me how awesome the cupcakes were! Would highly recommend her to anyone!

lavor combinations. Everything was delicious. On top of that, our floral theme was wildflowers and I asked that she incorporate this into the cake decoration and cupcake/cakepop decorations. I was expecting something fairly simple since we didn't have a big budget- she generated something that was easily pinterest worthy. She went completely above and beyond. She did several different floral designs on the cupcakes with frosting which completely complimented out florists choices. She applied edible flowers individually to the cake pops. She arranged flowers beautifully all over our feature cake. It could not have been more stunning. I wish I could post a picture here so that anyone reading this could see, but hopefully when our wedding photos come in she will post it to her site! Again, could not have been happier with Laura and E(at)xactly Cakes.

Throughout the entire wedding-planning process, Laura was incredible – she would reach out to me to check in to see if we needed anything from her, offered to meet in person (again) if we wanted to go over anything, and was just overall on top of everything, not to mention she is just honestly a very kind woman. We sent her a picture of how we wanted the cupcakes to be set up and she made it even better. We weren’t sure how we wanted our cake to look, so we sent her a few pictures of ones we liked, mentioned what we didn’t like, and she made an absolutely beautiful creation that was better than anything I ever could have thought of. Her prices were also extremely reasonable – we tried cakes from some other places that were not nearly as good that charged a lot more. She really just felt like someone who loves her job, wants to do it right, and wants to be honest about it – not charge you whatever she can get.
