Eau Claire Photographics

y. And thank you for not just about taking the best photos—but thank you for how YOU made us feel and making sure we relished in the moment of capturing our day.

e great, and really captured how fun the night was. We are having a tough time deciding which photos to print out, they are all that good! Their style is so classic, and will stand the test of time.

ting in the planning process. She even helped recommend other vendors to us. We love them and are very grateful to have them capture our special day. It was truly an honor. I can't recommend them enough.

d New Orleans and throughout our wedding festivities. We are EXTREMELY pleased with how our wedding photos turned out, and we owe it all to Sandra and Sam!! Thank you!!

me to create a package that fit within my budget. Our pictures turned out better than I could have expected. They are really able to capture the candid moments and tell a story through the photos. I can't recommend them highly enough!

they worked with us to create a package within our budget and getting the shots we wanted. Would definitely recommend!

later that week for an engagement session! Sandra and Sam really understood that we wanted moments captured more than anything for our wedding. And they outdid themselves---our pictures are absolutely stunning!!

nt shots that beautifully documented the joy and atmosphere of our wedding. Looking back at her photos months later makes me feel like I’m reliving our wedding day all over again. I’m so thankful for all of the beautiful memories captured by Sandra and her partner. I would recommend them to anyone!

low key. My parents also couldn't stop raving about him, and they are tough to please sometimes:) I truly cannot say enough good things about Eau Claire. If you choose them, you won't be disappointed!

we didn't even notice them as they worked silently and unobtrusively in the background, snapping pics all the while. Thanks to a great team!

Eau Claire. Sandra and Sam are the best and so easy to work with. They stayed on schedule on the day of and they made sure to cover everything we discussed. We were so pleased with the pictures, they came out great! Awesome pictures at a reasonable price. Book Eau Claire now!

with family and friends and reliving our wedding day! Sandra and Sam are both kind and professional, and I appreciate how Sandra worked with us as we planned a destination wedding. She took time during the Christmas holidays to shoot our engagement session while we were in New Orleans. They have been a pleasure to work with.

ones it will be hard to choose favorites. I definitely recommenced them!

ith us so well so that the day of could run smoothly. She made us feel comfortable and really was just so awesome to work with. So glad we picked them! Thank you for capturing our day!

ny concerns I had about not being able to meet before the wedding weekend. She was thorough in all of the details and I knew we were in good hands. The day of the wedding there was a horrible storm which forced the second-line parade to be moved back. Sandra and Sam were not scheduled to be at the entire reception, but they insisted on coming back later so they could capture the second line. The pictures are all incredible and I am so happy that I chose Eau Claire, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Sandra & Sam. Love Danielle and Alan

med to be every where during the ceremony and reception without being noticed (which is really just what you want!) and captured all sorts of wonderful moments. We are still working on figuring out which of the great photos we are going to put in our album-it is so hard to choose!

engagement pictures to our wedding day. Throughout the ceremony and reception we didn't even notice that we had photographers, which was something that my wife and I wanted. The pictures they took captured every moment of joy and love as if they were seen through our own eyes. I always recommend Eau Claire to my friends that are looking for a wedding photographer.

fair share of obstacles, I am truly grateful for the turn of events that led me to them. Sam was my photographer, and on the day I loved that I felt completely calm, happy, and carefree. He was never aggressive nor obtrusive. Rather, he performed with an unforgettable professional ease. It made the day so much easier to enjoy, I had no worries whatsoever. The end result is beautiful! It's candid, documentary-style. He nailed my yearning for small moments, soft editing, and natural lighting. I cannot stop looking at my photos, because they evoke all the emotions, memories, and progression of the day. I am truly elated. If you're looking for a photographer that caters to the couple themselves, and can encapsulate your vision perfectly, Eau Claire is it! I am not surprised by the volume of people I know in New Orleans that rave about their professionalism and service. Thank you, Sam!

their pictures were to die for.

claire Photographics. My husband and I are so happy with our beautiful wedding photos!! Sam was our photographer, and he and his assistant captured our entire wedding ... got so many important photos.. and it hardly felt like he was there! Sam was so friendly to work with.. he stayed with me and my bridesmaids for our pre-wedding shots. He just has such a calm, welcoming and friendly personality... he truly added to the positive vibes of my day! Honestly, from my first conversation with him on the phone.. I knew I wanted to book him. He's honest, hard working, and takes his profession so seriously... yet he is just a joy to be around. We recently received our photos, and the EAU Claire team did a fantastic job!!! Our photos truly capture the essence of the day,... we have soooo many beautiful photos to admire and enjoy for the rest of our lives. My friends and family have been gushing over our photos... and my husband and I are just so appreciative. Also, there was a spill incident at my wedding, and Sam and his wife Sandra truly communicated with me and took extra time to edit the photos that showed the stain.. That's something I will always appreciate. Eau Claire Photographics are the way to go. From the beginning (they will help you create a timeline for the day before the wedding) to the end (editing, communication, etc.), you will be in great hands. Most importantly? You'll have THE MOST beautiful photos to cherish forever. I 10000% recommend Eau Claire!

that Sandra took the time to reach out to us by phone before the wedding (we were a destination wedding) and made sure we were all on the same page. Sandra was so easygoing throughout the entire day and seemed to always be in the perfect place and the perfect time. After the wedding, our guests asked if we had a photographer stay until the end because they didn't notice her. She was great at being stealthy and going unnoticed, but always being in the middle of it all. Then we got out pictures back...they were even more amazing than we could've ever hoped for!! The photographs literally took my breath away. Sandra did an incredible job of incorporating the specific character of New Orleans that we love so much! Each time I look through our pictures I feel like I get to relive our wedding all over again. There wasn't a moment that was missed. We are forever grateful for the gorgeous job that Eau Claire Photographics did for us and the breathtaking photos that will last us a lifetime.

s hectic. And of course, most importantly, our pictures came out gorgeous. We had so many compliments from family and friends with whom we shared our photos on how the pictures captured the magic of the day perfectly!

ork with. I am so glad that I took bridal portraits before the wedding! Sandra was incredible and made the whole experience so much fun! My husband and I love our wedding photos and were so impressed by the work of Sandra and Sam. We have so many beautiful photos to help us remember the best day of our lives thanks to Eau Claire Photographics!

on.

anning our wedding, I asked my friends and co-workers which photographers they liked. I got an overwhelming response that they all loved Sandra. At our first meeting, I asked Sandra why they don’t call them selves award winning like most other photographers. She responded that she only cares about her clients and not winning awards. She also said she wanted her clients to have a calm wedding day and not have it be just about taking photos. I left that meeting with a feeling that they really truly just care about their clients. I was right, on our wedding day Sandra knew the best photo spots near our venue, and helped arrange our schedule for what would work the best in our timeline. Most importantly she kept me calm. When I first saw our photos I cried. When I looked at them for a second time I cried again. She captured everything about out wedding day. Just everything. You might have never heard of Eau Claire Photographics, but you might also have trouble booking them because they book up so quickly. They are the best.

plan for good light). We didn't do a first look and Sandra made sure to get plenty of great pictures of my husband and I in just 15mins so we didn't miss a ton of our reception! Couldn't recommend more highly!

e what you'll really have to remember it by- and to share with others. So, obviously we placed a great deal of importance on who we chose to capture such a special day. From the start, Sandra was so helpful and just great to work with. She helped talk through wardrobe color options for our engagement session (which I ended up getting tons of compliments on) and really made that whole experience one of the most fun "wedding activities" that we did. But where she and her husband, Sam, really went way above and beyond was for our ceremony. They had so many suggestions and ideas for lighting and bridal party placement- ideas that were different from the traditional way our venue was used (and being a nighttime wedding, lighting was going to be a big issue no matter what). The lighting for our ceremony was so different (much more romantic) than what I had seen other brides do at this venue- and it was so beautiful! Sam got to the site early to help instruct our lighting vendor and make sure everything was set just right. They made me feel so calm and confident about the space that had previously given me so much stress. And then, of course, there are the actual photos. They turned out so great. Eau Claire's style of photography really captures the little moments that make something like your wedding day so special. Looking back at the pictures puts us right there, back in that moment. Sandra and Sam are everything you could hope for in a photographer!

the photos came out great. We look like the happiest versions of ourselves, no forced or weird smiles. Their documentary style perfectly captures the mood of the night without that feeling of "pushy photographer in guests' faces forcing smiley moments" and the posed formals were easy breezy - they just nailed it. Unobtrusive, friendly, gently elegant retouching, and speedy turnaround. They photograph with great skill, but also great kindness. Wonderful experience.

miss a moment. Upon looking at all the photos my uncle asked if I had two photographers and I said nope, just one. He could not believe all of the different angles she was able to catch. I live out of town and visited with her a few months before the wedding. She was very accommodating and communicated with me so well through the entire planning process, which is something i sometimes found hard with other venders being I was not there locally. I would highly recommend Eau Claire Photographics! Sandra is the best!

She does the BEST bridal portraits. I was unsure at first if I wanted bridals, and am very happy I decided to do so. Overall, Sandra & Sam did a great job, and I love my wedding photos. Highly recommend!

y, and we had Sam come to our rehearsal dinner. We could not be happier with our pictures, and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

eir own way, but both made it such an easy and relaxing process, instead of feeling like someone was watching my every move! They listened to our requests and did a great job of rallying everyone together to keep on the timeline. The pictures turned out beautifully. We opted out of a videographer because we felt that we might watch it just a few times, but pictures will last forever, and with their documentation style, it almost feels like a video. We were so busy trying to talk to everyone, the pictures have allowed us to look back and feel like we are actually there again. I would highly recommend Sam and Sandra to anyone!

are actually having a hard time narrowing down which pictures we want to showcase in our future home. I definitely recommend them!

ial day. I literally have favorited more than half of the pictures from our wedding. I couldn't be more pleased with Sandra and her team and am so happy we want with her. Their pricing is so reasonable, too, especially considering everything included in the packages. You won't regret hiring Eau Claire Photographics for your wedding! Thank you Sandra!

even helped me put together an entire itinerary for the day, to make sure we had plenty of time to get all of the shots my husband and I wanted. She did an incredibly job of capturing literally EVERYONE at our wedding. I feel like I can completely relive our wedding day each time I scroll through the 1300 pictures! I don't know how we will ever narrow things down to (finally) create our album. I can't recommend Sandra and her team enough.

gs I have ever met in my life! She has a very calming way about her that was very comforting as a bride. I found out about Eau Claire at a bridal show in Jan. 2014 and instantly feel in love with their style esp since it seemed like they caught actual moments from the day that were not staged. My mother and I met with Sandra 1st and I knew she was the perfect photographer for me but I needed my fiancé’s approval since he was the one that was not a fan of having his picture taken. Sandra met with the 2 of us and as soon as we got in the car after we left Sandra my fiancé told me to book her! We had the joy of working with Sandra before the big day during our engagement session and we had a blast. The engagement pictures were perfect and she caught both our personalities and our 2 shih tzus which were a handful that day. On our wedding day Sandra and Sam went above and beyond their “job”, from Sandra secretly helping a bridesmaid get some dirt off the train of my dress, picking the perfect location for our 1st look and Sam chasing down a glass of water for me while I was waiting with my Dad before I walked down the aisle. The wedding photos were just perfect so perfect that we do not know where to start on picking out photos for our album. You get to relive so many moments in your wedding photos in both color and black & white. Eau Claire really is the best and I can’t wait to work with them again in the future. Thanks for everything Sandra and Sam! Ali and Russell Thompson 1/31/15

le! He was able to capture some truly great moments at our wedding (both formal and candid shots) and we could not be happier with the photographs!

es for years and years to come!!

roughout the night when my reception coordinator was no where to be found.

many photographs were taken and how nice Sandra and Sam both were. Sam photographed our rehearsal dinner the night before and it was great having the consistency- I can't wait to see the images! Day of, Sandra and Sam were on time and very professional- Sam went right to photograph the guys and Sandra hung out with the girls. Sandra picked the most beautiful location for our first look and put everything together seamlessly. I never stressed photography because Sandra had everything so perfectly planned. Sandra and Sam know what they are doing and are awesome at what they do! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for an anniversary shoot in the future!

ess partner, Sam, both made our engagement photos and wedding so special. They both bring an amazing eye and energy to the whole experience. The communications were clear and straightforward, which I appreciated since we were planning from afar. I can't say enough other than you're not just hiring two amazing professionals but two people who genuinely care about making your wedding day special. They were also willing to accommodate our budget, which we really appreciated since we weren't looking for the typical wedding package. Thanks Eau Claire!!!

sight, advice, and really cares about capturing your special day (and engagement portraits too in our case). Sandra and Sam catch the little moments- and those are things I want to remember. The photos they caught of our ceremony and reception are phenomenal and honestly, we are having the hardest time picking photos for our album because there are just too many examples of fantastic work to choose from. We LOVED our photos, our friends and family LOVED our photos, even complete strangers commented upon seeing them when I tagged some friends on Facebook. My father commented two days ago that he never expected for us to get as many wonderful, beautiful pictures as we did. Multiple family members are considering using digital frames in our houses because we love how the photos came out. Sandra gives you all photos in color and black and white which is really great. I can't recommend Eau Claire Photographics highly enough.
