It was a seamless planning process and an even better wedding day!
Our guests are still raving about the vocalist we had a cocktail hour and the uniquely fun mixture of DJ, guitar, and drums for the reception.
We had more than one guest note that it was the best music or playlist they’ve ever heard at a wedding.

From our first call with DJ Jack, we knew he was going to crush it, and he absolutely did. He knows exactly how to read a crowd and get people moving—the dance floor was packed right after dinner and stayed that way all night. We were getting texts the next day asking who our DJ was and how we found them.
Sasha on electric violin was unreal—he played our ceremony (including a slowed-down Blink-182 song we requested, which he absolutely nailed), then turned it up at the reception with the DJ and drummer. The transition was seamless, and the chemistry between them just works. Guests couldn’t stop coming up to us about how amazing he was—he engages the crowd so naturally and can blend his violin into any song. Such a unique, high-energy addition.
Benny on drums brought such a fun, live element—it made the whole experience feel more like a band than just a DJ set. weekday activity. We fell in love with Barcelona. The singers gave us literal chills. We knew they needed to be at our big day and they were the first vendor we booked! Bob worked closely with us and was very attentive and also had great suggestions to incorporate my husband’s culture and my own. It felt very custom. The high energy and good vibes were nonstop all night. There wasn’t a moment when the dance floor was empty. Guests also advised us it wasn’t super loud for them when they were at their tables nearby. I would book Barcelona over and over again!! We also ended up adding a Photo Booth last minute. They were great in working with us on pricing. They truly are respectful and such a great company to work with!

ust hit play on a playlist - we wanted one who would play music we liked, but also be able to read the room and got all different age groups up on the dance floor.
We ended up going with Jack aka DJ JackieJack. Meeting before the wedding we were impressed with his confidence. He was always clear that ultimately he would do what we wanted, but he was also willing to provide suggestions and professional guidance. We trusted his vast experience and it paid off! He managed to get people on the dance floor right after our First Dance and keep the older crowd up there. As the bride I knew I wanted to spend most of the night dancing, and I did! Every song no matter the genre was something I wanted to hear and dance to, and he had a good read of the room for when to amp things up and when to slow things down so people could take a breather.
I also wanted to mention that as an emcee he was very professional. He showed up early, got set up, worked with our officiant who was doing this for the first time to get her mic'd up, and then for our introductions got everyone's name right which is impressive because both me and my mom has unique spellings and pronunciations.
Overall I felt going with EBE was a great value, and choosing Jack made for a great night!

From the start, Mike (the drummer and band leader) was incredibly communicative, organized, and easy to work with. EBE has a fantastic planning process that made everything feel seamless, from clearly defining must-play favorites and do-not-play songs, to aligning on the flow of the night, to thoughtful details like how we wanted to be introduced to the crowd. We felt fully heard and supported every step of the way.
The energy they brought to the reception was unreal. Our dance floor was packed all night long, to the point that guests playfully booed when the band had to stop playing so we could pause for speeches or food. The musicians and singers were not only incredibly talented, but so engaging. We loved that the singers came out onto the dance floor and into the crowd while performing. It made the entire night feel interactive, electric, and so much fun.

We worked closely with Ben throughout the planning process, and he was fantastic. He was incredibly communicative, offered thoughtful feedback, and helped us fine-tune our timeline so everything flowed seamlessly. As a huge music fan, I gave Ben and his team a detailed list of “do not play” songs along with songs we absolutely wanted to hear—and they respected our preferences completely. It truly felt like the music was curated *for us*.
The dance floor was packed all night long. We received so many compliments from our guests about the music, including one guest who told us she couldn’t leave the dance floor because each song was somehow better than the last. That says it all.
One of the most special moments of the night was when my dad had the honor of joining the band to play bass guitar for a song. Ben and the guys welcomed him so warmly, and it created a once-in-a-lifetime memory that we will always be grateful for.

it was time to plan our wedding in Jersey City. We reached out to EBE and spoke with Brian who was wonderful and made us feel like we were in good hands. We had a couple calls and he also answered some questions via email before we signed paperwork. We ended up booking Verona about 12 months out from the wedding date. As a Type A bride, I proactively reached out to set up a kickoff call with the band about 3 months out from the wedding. They provided a thorough Google Form that helps them understand your run of show and music preferences, which we reviewed together. We had a number of specific requests for the ceremony and special dances (first and father/daughter). They also took a last minute, week-of call so I could review a handful of slight changes to the schedule. Verona, alongside our day of coordinator and venue staff, were absolutely perfect and in-sync to make sure everything went smoothly. It all felt seamless. The only mid-wedding question from the band was to see if I wanted Defying Gravity added to their set since they could see our vibe was very movies/musical theatre oriented. They were wisely keeping a fluid set to respond to the crowd. I've received at least a couple dozen reactions from guests who specifically called out the band as their favorite part of the night. Ps. The band's singers stayed for our karaoke after party and closed out the night with a couple songs. It was magical!

Their setlist was perfectly curated for our bilingual 170+ person guest list, the musicianship was world-class, and they knew exactly how to keep the vibe going all night. r decision to book with them. After the live showcase, we knew Jack Friedberg was the DJ we wanted. We booked both him and the live Sax player. His energy, presence, and constant checking in throughout the night made him our perfect choice. The combo of the DJ and the live sax was exactly what we were looking for. and they are just so talented and fun. Barcelona curated a playlist that all our guests (old and young) loved and danced to, the band even came out on the dance floor for a few songs to sing with us. Our guests could not get over how incredible Barcelona was, and I’ve never had more fun dancing in my life.
Before the wedding, we communicated and planned with Bob and Kinyon, who both have such great energy, were very communicative and took all qour suggestions and opinions into account when creating their set list. Kinyon also did a great job MC’ing our reception.
In addition, EBE generously provided the sound system for our entire day, including our morning Hindu Ceremony, even though we did not have a musical performance at that event. The sound in the morning worked perfectly, and it was so generous of them. All around, EBE and EBE Barcelona were just incredible to work with and worth every penny.

All anyone could talk about the night of the wedding was our band and that they were going to recommend them to any couple moving forward. Not only was the playlist EPIC, but they also let my fiance have his dream moment of getting up on stage and playing with them - I mean... How cool is that? Their set list is unreal—everything from “Piano Man” to “Pink Pony Club”—and they somehow manage to get every single person on the dance floor. At our request, they learned a Bruce Springsteen song so my uncle could perform with them, plus other songs that were deeply personal to us. That attention to detail meant the world.

his band after searching through many. their videos were great, but we were unsure how they would play in real life. They did not disappoint. Two special moments among many: my mother is ill and wheelchair bound. Her favorite song is I Will Always Love You by Whitney Houston, a monster of a song to sing. I had the honor of doing my mother-son dance with one of the best renditions of that song I ever heard. I told my mother during the dance, "Mom, that's not a recording. That's the band!" Her eyes grew wide, she smiled with amazement. I couldn't help but cry seeing her so happy. The second moment was that the band allowed me to sing a song for my bride, which I promised her I would do several months prior while a bit inebriated. I promised her Your Song from the Moulin Rouge film, a song that was much too hard for me to sing well LOL. The band allowed me to practice with them the week leading to the wedding. My voice was shaky. I was so nervous. And yet, the band made me feel like the best singer they ever heard. On wedding day, I may have had a few too many espresso martinis before singing. But it didn't matter if I sounded great or just ok. The band made me, once again, feel like a million bucks. It was a dream moment for my wife and me. It felt like it was straight out of a movie. I'll never forget those moments with my mom and singing to my wife in an audience of 200+ people. If you hire Love77, you will NOT regret it.

o book Jack. He is the best vendor we have ever worked with. He is the kindest person and truly cares about the couple and their vision for the day. Every meeting with him is laid back and easy, he makes all of the planning perfect and runs the night seamlessly while simultaneously showing his awesome mixing skills. He is seriously talented and can cut any songs together flawlessly. DJ Jack reads the crowd perfectly and also somehow knows what the bride and groom want at all times. He can handle any situation with ease. We had a crazy rain delay and Jack handled everything swiftly without an issue. Jack will be the life of your party. He will read the room and cater to any age group and genre, but will take the time to understand exactly what the couple wants and plays everything at the perfect time. Guests constantly came up to me throughout the night saying how great the DJ was. Hiring DJ Jack is hands down the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding day. He is not just there for the job, he cares about the people, cares about the night, and most importantly cares about the music. Overall, EBE is a very professional company that is super easy to work with. I’m sure EBE talent has some other good DJs, but I can say confidently, Jack is their best.

Booking a band was one of the bigger leaps of faith in our wedding planning process. We hadn’t seen Rio live before, so going into their showcase, we were nervous. That feeling didn’t last long. Within minutes, we both knew—they were the one. Their range, talent, and the joy they clearly had performing together made it obvious. They weren’t just playing music—they were creating a full-on experience.
From our first conversation, Jonathon (the band leader) gave us the confidence we needed. He was responsive, professional, and genuinely wanted to make the night what we envisioned. He worked with us on song choices, transitions, timing, and overall vibe, and made everything feel smooth and easy. It honestly felt like they knew what we were going to ask before we even said it out loud.
Not only did they deliver musically, but they also provided all of the audio/visual for the entire wedding—from ceremony to speeches to reception—which was a huge help. They worked effortlessly with our other vendors and were true collaborators in making the day seamless.
The way they read the room and played the right song at the right time was spot-on. They made our reception unforgettable—and honestly, after the obvious love in the room, the band is the thing people are still talking about.
Rio brought the energy, the fun, and the heart. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and would recommend them to absolutely anyone.
