, provided info for them to give us a quote, and we emailed and called attempting to finalize our contract. We were told (via text) they were busy covering for ill team members and would respond the next day. 3-4 days later they told us they were no longer taking weekday weddings and would only honor those that had signed contracts. All this after Meg assured us during the tour that she would be much better at communicating than Jodi has been. Terrible communication and management. I would never trust them with something as important as a wedding.

then no response to finalize paperwork. Next communication was to say that they are no longer offering mid week reservations and at the same time raised all of their prices. They would not honor any of the pricing or our date that was discussed. Unprofessional and not focused on customer service. Would not recommend to anyone considering this venue.

smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about any of the details. She even brought us drinks and food while we were taking pictures! As for the venue itself, it is gorgeous. The views of the mountains are incredible. Everything is in one area so it makes it very easy for guests to get around. It has the ceremony area overlooking the mountain range, a building with the bar and a garage door that can open, an outside area that we used for cocktail hour and games, and then there is the main building that we used for dinner and dancing. They also have a bridal suite and grooms suite. They offer an on site catering service which we used. The appetizers were absolutely delicious and the dinner was also good. Our only complaint is that the salad was the spiciest salad we have ever tasted (and my husband is from Mexico)! They also provide the alcohol and don’t allow any outside alcohol or they charge a pretty hefty fee. And they will follow through with charging you the fee. They offer the tables, benches, white folding chairs, and an arch available to use. Other than that you do have to provide everything else. Which we were totally okay with because we could make it our very own. And Jodi is very helpful and accommodating with making your ideas happen. She can also recommend vendors if you need help finding them. We used a couple of the vendors she recommended and they were great. We loved Echo mountain as our venue and it was the best day of our lives. They even let you get on the ski lift for a few pictures :)

special! From arranging the chair rentals, to coordinating our vendors when they arrived she handled everything! We had a cocktail hour after the ceremony and she was very helpful in choosing the menu for appetizers and drinks. I'm so happy my daughter and her husband choose Echo!! Absolutely perfect!!

venue. Every need, question, desire I had was taken care of quickly and completely, and the staff communicated fabulously and were so friendly.

absolutely wonderful. Very helpful throughout the entire process. They are very accommodating with everything, including allowing our photographer to climb up on the roof of their building to capture awesome shots during our service. The location is not your typical ski resort. Its much smaller than Aspen or Breck, allowing for a more intimate setting for you and your guests. The location boasts 2 separate buildings, which is great for separating your cocktail hour & dancing from dinner. We were able to utilize the space as we wished. If you are looking for a mountain wedding, but you don't want to be too far from Denver, then this is the place for you. Its about a 40 minute drive from downtown, and the views are spectacular. What did I like best? The view. The people we had to work with. The flexibility on behalf of the location & the willingness to help me make this the best wedding ever. You could go elsewhere, but you would regret it. My wedding was nothing short of perfect. Echo was to thank for that in part.
