Echo was a blast to work with. She made tastings fun and less stressful. I feel bad because the day of, we had a bit of miscommunication on our part as far as set up time, but she handled it well and did not get too upset (that I know!) at us. She was willing to mix/blend flavors, so we had an raspberry almond blend, and our guests raved about the cake! Melt in your mouth experience + easy to work with personality= great baker.
