We got to work with Karli for our wedding at the Lightner Museum in St. Augustine. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I honestly wish I got to work with her a little longer because she was such a joy to be around. My situation was a little odd because I was in Japan during the first 6 months of the planning process, yet Karli was extremely flexible and helpful despite being in completely opposite time zones. In regards to working with the Lightner staff, she and Genevieve were an unstoppable pair, and they both kept my wedding running smoothly. I cannot praise or recommend Karli enough.

We cannot say enough nice things about Karli. She really went over the top to listen to our wants/needs and helped us every step of the way. She was tactful with the way she would make suggestions and always made sure we were happy. Our rehearsal and wedding day were so smooth with her by our side. I would recommend Karli to everyone, with my eyes closed! She was sweet and patient with our family at rehearsal, she was ultra organized with the timeline on wedding day, and she let us enjoy our day completely. Not once did she bother us on wedding day. She made decisions that were in our best interest and was so calm, cool and collected that it gave everyone peace of mind. Karli- we truly can’t thank you enough for the incredible help on our special day. Without you so many of my wedding day dreams wouldn’t have come to reality. I cannot recommend Karli enough! I got married the weekend that Hurricane Ian hit Florida (October 1st). To say that it was stressful was an understatement as most of our guests were traveling into Florida for the wedding. Karli kept in constant contact with me and make me feel so calm and at ease. She kept in contact with all our vendors and made the day incredibly smooth! Even in the wedding prep stages, she would reach out to vendors for me and offered to meet with the vendors in person since I live about 3 hours away from St. Augustine. Did I mention that we just hired her to be our day of coordinator? She went above and beyond to make our day special and we will never forget it.

Can’t even begin to explain how much we loved working with Karli! Her assistance along the way was unparalleled but what really blew us away was day of. She took care of everything and made sure I could focus on my husband and getting married instead of the little details.
