dding and got down to the last month, we felt frazzled/ overwhelmed with design and all the little things we didn't even think about! We spoke with her on the phone once, then met in person, and she showed us designs in short order that perfectly captured our personalities and what we wanted for the feel of our wedding. My fiance (now husband) is a home brewer, so we both love beer, as well as travel adventures, the outdoors and colorful outfits. Jen instantly chose designs for our wedding that were just perfect- everything including the reception tent, dessert table, wedding certificate table, archway, ceremony site, and a memorial (honor) table for those who could not be with us. It wasn't just design though, as she took care to make sure we followed all our vendor contracts, gave us a check-list of to-dos to follow so we didn't forget the big stuff, ran our rehearsal dinner, set up and tore down everything day-of with her small team, and she overall made the day a breeze and a joy for us. The trick is: she just worked really hard to make our day amazing! Her work is worth every penny. Don't even question it: she is worth hiring, no matter if it is above your budget. We would hire her again in a heartbeat, and we will for any big party we happen to throw from now on. If it helps, our photographer actually pulled us aside to say that she has never seen a coordinator work so hard before, and she has worked with dozens. Thanks, Jen!!
