We selected string instrumentalists for our ceremony and cocktail hour who tailored our personalized requests beautifully, Dave our saxophonist brought such a wonderful energy to the dance floor with his beautiful harmonies and intermittent cowbell use, Anthony as our MC who took all of our requests and considerations to heart and gave us the 10-minute hora of my dreams, an incredible Photo Booth with fantastic attendant, dynamic uplighting with attendants, and finally our incredibly kind and wonderful videographers! Their plethora of entertainment options allow you to customize whatever works best for you and their portal was so user-friendly and helpful. All staff members we interacted with were so friendly and kind, and you could tell they all genuinely loved what they were doing. Our dance floor was packed the ENTIRE night with hit after hit appealing to everyone in our party, and the sax complimented our Billy Joel first dance perfectly and the lights amped up the party energy! We have had so many compliments about the music since our wedding and while I’m sad it is over, I’m so excited to have video documentation of an incredible day and recommend this company with high praise!!

o booth and music. The dance floor was full all night long. Anthony expertly kept our wedding moving by timing the dances, speeches, table dash and cake cutting perfectly. We also hired Eclipse to do our photos and videos. I highly suggest you do the same and trust the production of your wedding to this highly professional company. Our photographers were Michelle and Rachel. They made sure to get us all the photos we wanted and helped get people to and from where they were supposed to be. Rocky and Martin did the video and they had great energy, the cameras never seemed like they were in the way and I am very excited to see our photos and videos when they are delivered to us. Eclipse had also done many events at our wedding venue and that relationship is worth a lot as it really helps the coordination and setup go smoothly. I would give Eclipse and Anthony 10 stars if I could. Thank you all again so much!

Not only did he keep the dance floor packed all night long (literally EVERYONE was on their feet having the best time!), but he also made sure to play every single song I had requested. He truly listened to what we wanted, and the music flowed perfectly from start to finish. Digital Seating Chart: We loved our digital seating chart! It was easy to build & update, even up to a few days before the wedding. And it became our digital photo wall after everyone was seated. Dancing on the Cloud: So thrilled they offered this service and our first dance had an extra elegant touch. Photo Booth: While a photo booth is always a fun time, we found this one a bit challenging. Unfortunately, the Eclipse Tech person didn't warn the crowd of it's delayed photo taking and several of the guests' pictures ultimately came out blurry because of this. Something we didn't realize and brought to Eclipse's attention after the wedding. They appreciated the feedback and said they plan to work on these issues. Best part/positive note, we received a full digital album of all the guest's photo booth photos following our wedding. It's wonderful to be able to look back at those memories. The Eclipse Team & Online Portal: Working with the Eclipse team was seamless. They were very accommodating and understanding to our needs. We loved using their online portal to organize our wedding songs and content. Anthony, Chris, and Brittany were thorough professionals the whole way through. Wedding Day: They made our special day super magical! We were excited to hear almost all of our song selections be played, they kept the crowd super entertained, and many guests complimented us on the entertainment there after. ent host Chris was communicative and easy to work with. I especially appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell us on anything and in fact helped us narrow down from a string quartet to trio. He also let us know that any extras could be removed as long as it was 6 months before the wedding date and sent us reminders about that as well. We ended up booking a string trio, up lighting and 2 sparkler fountains and each was perfect. I was initially worried about the up lighting being too colorful but the Eclipse team talked me through it and nailed it. The soft amber glow they provided ended up producing some of my favorite pictures of the night. Eclipse totally understood the vibes I wanted and kept the event friendly for the older crowd early in the evening and transitioned into more party vibes for the younger crowd later in the night. Having people up and dancing was so important to me and they kept that happening all night. They also coordinated with the Indian drummers we hired and kept the evening flowing seamlessly through the night. I didn’t realize how many formalities wedding receptions have until planning my own and Chris expertly kept everything on track. Eclipse is professional, reliable, easy to work with and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Their attention to detail and communication during the planning process were incredible, and the online event planner made things so easy for us as we selected songs for the reception. Chris’ energy and ability to read the room are truly unmatched. We had the dancing portion of the evening blocked out to the last two hours of the night and the DJ made sure the dance floor was packed the entire time. They never cut the songs off too early or played them too long, and had all ages up & on their feet enjoying the music. And lastly for a highlight - during the maid of honor’s speech, she referenced a specific song and Chris sneakily ran to his DJ equipment to queue it to play when she finished speaking. The ENTIRE room went crazy and started singing together, and people talked about that moment all night. We already wish we could relive the night, and we’d hire Chris & the Eclipse team all over again in a heart beat!

Our DJ Chris was just absolutely amazing since the minute we booked and his friendly kind personality transformed to the dance floor with his amazing energy and the team was great, all our guests couldn’t leave the dance floor! Iv known multiple people use them also have nothing but good things to say so it just Proved they have a good rep. We had our first meeting and I new we were set Chris heard our entire vision even with my being a bridezilla & wanting so many specific music details they all were met and then our follow up meeting he was on point even when I changed A 100 things he was calm and did as requested. Overall 100 stars if I could well worth every penny and would use again for a wedding no doubt!

We watched some clips of other weddings they had done and loved their energy and playlists. We also really liked the online forms and how to choose what we wanted played. Anytime we had a question (and I (the bride) always have a lot), Chris was totally responsive. At the wedding itself, Chris was amazing!! He played all of our must-haves and the songs he chose fit right in with everything we had chosen. The day could not have been any better! I think the best compliment was when my brother told me the only problem with the playlist was that it was so good, he never got a chance to rest. I was able to email Chris Ponce throughout the year leading up to the wedding and he responded in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. Everyone in the company made me feel at ease and comfortable with any questions or concerns I had about how I wanted pictures or if there were certain things that we wanted during the reception. Ken, our photographer, was literally the BEST. He made sure we were getting all of our family shots and any other photos that were important. He made sure before the night was over he asked if I wanted any other pictures taken, which was so nice of him to do. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect entertainment team to have been apart of our wedding day. The entire DJ and entertainment team kept the dance floor packed all night, our guests are still raving about how fun the wedding was! 10/10 highly recommend hiring Eclipse Events for your wedding or any event you’re having.
