As a wedding planner I tend to find vendors that continuously be professional and thorough which brings me back to them time and time again. Eco Shuttle is that company. When I work with Brandon and Eco Shuttle, I know im going to get the best quality service, clean and updated vehicles/fleet and the best price. Eco Shuttle is my go to transportation company and they will continue to be. Highly recommend!!!!

EcoShuttle was fantastic to work with. Throughout the process their communication was excellent and response time was fast. Shuttles like this are not an inexpensive part of a wedding budget but I would definitely say the quality of service we got from EcoShuttle was well worth the price. Less than a month out from the wedding, we shifted some plans - changing bus size and pickup times - and they made all those changes without a problem. I didn't actually ride the shuttles because we stayed on site at the venue, but from what I could tell everything went great. They arrived on time and the drivers were friendly. Wedding planning is a BIG job and in the process of you work with many different vendors. I have to say that Brandon and the team at EcoShuttle was probably the easiest vendor to work with. Everything was smooth, friendly and just easy to manage! I was very happy knowing our guests had a clean, cool, reliable ride to our wedding, and I would highly recommend EcoShuttle for any event.

. It was raining that day and the trip up to the venue would not of been possible without the professional drivers. Contracted for the event. He was always very communicative and responsive to our request. Terri and Kathy, the drivers were great! And on time! I originally chose Eco because Ed answered the phone right away and I liked his environmentally green concept and philosophy. I will use him again in a minute.

th emails not going through / delayed communication near the event, but the shuttle arrived on the day at the time we requested and got us all to our destination! Happy to use something more eco-friendly and safe for our guests to leave the venue.

conditioned, which massively helped during the heat wave that weekend! The buses were like little sanctuaries for us away from the heat during the reception. That’s all you can ask for and more!

EcoShuttle was very easy to work with leading up to the wedding. Mark was great about responding to emails & phone calls and the company has a nice selection of shuttles & busses. ...
On the wedding day however, one of our shuttle drivers went to the wrong address (NE 28th instead of SE 28th) with my entire out-of-town extended family on-board. The dispatch number I called could not get a hold of the driver & was pretty apathetic about the whole situation. Luckily some of our guests took charge, googled the venue, & directed the driver (who spoke very little english). We ended up having to delay the start of the wedding ceremony more than 30 minutes while we waited on guests to arrive (after they had spent over an hour on what should have been a 10 minute shuttle ride!) All that being said, I'm still not sure you can find a much better option in the Portland area! Just be sure to triple-check that they have the correct addresses & make sure someone (day-of-coordinator?) is checking in with the driver(s) throughout the day!

am confident we could've resolved this prior to this review posting. Thank you though for the positive feedback you provided in regards to Mark, as he takes great pride in his customer service. We as a team all do, as our customer service is the foundation that I built this company on (along with eco-friendliness and safety). While we definitely try to do as much advanced diligence as possible, human errors sometimes do occur. It sounds like even though we gave our driver the addresses both verbally and written on the itinerary, he punched in NE instead of SE in his GPS. That is an unfortunate mistake! I'm glad passengers were able to direct him the right way, and I can't apologize enough that this caused a delay in the wedding start time. We require the drivers to call back dispatch after two phone calls in case they weren't in a safe place to answer. It sounds though that this particular driver didn't have his phone available to us, which he has been disciplined about since your review. Also, I will ensure dispatchers are conscientious and mindful when dealing with problems, as we certainly do not condone apathy over the phone. So thank you for tightening our systems. Again, if there's more we can do to rectify, even if it's a discount on an upcoming charter like a wine tour or something, we'd be happy if you called our office. I had some last minute changes I needed to make to the route (which is NOT recommended to do so close to the wedding date) and William could sense how stressed out I was and he did everything he could to make my plans happen. I only wish more people could have come to the wedding to enjoy the stellar service of EcoShuttle! Gerry, our driver, was so sweet and on time (and even returned our marriage certificate to us after we left it on the bus!). Their bus was immaculate and one of the primary reasons I decided to book them was the fact that they were Eco-friendly, but they did so much more for me.

actually rode on one of the vehicles, but heard only positive reviews from guests. Not only is this an environmentally friendly option, but it cost less than renting one of the huge party buses, and they served complimentary beer and water on board at no extra cost to me! They arrived promptly for both drop off at the venue and pick up at the end of the night. I had a good experience with them and would recommend them to any bride in the Portland area.
