Welcome to Ed Moran Photography, my single owner-operated portrait and wedding photography business based in Brentwood, NH. I am a visual storyteller that works hard to get the details, emotion, and special moments – both candid and formal – of each wedding. I come to this from a background in journalism on newspapers in Boston and Philadelphia, and my style is based on my experiences as a news and sportswriter, and then as a sports photojournalist. I began shooting weddings and portraits two years ago to help a friend after I got home from the Tokyo Olympics. It was just to fill in, but I found a new passion that week - one I am happily immersed in. During my journey in journalism, I learned to focus on the intricate details, elements, moments, and emotions, that formed the beginning, middle, and end of every story, and that is how I approach each new wedding. People make the story, and I work to find images that are formed by emotion, commitment, celebration and joy. I strive to get to know you, and the details that make you unique, and I look to connect in ways that will allow us to work comfortably together to create the images you envision for your wedding. The best part of this, for me, is meeting and getting to know new people. I believe that who you love is your choice. Everyone deserves a perfect wedding celebration and am happy to work with every couple that wishes to contract with me. It’s not a job. It’s an honor. I will work closely with each couple to help plan and execute a stress-free, fun filled, photographic day. I cover everything from engagement sessions to bridal prep, first look, formals, ceremony, and reception. While I am based in New Hampshire, I travel to destination weddings and venues throughout New England, or further if needed. My editing style is simple and colorful, true to the moments of the occasion, and I don’t push to alter the look and feel of the day. I produce fully edited images in digital and printed format in a downloadable gallery. Because every couple is unique, each package will be tailored to the clients’ specific needs and desires. I am available for small backyard, or simple ceremonies, to a full wedding celebration. Want to go a full weekend? I’m in.
