I’ve known for years that if I got married in Miami, my cake would come from Edda’s. 30 years ago, when Edda was working out of her home, she made my parent’s wedding cake. Last month, Edda’s made mine. Our guests raved about this cake. I had some come up to me just to ask what kind of cake it was and where it was from! It was gorgeous and incredibly delicious. We went with the classic vanilla rum which is my absolute favorite! The cake looked exactly as I imagined it to! Thank you for helping make our special day absolutely scrumptious!

We ordered a cake at the South Miami location for our May 2021 wedding. They were great to work with and had a wonderful experience when we came into the store to do the tasting. The staff is very nice and we had no problems getting the cake delivered to the venue (as I know of!). They called to confirm the number of guests and cake the week of the wedding which was very convenient for me! The cake itself was beautiful and tasted great! We did marble, vanilla rum and key lime with white buttercream frosting. The guests all really enjoyed the cake and got a lot of compliments on it!

My wedding cake was absolutely delicious! It was moist and everyone raved about how good it was. As soon as I got married, the next day I went on my honeymoon for 5 days, I came back and the cake was still moist as the very first day. Thank you so much!!

Edda's Cake Designs is a South Florida classic that me and my family have used for as long as I can remember. For my wedding, Edda's Cake Designs was included with my package at The Mayfair at Coconut Grove. When it was time for our cake tasting, we visited the location in South Miami and was helped by Sandra. Sandra did everything she could to make sure we were happy with the flavor and style of cake. Our cake was both delicious and beautiful on the night of our wedding! Can't wait to work with them again.

Amazing Cake!! Our venue was Deer Creek Golf Club and in this package the cake was included and they gave us a few cake vendors and we went to Eddas Cake and we were not disappointed!! The cake tasting was a lot of fun, the people that worked there were nice and we ended up going with a variety of flavors! Tasted yummy. Thank you!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST CAKE IN MIAMI! The most beautiful cakes with the best flavor! I was so excited for my wedding day to be able to have Edda's cake! I have been ordering my birthday cakes from them for over 10 years. Their vanilla rum cake (extra moist) is bar far the best cake I have ever had. Their fondant is excellent (highly recommend). My cake was exactly as I designed it. All my guests were asking where my cake was from and commented on how delicious it was. I will continue to use Edda's for all my cake needs.

5. Edda’s cakes are always delicious. My guests enjoyed it. My husband’s grooms cake came out exactly how I wanted it and he loved it. The only issue with Edda’s is the communication problems. My planner had a hard time setting up the groom’s cake order; she had to verify the order about 3 times. We also had issues with the cake stand that I rented from them; between my planner and I we confirmed a crystal cake stand rental on 4 separate occasions only to be told 2 days before my wedding that they gave the cake stand to someone else. Thanks to my planner, Edda’s agreed to make a brand new cake stand with crystals. Delicious and beautiful cakes but a lot of communication errors.

The wedding cake that Edda's Cakes delivered was both delicious and beautiful. The experience of choosing our cake was wonderful - we got to taste the different flavors and discuss the design with a staff member right there in the store. They were very accommodating to every detail we wanted. Delivery was prompt and easy, and the cake turned out better than we expected!

My husband and I ordered a cake for out engagement party; we got the bottom vanilla rum with butter cream, the middle chocolate with nutella, and the top red velvet. It was do hard to choose a flavor we wanted them all! The day of the party, the guest agreed because there was none left! I never had a party where there wasn't a piece of cake left over. So, so, so good. Honestly you wont regret doing business with Edda. Not only was itdelicious, my cake was beautiful! The details were flawless and I couldn't be more happy with how it turned out; they made my dream cake a reality.

My cake was custom designed and the delivery was perfect. Yamy at Eda’s was the best. Constantly checking up on my order, refreshing it and making sure it was perfect. She was incredible as was my cake. I could not be happier

We forgot to order our wedding cake and I realized the day before (had so many things to think about) but Edda’s cake was able to make us a last minute cake that was AMAZING. The flavour (vanilla rum) and the decoration were amazing

We have only heard positive things about Edda’s from everyone we know and our experience was also exceptional. I am extremely meticulous and detail oriented and had a very specific idea I wanted for our wedding cake. Ivonne went out of her way to ensure that the colors and the look of the cake matched our linens and décor. When we saw the cake the day of our wedding, we were blown away! It was truly the centerpiece of our wedding and far exceeded our expectations… Oh and of course we went with their famous vanilla rum and it was delicious!

Had an amazing experience here! I was able to build my wedding cake from the ground up and it was so amazing! The cake tasted delicious! Happy they had a gluten free option, but honestly wish there were more choices. When I arrived for the tasting there was just the vanilla flavor, but I am not hard to please so vanilla was just fine!

When I ordered my wedding cake, I provided a picture of exactly what I was looking for. The cake was included with my venue costs and I ordered one of their wedding cakes but asked for little pearls to be added to each layer. I was told it would be no problem and there was no mention of any extra fees. When the cake arrived, it came plain with no pearls. It was several hours before the wedding so I called Eddas to see what could be done. The customer service was seriously lacking on this call. I simply stated the issue and was told to look at the order because there was no mention of pearls and that it was an extra fee anyway. I had the order in my hand that has pearls not only mentioned, but drawn on the picture of the cake. I told them to call me back when they had a solution and never received a call back. At this point, there was not much I could do but go with what I had. The cake was still pretty when my cake topper was added but was pretty plain otherwise. Very very disappointed!! Would not recommend for the lack of customer service.

LOVED IT! We had a Circle 4 tier Vanilla Rom cake with Dulce de Leche filling and buttercream icing, tasted soooooo good!!! I usually don't like rum cakes, but this one was amazing!!!! All our guests are still talking about our cake. It was beautiful and yummy! I would also recommend the amaretto cake, delicious!

We had Edda’s desserts for all of our wedding events and I couldn’t be happier. The cake tasting process was efficient and she even let me take some home for my mom to taste. There were so many possible flavors! Prices were reasonable and the delivery was on time. Our wedding cake was simple but largely what I’d asked for - the dozens of other desserts were delicious. But this is hearsay from my guests because there weren’t any left by the end of the night! I froze our wedding cake and ate it the week after and for some reason, it tasted even better then. Loved everything about the PPines office and will be ordering from them for family events for years to come.

Since the first day we walked into their shop, they treated us super nicely with the cake tastings- so yummy! We got married at the beach (Miami) and chose a real 3-tier ombré cake. It was delicious and pretty! I took the top tier home back to NY.

We had our wedding cake and grooms cake made at Edda’s. We worked with Miriam who made our vision for a fisherman grooms cake come to life. The cakes were absolutely stunning and delicious. We received numerous compliments! Great job Edda’s and Miriam! Highly recommended!

Never again! I’ve been contemplating writing this review without sounding nasty, but I’m disgusted and disappointed with this company. Ordered my wedding cake for my semi-vintage themed wedding that has birdcages as center pieces. I wanted a set of love birds as the main focal point of my cake I even gave them a picture of what I would like it to look like especially since I got married in jungle island. When my cake got to jungle island and I walked in to my venue, the cake was NOTHING as we spoke about. I should have realized it wasn’t when she looked like she was scribbling all over a paper. There was supposed to be lace on the bottom tier and it literally looks like garbage. As for my love birds, well that didn’t happen. They put a Victoria woman face on my cake. I almost started crying but calmed down thinking of the flavors. Unfortunately even that was disappointing because the cake was stale and my three tier cake did not have all the flavors I wanted. I asked for a refund and long behold they still haven’t given it to me.

The baker set to do the cake in our venue package backed out a month before the wedding, but Edda's stepped in and did a last minute tasting. We were more than happy to book them after that. We got a three tiered rum cake with buttercream frosting. It came out gorgeous, tasty, and fit our wedding theme well.

If you are looking for professionalism when planning your wedding I would pass. Their cake might taste great but every other aspect will stress you to a point of no return. We went in for the cake testing with Karla and it was amazing compared to the other places we visited. We let her know that we had a few more places we would be tasting and if we wanted to order we would get back in contact. She said we could call over the phone to order. After visiting other vendors we decided this was the best. I should've known when it took me about 4 times calling & an unresponded email to place my order that I should've selected another vendor. I placed the order. I called leading up to the wedding to pay and verify that all aspects of the cake were written correctly. This too took multiple attempts at calling to get a response. Fast forward to my wedding when the cake was not correct. I was upset but it was fine I would call when I returned from my honeymoon and request a refund on the aspects that were wrong. 4 phone calls, another unresponded email and about 4 weeks later they finally processed my refund. There was no denying that they were wrong but there was always an excuse as to why my refund was not processed. Additionally, the first time I called the woman put me on hold for 11 minutes. I finally hung up and called back and another woman answered who had no idea what was going on. This store lacked professionalism and greatly disappointed me. Something that should've been stress free and fun was the only thing that went wrong at my wedding.

We loved our cake!

We were referred to Edda’s through our chosen ceremony and reception vendor Crowne Plaza Hollywood Beach. The staff at Edda’s was very knowledgeable on flavors, what they had available, as well as design. I gave them the colors and design for my cake and they pulled it off flawlessly. Each layer was a different flavor that our guests couldn’t stop raving about. This will be my go to cake design studio going forward.

We tried a number of fancy bakers for our wedding cake and hands down Edda's cake was the best tasting. I had a vision and they executed it perfectly. We had 4 tiers of guava, rum, and coconut and it was absolutely spectacular. The best value for excellent taste and design. I could not be more pleased that we went with Edda. Thank you so much!

YUM! I got married at Deer Creek Golf Club and Edda's was one of my options for cakes. After seeing the reviews, we chose even before a tasting! The tasting was so yummy, and there were so many different options for flavors. Depending on the size of your wedding, you can also pick multiple flavors which we loved. We were able to then look through a book and decide on design. It was so simple. Fast forward to the wedding, our cake was absolutely gorgeous and perfect. Also, sooooo delicious. Multiple guests came up to us and said it was the best wedding cake they've ever had (which I agree :) ) Absolutely choose Edda's for your wedding cake, you will not be disappointed!

Delicious cake! During our tasting, the fell in love with their known vanilla rum cake and chose this for our wedding. Our consultant, Miriam, did amazing at adding piping and fondant ribbon to our cake. It looked gorgeous. People loved it and wanted more!!

We had the pleasure of working with Edda’s for our wedding on 12/3/2016 in Brickell. We did our research when selecting all our vendors, including obtaining multiple quotes, reading reviews across various websites, etc. Edda’s had a competitive rate and good reviews. The cake was beautiful with varying buttercream finishes on each of the 4 layers. The flavors were all delicious as well. The chocolate was our favorite because it was so rich and decadent. We received so many compliments which is rare these days (no one eats cake at weddings anymore?)! We did have some communication issues with their staff on pricing but these were quickly resolved. As with every wedding vendor, it’s best to keep detailed receipts and contracts in case of staff turnover you get what you agreed/paid for. Thanks Edda for making our wedding cake so special.

From the day of our cake tasting to the day of the wedding, Miriam at Edda's Cake was an absolute pleasure. Our wedding cake was absolutely amazing and so delicious, I'm still sad I only got one slice! They did such a great job and it looked exactly like the picture in my head. Our cake was half superhero themed & half "normal" elegant wedding cake. The design they created completely fit the vision we had and complemented the aesthetic of our wedding. I am definitely looking forward to eating the top tier of the cake on our first wedding anniversary.

DISCLAIMER: I did not have an Edda's cake for our wedding. The reason is because when we went for the tasting, the customer service was terrible and the cake they gave us to taste was stale. We were deciding between Edda's and Ana Paz but the difference between both services was noticeable. At Ana Paz we were met right away. At Edda's we had to wait for the lady behind the counter to finish up her (personal) phone call before she kind of dismissed us to a table. 15-20ish minutes later we got a book of about 5 designs to choose from (AP had tons!) and the cake was kind of tasteless. Now I've had Edda's before and it was delicious! But I was so unimpressed with the service and the tasting available that day I had to pass on having them for our wedding. I think Edda's is relying too heavily on their reputation these days and I would look elsewhere for your special day.

Eddas was amazing. Everything was flawless. Executed to perfection, picture perfect and on time! I came in a picture of how I wanted my cake designed and they delivered just that - it was exact, down the smallest detail!

Edda’s Cakes was a homerun with our wedding guests! The flavors were absolutely delicious and the presentation of the cake was exactly what I had envisioned. We went with a traditional buttercream frosting, and chocolate, marble, and vanilla rum cake layers (you HAVE to get the Vanilla rum!) Also loved that they have several locations in the South Florida area, so we were able to do our tasting at a location closer to home rather than in the heart (and traffic) of Downtown Miami.

DJ Javi and "Tamoriginal" DJ Clif made our wedding and reception unbelievable! They made sure everything went smoothly through the ceremony and cocktail hour, and they had the perfect playlist for the reception. They kept everyone dacning for four hours straight and were very accomodating to everyone's requests. They were absolutely fantastic and made our reception one noone there will ever forget!

Very disappointed with their customer service to start off. The lady that was helping us with our wedding cake went on vacation and getting someone on the phone that could actually answered a simple question was a mission. Not to mention that they would leave me on hold for about 30min without being transferred to the right person and then somebody else would answer and I had to start from the very beginning because they didn't know what I was talking about. But that was ok as long as my cake was as discussed and unfortunately it was not. They forgot to add the lace accent around every single layer. Even though I called them to confirm they didn't need to see the stand I had rented, they did no hesitate to place their base, which was way bigger than my stand and made my cake look out of proportion not exactly how I envisioned it. Really disappointed at Edda's Cake.

Grace at Edda's was so helpful! I gave her an idea of how I envisioned my wedding cake and she brought it to life. On my wedding day when I saw the cake I was blown away! All three tiers of my cake were different flavors. I ate the amaretto tier and it was delicious! Thank you for a perfect wedding cake!

I used Edda's for my October 2015 wedding. I had a specific theme with Manzanita branches as my centerpieces bare branches and love birds, perfect for a fall wedding. The associate I spoke with said they would do 3-dimensional icing branches with the love birds under the raised top tier which I paid extra for. When the cake came it was a simple flat design and too late to do anything about obviously. Cake tasted decent but I was disappointed.

DELICIOUS, DEVINE and DAZZLING!!! Our cake was 3 tiers with with ivory ruffle layers and a stunning gold tier as well... I absolutely loved our wedding cake....I wish I could post a picture to show how beautiful it was! Not only was it gorgeous and heavily admired, but it was decadent, moist and delicious as well! From start to finish my experience with Edda's was great! Working with Grace was a pleasure. Even though I live 10 hours away, she made sure that everything was perfect and in order and even accommodated us for a cake tasting on a whim. I was so pleased with my cake I would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone!

My venue recommended Eddas so I went in for a tasting. Loved the cake but the lady that was taking care of me didnt speak english very well so communication was a problem at first. My cake was a successs and thats what counts but they should hire someone that speaks english to help out the people like me which dont.

We had a cake from Edda's as part of our caterer's package but don't let that mislead you! We had a cake that was simply elegant and beautiful and we had 4 tiers of various delicious flavors! Special thanks to Vanessa who helped us choose and design our wedding cake!

My wedding cake turn out to be simple and beautiful. The staff was friendly. They are very busy and have lots of clients. The only negative thing to say about Edda's cake if that I feel that they are short on staff and need to be more organize. But it is the best cake in all Miami FL.

They were very helpful in helping with the decorations and the different flavors I wanted in each layer of the cake. They also helped me pick the perfect cake for the groom. Edda's reputation precedes her, with good reason. She has clearly perfected the art of cake baking. My husband and I had difficulty just picking which flavor we wanted, they were all so delicious. We ended up choosing Amaretto and Lemon. Delicious! And the cake itself was beautifully done. We even asked for custom coloring of the details and they were able to do it no problem! I'm so happy with how it all turned out!

I'm blown away by the positive reviews for this vendor; we had a very bad experience at the tasting. When we went for the cake tasting, the 'basic' cakes (ie vanilla and chocolate) were incredibly dry and stale. The 'specialty' cakes (ie vanilla rum, amaretto, key lime, etc) were completely soaked in their flavor, wet and falling apart. The lady helping us admitted she didn't even like cakes, and only offered to up-charge us for fillings. I'm glad we did the tasting because I feel like we dodged a bullet! I would never want to serve Edda's Cakes to my guests.

Grace from Edda's Cake Designs was amazing! She was so helpful in designing the wedding cake of our dreams. We got married on 09/06/15 at the Coral Gables Country Club and chose chocolate and guava cream cheese for our flavors. Everything tasted so delicious at our wedding and the cake came out sooo beautiful. We cannot wait to eat the top tier for our 1 year anniversary!

My hotel provided the cake by Eddas. It was a three tier cake made of vanilla rum and covered in buttercream. It was delicious! I got the top tier in marble to take home and freeze for our 1 yr anniversary. Can't wait to try it!

I would highly recommend Edda's Cake Designs for any event. Our cake was included in our wedding package from our venue, but we did upgrade it and ordered additional desserts. Maegan was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. She was always quick to respond to my questions and helped us decide on the perfect beach themed wedding cake. We also ordered an additional cake for our daughters birthday party and it was also amazing. Our guests raved about how delicious everything was. One tier of our wedding cake was key lime with key lime cream cheese filling, another was chocolate with chocolate fudge filling and the third was marble with chocolate fudge filling. Our daughter had an Ariel cake that was cookies and cream with cookies and cream filling. I would certainly recommend Edda's Cake Designs!

I ordered my Wedding Cake and the desserts for my Desert table from this specialists. Needless to say everything was amazingly great. My Wedding cake could not be more fabulous and the dessert table was empty by the end of the night.

Unfortunately we received a cake that we don't order.......... Sixty day prior the wedding we started the process of ordering the weeding cake, Grace , the wedding coordinator, took the order. We provide her all kind of artwork, pictures, etc. We contacting her several times to make sure that everything was in order. Three hours prior to the wedding the delivery arrived with a cake that was not what we ordered. Edda's was contacted via phone and after all kind of excuses, no solution was offered. After the wedding, we contacted the store, I spoke to Vanessa (manager) and her best answer was "we will give you 25% off from cake cost". Nevertheless no one is looking to get discount in a terrible mistake made in one of the most important day of your life. Please be careful, don't let them ruin yours 08-01-15

Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful exactly how we wanted it to look. We had a little problem with the flavor so just make sure you confirm the flavor before your wedding day. Other then that the cake was beautiful!

My cake for my recent weeding was beautiful I gave them the design and they did it very similar to it and it was delicious. The customer services is not the best but at the they did a great job and it was a great experience.

The cake was not only delicious but beautiful!I had a picture of how I wanted my cake to look and when I sent it to them they were able to replicate the same exact one! It was beautiful! I highly recommend them!

My Mom and I use Edda's for literally almost any occasion that we'd like to have a custom cake for. The taste and presentation are always outstanding! I used them for my wedding knowing they would do a phenomenal job. It was a very simple 3 tiered cake for my wedding. It was so beautiful! My husband and I loved it!!! We also saved the top tier and froze it to eat it on our one year anniversary. Without a doubt, this is my #1 cake baker for everything! I promise you won't be disappointed.

We used this vendor for our cake because it came with our venue. When we went for the tasting, the shop was empty but it still took them a long time to get to us even though we had an appointment. We were given cake to sample (nothing to drink unless we paid for a soda from their vending machine) then left alone for a really long time. We chose three flavors for our three-tier cake. When I called them to book our date, I was on hold for so long twice, that I ended up making three calls for my 30 second conversation. They confirmed with me about a week before the wedding and I made arrangements to leave the cake topper at the venue. The day of the wedding: the cake looked beautiful and they placed the topper well. However, once we cut into our cake, I was worried because it was white. It was supposed to be lemon. Sure enough, it was vanilla cake. The second tier was correct and was marble. I have no idea if our third tier is lemon since we won't cut into it until our first anniversary. Was the cake good? It was wedding cake. Truly, nothing great. Would I use them again? Probably not.

Edda's is absolutely delicious. Everyone whom we spoke to after the wedding mentioned to us how delicious and moist our wedding cake was, and I have to agree. Can't wait to have our top layer on our 1 year anniversary!

Edda's cake designs did such a great job with my wedding cake. Let me start off by mentioning I had no traditional wedding cake. My vision was a half wedding cake nod half batman design and was so worried of anyone being able to accomplish what I wanted. Well Edda cake did a phenomenal job and was so pleased with what they did. My wedding cake was everything we wanted it to be. Definitely recommend them to anyone. We used the doral location.

This vendor was provided to us by the venue as part of the contract. We were a bit skeptical but it turned out to be great. The cake was so moist and tasty we didn't stop hearing about positive reviews from our guests. They matched our wedding colors perfectly using swatches or pictures provided. We had to wait a little while we went to their store in Pembroke Pines since it was small and busy, but aside from that, everything was wonderful. Thanks Edda's for the delicious dessert!

My cake was the perfect combination of both simple and elegant. I used 2 flavors: chocolate with chocolate filling and amaretto with cream cheese filling. Both were delicious choices. I can't wait to eat our top tier on our first anniversary!

My experience at Edda's was definitely the best cake experience. I had heard that cake tasting overall is a very daunting experience because there are many factors to consider when choosing a cake. Our consultant laid everything out very honestly and told us that "people are going to have a problem with your cake and you can't make everyone happy so do what you want"!! We instantly felt comfortably and ended up choosing a pina colada wedding cake. The design was everything I wanted and they even provided the bling I requested for free!! Our cake was included in our hotel package and it was absolutely perfect. As a surprise I ordered a chocolate groom's cake for my husband and it was just as delicious as my beloved pina colada cake. And the best part?.....every single guest at my wedding LOVED my cake!!!!!!!

Our experience with Edda's was awesome. We did our cake tasting and selected a cake and design that same day. Payment was done through our event planning company (Exquisite Productions) and day of delivery and set-up was simple. Overall, we loved their service and the cake was so delicious! We chose vanilla rum, which apparently is their top seller!

This was by far our easiest vendor. We tried several other cake vendors and we really weren't pleased with the quality. In addition, all of the other cake vendors we considered were going to up charge an arm and a leg for additions to the design of the cake and with Edda's not only was the cake phenomenal (so many of our guests were coming up to us telling us how amazing it tasted!) but the design was elaborate and completely included with our venue! They accommodated us coming in without an appointment and we were in and out with everything picked out in less than 25 minutes - it was so easy! In my opinion, there isn't another cake designer in South Florida that even comes close to Edda's! Oh, and go with the vanilla rum - it's to die for!

The cake was beautiful and they matched our colors to the invitation I gave them. The cake was moist and delicious. They don't have as many choices on flavors as I hoped for but the rum cake was great.

We walked into Edda's with no appointment, after having a horrible experience at another prominent Miami wedding cake shop not too far away. Thankfully, Romi Woo was welcoming and accommodating. She gave us their most popular vanilla rum cake to try and we knew immediately that this cake was the one for us. It was moist and absolutely delicious! Ordering the cake design was a breeze as well. We had our own design in mind and Romi told us that they would be able to replicate the cake exactly. On the wedding day, our cake was delivered on time and it was so beautiful and flawless. We left the cake until the last minute and refused to pay $450 for a 75-person cake from Publix, so we consulted Edda's for a beautiful, 30-person cake for pics and then got sheet cake from Costco. BEST.DECISION.EVER. Our $130, round, 2-tier red velvet, buttercream icing with pearlized fondant bow (and a $8 brooch I found at Michael's) cake was magical and delicious! We highly recommend Edda's :) Beautiful work and great price!

I simply can't say enough about the cake!!! We both thought it was amazing and can't wait for our 1st wedding anniversary so we can devour our top layer :) The staff really listened to our ideas to create our uniquely tiered delight. Each layer was abundantly flavored and moist but not overstated. The guests continue to rave about the freshness and emblished innovation. At the end of the night I stopped to reflect on the day's magnificent event and reminisce while my palate savored the taste again and again with each bite. Kudos to Cakes by Edda and I will definitely be using them in the near future.

Edda's cake was simply delicious the day of my wedding and people are still contacting me asking me who did my cake for the wedding. She also worked with my budget and gave me something beautiful! They were so easy to deal with and gave me no headaches! Definitely will be using them again! Do not hesitate to hire them for you wedding!

The cake option was part our Hotel package. We picked Edda's cake based on the online reviews and feedback from our friends. We did our cake tasting at the location in Pembroke Pines and we had a great experience. We selected piña colada and chocolate flavor, because they were just so delicious! During the day of the wedding the cake looked beautiful and tasted amazing. Many of our guests keep on talking about the tropical flavors! The only thing that could have been better were the sugar flowers. Although they were beautiful, I thought the colors didn't exactly match the picture I sent as an example. We are going back to get piña colada cupcakes! yumm!

Best cake by far! I was so worried that everyone will like the cake and there was not a piece left. Red Velvet and cream cheese filling. I wish i could show the pic, it was such a beautiful cake. Staff was really friendly.

As soon as I announced my engagement everyone at my work started asking me about my wedding cake, and telling me that I should go to Edda's. After we chose our venue, we had three vendor choices, as a part of our hotel package, and luckily Edda's was one of them. Still we made appointments with all three, and quickly agreed that Edda's was the best! We had to make our appointment almost a month in advance, but they were prompt and professional when we came, and had a large selection of cake designs that were included in our hotel package. We were even able to modify one of the cake tiers, and have the hotel coordinate with them to have the cake piping match our napkin color. A week before the wedding someone from the shop called to confirm our guest count, and the cake specifications. The cake was delivered to our hotel and was just as delicious as we remembered from the tasting!

Our cake was not only delicious but also beautiful. The service was great too. They coordinated a tasting for the groom and I and we got to taste most of their flavors. We went with Piña colada because we were going with a Caribbean menu and because it was delicious. Everyone who had a slice asked us about the unique and delicious flavor. Would recommend them to anyone who wants a yummy wedding cake. We will definitely go to Edda's the next time we need cake!
