onship the entire time! Let’s start from the beginning though. When we booked Dylan, he asked to schedule a FaceTime just to get to know us better and our vibe. We loved that! You could tell from the start that he really wanted to make sure he understood who we were, what we were looking for and that he could tell the story of us through film. Then leading up to the wedding, he was super responsive, answered any questions I had, was very flexible when we had some changes or were still figuring out details and I really appreciated that. On the day, he arrived promptly on time and immediately got to work, vibing so well with our photographer who he hadn’t even worked with before. Throughout the whole day, he was just such a joy to have around and we felt confident that he was capturing everything he needed. He also said the kindest words to us during the day that I won’t elaborate on, but what he said literally meant so much to us. Weddings can be stressful, so to have a vendor there that makes you feel at ease, lifts you up and genuinely is excited to be there celebrating with you, is such a blessing. We received a teaser video within a month, and it was amazing. The one minute clip was such a good highlight and so us, that it really hyped us up for the final video. When we received the final video at around our three month mark (good turnaround time, especially with the holidays thrown into the mix!), we were ecstatic. The moments, the music, the speeches, it brought our whole wedding day back to life. We’ve watched it so many times since then and will continue to watch it for the rest of our lives. We were on the fence about video in general initially, but committing to video and especially Eden Wedding Visuals was one of the best decisions we made.
