Reclaimed wood, exposed steel beams, and towering ceilings create a chic old‑meets‑new atmosphere, while the fully operational overhead crane offers a one‑of‑a‑kind nod to the building’s history. The venue sits on the ground floor for easy access and can comfortably host up to 210 guests with a nice‑sized dance floor, giving couples the perfect blend of spaciousness and intimacy. Brittany Dunlap has been working in events for almost 7 years. She started off working for a scenic railroad, and then moved into weddings in 2021. She has a successful event planning business and has now expanded into venue ownership! Brittany has experience in Floral Design, Venue Management, Event Planning, and holds a Master's in Business Administration.
