Love this hotel My wife and I just got home. We spent three nights there. The hotel was wonderful. It was clean. They cleaned the room every day replace towels anything that we needed without having to ask which is rare these days the location ...
is awesome. You can walk everywhere. it was nice. They offer free breakfast. It is what it is. It was free so I’m not gonna complain . Would’ve been nice if they had eggs and sausage or something, but I was able to eat Greek yogurt and fruit. I was able to check in early front desk was very friendly. The view is amazing.

Overall, our quick weekend stay at The Edge was great!
We didn’t get a chance to try the included breakfast — which was a little disappointing — but honestly, we heard from others that it wasn’t anything to rave about. The pool area was amazin...
g, and the breeze coming off the water was perfect, making it such a relaxing spot to hang out.
Our room was clean and comfortable, and when we noticed the sink was clogged upon arrival, maintenance came up within minutes (at 11pm, no less!) and fixed it right away — huge plus for great service.
The balcony had a beautiful Gulf view and was a nice touch, though one small downside was the lack of any lighting out there — it would’ve been perfect to sit outside at night and listen to the waves if there had been.
Overall, we had a really nice stay. Friendly staff, clean room, and great location — we’d definitely consider coming back for another weekend getaway!

This is a tough one. I would love to give 5 stars but I can't. The room view was amazing theres no beach but I knew that. Best sunset from our ocean view corner room( so we got a little of sunrise too😊.) Guy in front desk friendly and helpful....
Nice infinite pool, no jacuzzi.
In general ok furniture outdated, mattress could have an upgraded. Towels for the room are horrible at least the ones we got, they saw better days for sure. Old and hard on the body.
Terrible thing Breakfast, I'm so sorry but this kills it for me. The only protein without sugar were boiled eggs weird taste by the way, the rest sugars and carbs from the fruit, to juice, to bread, fake pancakes that came out of a machine...no options for diabetic people not even sugar free syrup. Breakfasts cold and bland the worst I had in any hotel. You guys can do better, no sausage, no scramble eggs nothing. Low carb people can not even have that breakfast. Im leaving this review with the hopes you will improve this because I will love to go back.

I booked a one-night stay at this hotel as my girlfriend and I were coming into town to celebrate her birthday and attend the jazz festival. We were scheduled to check in Saturday afternoon and check out Sunday morning. Unfortunately, due to an...
unexpected mechanical issue, we didn’t arrive until around 9 p.m.
Upon arrival, we requested a late checkout so that we could at least rest a bit longer the next morning after our delayed arrival. The night staff informed us that they couldn’t authorize it but would leave a note for the day crew to honor the request.
The following morning, I spoke with Sammy, who informed me that all late checkouts had already been granted and that there was nothing she could do—unless I paid an additional $116 for a half-day rate. I explained our situation and mentioned that the night staff had documented our request, yet she still refused. I was both surprised and disappointed by the lack of flexibility and empathy. In all my years of traveling, I have never stayed at a hotel that outright refused a simple late checkout, especially under reasonable circumstances. Needless to say, we checked out that morning feeling frustrated and undervalued as guests.
To add to the disappointment, the included “breakfast” consisted only of bagels, English muffins, juice, and cereal—an offering that hardly matches the rate of over $200 per night. The toaster ovens were out of order, so even the bagels were cold. It quickly became apparent that the limited breakfast was designed to funnel guests to their adjoining restaurant, which, while offering a 10% discount, still required you to spend more money. We ate elsewhere.
Overall, what was meant to be a relaxing and celebratory weekend turned into a frustrating experience marked by poor customer service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I would hate for other guests to go through the same experience.

Rooms are fine, decent
Views are also okay as well, we saw the sunrise and it was really nice.
Breakfast was absolutely horrid though. Imagine a normal Continental breakfast, and then take away the scrambled eggs, the meat, everything... Yay,...
nothing hot except for pancakes!
Additionally, there were literally BUGS on the pastries (banana bugs) so I didn't have the guts to touch any of the stale looking bread, either. I just resorted to eating pancakes and some cereal.
Probably not worth it, go somewhere else
