Edgewood Country Club

This was the PERFECT venue for my and my husband. The staff was incredible- from planning to every last detail we were so impressed. The food was outstanding and it is just a gorgeous place. We can’t thank everyone there enough!

Edgewood was the perfect wedding venue. I grew up being a child of a member at the club, swimming, golfing and watching couples get married. They were incredibly professional, so easy to deal with, supportive through trials (the club easily transitioned my ceremony indoors due to inclement weather and had a back up plan for when they lost power). The general manager of the club is incredible and her personality is great. Food is excellent as well! Would 100% recommend!

If you’re looking for the perfect wedding venue, look no further. My husband and I got married on 5/30/2020 at Edgewood in what was supposed to be a large 250 person wedding - but turned into a small intimate ceremony due to covid. We later held our large reception on 8/13/21, also at Edgewood. Becky, Brad, and Mark were exceptional contacts and made sure both of our days went off without a hitch and exceeded every one of our expectations. Edgewood’s all-inclusive packages take the stress and craziness out of wedding planning. They take care of everything from catering, to linens, to signage, to cake, and more. You are able to customize your package to include all of your details and personal preferences, but all without the stress of having to contact and coordinate countless vendors yourselves. Edgewood’s package also gives you a day-of planner to make sure your timeline is flawless and allows you to spend your wedding day having fun instead of stressing over details. The venue spaces are gorgeous and recently renovated, the food is incredible, and the service is top-notch. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Planning a wedding is stressful - especially during covid - but Edgewood’s team made sure we had the wedding of our dreams (twice!) and that our day was nothing short of magical!

They had great food, a beautiful venue, and great staff to work with. They do everything for you and is such a good place if you are looking to have everything set up and done for you. We were so happy with our experience and glad we chose Edgewood.

Edgewood Country Club exceeded all of our expectations and was the most beautiful wedding venue! We had such an amazing experience working with Mark Kennedy during the planning process. He made it so easy for us and was always easily reachable to answer any questions we had. Both Mark and the waitstaff were there the night of the wedding to make sure everything was set up perfectly and ran as smoothly as possible. I’ve gotten so many compliments on the entire evening and I always respond with “we didn’t have to do much!” It’s all thanks to ECC!

I have nothing but great things to say about the Edgewood Country Club. We got married on August 17th, 2019. We had both our ceremony and reception at the Club. The ceremony was held outside on the lawn overlooking the peaks and valleys of the golf course and it was absolutely breathtaking. The reception was held insidethe beautifully remodeled ballroom. Mark, the manager, was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely responsive and accommodating. We also got tons of compliments from our guests about the delicious food. I highly recommend ECC!

Our experience with the ECC was amazing - from the initial correspondence to working with Mark, the wedding and events coordinator on-site, and of course the wedding day itself, which was executed perfectly. The packages offered with this venue are really special as they include a variety of memorable details and are very affordable for all kinds of young couples. My husband and I are very thankful we found this venue to host our beautiful ceremony and reception because they helped to make our dream wedding come true. Our family and friends had nothing but positive things to say about the staff and the service as well, so we are very grateful to have worked with such kind people. We can't recommend the Edgewood Country Club enough, so book your wedding here and I promise you won't be disappointed. =)

My son and his bride got married at Edgewood Country on 8/31/2019. I can not say enough about this venue. From the time we toured to the wedding was perfect. We used the outdoor space for the ceremony and the ballroom for the reception. Mark coordinated everything. He made sure everything was on time. The waitstaff were very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this venue for your wedding.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to have our wedding. First off, the venue is beautiful both inside and out. The wedding ceremony space was just perfect as it provided great views and the right amount of quiet throughout the ceremony. The separate areas for cocktail hour, and dinner were a big bonus as well as the outside balcony seating. Everything ran so smoothly throughout the wedding evening. The team was there to keep things moving along and worked with all of the wedding vendors to help keep things on track. The food was great. The service was outstanding. We even had someone who was assigned to us throughout the beginning of the wedding who was there to help with anything that we needed. This came as a great surprise, but came in handy more than once. Mark, the director was on top of things and very responsive to our needs before and during the wedding. I highly recommend this venue!

Our family can’t rave enough about Edgewood CC! We would highly recommend them for any type of affair. My daughter’s wedding was recently held there and we couldn’t have been happier. Candice Timmerman, the sales director and wedding coordinator, was so fabulous to work with from the first time we met through out the wedding day and evening. She handled every detail that needed to along with her assistant Eric which made it so much easier for us. The bridal suite was beautiful with plenty of room for 2 makeup artists, 2 hairdressers, 6 bridal attendants, the bride and mother of the bride as well as a bridal room attendant. Candice provided breakfast and lunch for all the women in the bridal suite as well as in a separate room food and drink for the groom and all of his attendants. For our cocktail reception, the room was large, set up with lots of high and low top tables with a spectacular looking bar. There was also a terrace for guests to spread out with more tables set up. Besides having plenty of room, everything was laid out beautifully. Edgewood’s ballroom for the reception was fabulous! There is a great bar permanently set up in the room, high ceilings throughout, huge dance floor and beautiful decor. Most importantly, the food was so delicious which so many of our guests have raved about. I would not hesitate for a moment to host another affair at Edgewood! I am so appreciative of Candice and the entire staff of Edgewood for making our daughter’s wedding so so special for our family!

We had our wedding reception here this past weekend. We could not have asked for a better party! We live in Columbus, OH so we needed a place that we could plan from a distance. The crew there has everything down to a science, but it by no means felt like a “cookie cutter” reception. We had the ability to personalize what we wanted. We were able to have a table for younger kids to sit at and color, play with toys, and just be kids. They were even able to go outside and run around on the grass and have a great time (we hired a couple of babysitters for the evening too, worth it!!). Our food was excellent, there were many compliments from our guests. We had a couple people with food allergies which were taken care of well. Our cookies were plated beautifully. We had labels to indicate food allergens in the cookies, Mark had everything set up carefully, grouping the cookies together to keep our guests safe. Shoutout to Mark, he’ll answer any questions you have and will work to make sure your wedding is what YOU want. Also a big thanks to Paige, she made sure my husband and I were taken care of with drinks and anything else we needed. She also made sure the guests with the allergies got their plates safely. Many thanks to Edgewood for a perfect wedding celebration!

My violinist showed up promptly set his things up and played beautifully! He was right on cue with every song, definitely understands the wedding process. Affordable and elegant for my outdoor wedding!

My husband and I got married this past April. We visited a number of venues in the Pittsburgh area and after each visit we had some apprehension about one thing or another, be it the rain location for the ceremony, the menu offerings, the hidden fees that seemed to pop up. After our first meeting with Mark at Edgewood, we were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable we felt with the venue. Edgewood had everything we were looking for: a beautiful outdoor ceremony space with a nice rain location that could accommodate seating for all our guests, elegant and neutral décor in the ballroom that allowed us to determine the color palette, a wedding packet that allowed us to pick from a number of options with no hidden costs, an exceptional menu with wedding cake included if we chose, lighting in the ballroom that created the perfect ambiance at no extra cost through our package, and a venue coordinator who is incredibly thorough and timely in his communications. We talked about the day of our wedding a number of times over the last few months and with every conversation we revel at how perfect the day really was and how Edgewood truly did everything right (keep in mind this is coming from an event planner by profession). My husband and I would encourage any engaged couple to consider Edgewood for their wedding. All of our guests are still raving!

We could not have imaged a greater reception venue for our wedding! It was gorgeous and classic. The food was great, the bartenders were quick and the staff did a fantastic job with setup. Our 250+ guests cannot stop talking about how beautiful everything about our wedding was! We checked out a few large venues, but nothing came close to the look of Edgewood and the price (everything's included in the price which is where things get expensive).

Edgewood was the absolute best place I could have had my wedding reception! Their banquet manager Mark was very helpful and accommodated all of our special requests! The ballroom is very elegant and the tables looked amazing! The food was excellent and served quickly! They even handled most of the details such as our cookie table! I would highly recommend For anyone looking for an upscale reception venue!

We had our daughter's wedding reception at Edgewood and it was fabulous!! I wouldn't have changed a thing. The venue was absolutely beautiful and the staff was friendly and courteous. Mark was amazing to work with - nothing ever phased him. He rolled with every punch even though my guest list was in a constant state of flux right up to the day before the wedding!! He made sure our event ran as smooth as silk. The food was delicious - our guests cleaned their plates! The whole event had an upscale feel without the upscale price. I would recommend Edgewood to anyone and everyone!!

The staff at Edgewood did a wonderful job for our wedding on 8/13. They were all very helpful and organized, and made the wedding go very smoothly! Their package is affordable, and their service is excellent. We had an outdoor ceremony and the view was beautiful, and the exposed wooden beams in the reception hall made the venue a gorgeous place to have a wedding. We were very pleased!

My husband and I got married in September 2016 at Edgewood Country Club. It is such a wonderful venue, and we had a perfect wedding day. They have a beautiful space for an outdoor ceremony and a large ballroom that overlooks the golf course to accommodate a big wedding. You also get access to basically the entire main floor of the country club which includes a separate bar for cocktail hour, a large family room, a room for the wedding party, and more. Our wedding coordinator, Mark, was great! He has been in the wedding business for years and was so helpful. He made sure everything was on time and ran smoothly the day of the wedding. He was always very quick to respond through emails or phone calls if I needed anything. The day really was stress free because he was so reliable! He even contacting all of the outside vendors prior the week of the wedding and had everything organized. He even brought us out a drink while we were getting our pictures taken! We dropped off all of our decorations on Friday night, and they did all of the decorating on Saturday. We didn't have to worry about taking things home after the reception because we were able to pick everything up on Sunday. The prices they give you already include tax/gratuity, and the packages include SO much (cake, linens, chair covers, sashes, and much more). You also really have the opportunity to personalize the packages. This was very helpful for me since I was planning from out of town. The service during the reception was great, and if there were any issues I certainly didn't hear of any! We had so many comments from our guests on what a beautiful and fun wedding it was. It is a great pick for a wedding location!!

The ladies at Edgewood country club really know what they are doing! From the planning to set up to how to handle all parties involved. I cannot begin to express how pleased I was with my flawless wedding reception. The time schedule was followed precisely and there was not an ounce of stress placed on myself or the groom. We also were so impressed with the food service, we chose a sit down dinner and were worried about people being served at different times but the execution of dinner was outstanding. All of the food was brought to the middle of the dance floor and then served so everyone in the whole place had their meal within seconds of one another. Also, the cocktail hour was raved about by our guests. The set up was classy and spacious and the food was unique and delicious! I cannot say enough great things about the team at Edgewood. They are people who truly care about making your day perfect!

loved, loved, loved it! it was all beautiful and everyone was easy to work with. we went up the day before to drop things off- they set up and tore down, boxed and cleaned everything for us afterwards!

Edgewood Country Club was a lovely location for my bridal shower luncheon - we had a wonderful time, the venue was great, the views of the course from our banquet room were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the service was top notch!

Outdoor ceremony space is beautiful. Great food, and service at the cocktail hour and reception. The planner was friendly, helpful and informative. The whole day ran smoothly.

I thought Edgewood was amazing, and Dennis, the banquet manager, was so great to work with every step of the way. He asked us how much we were looking at paying and then tailored a package from there. They also supplied the centerpieces, which was great because I had zero interest in having anything to do them. The location is very beautiful, the food was excellent, the servers were great...can't say enough good things. Loved it and highly recommend it!
