Edgewood Country Club

Such a beautiful venue and the perfect place for couples who want a one stop shop. They had everything from table numbers to linens to chairs and other decor available for us to use. They not only had decorations for our cookie table but they set up, refilled, and neatly packed up our left overs. It was so nice to be able to take things like setting up tables off of our plate and know it would be handled without having to worry about who or when it would be done. We got so many compliments on every part of our wedding from the cocktail hour set up, the food, the drinks, etc. I personally wanted a venue that was beautiful as is and didn’t require excessive decorations, this venue was that. We didn't have to do much to turn it into the space we wanted it to be.

We had our wedding at Edgewood Country Club at the end of May 2026, and it was absolutely incredible. Honestly, I don’t have a single negative comment or piece of constructive criticism to offer. When we were touring venues, we somehow managed to schedule every visit on rainy weekends. We remember thinking at most venues, “This would be beautiful if the weather cooperates.” Then we arrived at Edgewood in the pouring rain and thought, “Wow, this is gorgeous even in this weather.” We knew immediately that it was the place for us. The entire planning process was exceptional. I tend to be an anxious planner and had a million questions along the way. The team was always calm, professional, responsive, and reassuring. Knowing they had everything under control made the wedding planning process so much less stressful. A huge part of that was Tiffany. She was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. No matter how many questions I had, she was always patient, organized, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made us feel like we were in great hands throughout the entire process. On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly, and I never once had to worry about what was happening behind the scenes because Tiffany and her team had everything covered. One of the biggest selling points for us was the value. Beyond the stunning grounds and beautiful ballroom, Edgewood includes so many things that other venues charge extra for. Because they host weddings so frequently, everything runs like a well-oiled machine while still feeling completely personalized. Included in our package were table numbers, cake cutters, easels for signs, cookie table signs and trays, cookie table setup, our wedding cake, candles for the tables, linens, tables, chairs, a cake stand, bathroom baskets, a champagne toast for the bridal party, an espresso bar, and probably several other items I’m forgetting. The cookie table setup alone was absolutely beautiful, and we’re still receiving compliments about it. The food was phenomenal, truly some of the best wedding food we’ve ever had. Guests are still talking about it. Everything was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. The staff was outstanding, attentive, and incredibly kind throughout the entire day. Perhaps the most impressive part was that they handled all of the ballroom setup and décor placement. We simply dropped everything off and showed up to our wedding. Walking into the room for the first time was such a special moment because everything was perfectly arranged. It genuinely felt like we were guests at our own wedding. We toured many venues throughout the Pittsburgh area, and for us, nothing came close to Edgewood Country Club. Between the beautiful grounds, gorgeous ballroom, amazing food, exceptional staff, and stress-free planning experience, choosing Edgewood was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We would recommend it without hesitation to any couple looking for a venue.
