We are so happy that we chose Edgewood Country Club for our wedding! We worked mostly with Taylor throughout the planning process and she was amazing! She was always responsive, detail oriented, and proactive about checking in with us and keeping everything on track. She was so kind and helpful which made the planning process easier. On the wedding day, the bridal attendants were with us throughout the day and they were so helpful and attentive. They do everything from helping you switch your dress, holding your dress around, and carrying your lipstick. Eric was also there to help assist throughout the night and he was very helpful as well. The food was phenomenal! We especially loved the Montreal steak and guests raved about the sea bass. We also opted for the sushi upgrade and I think that really elevated the cocktail hour. The venue itself is stunning and doesn’t need much additional decor. I am obsessed with the ballroom and the chandeliers. Everything came together beautifully and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our wedding. Thank you for the best day ever Edgewood!

We genuinely trusted him from the start, and he proved to be on top of every detail, both leading up to the wedding and day-of. He took the time to really understand the kind of atmosphere we envisioned and offered helpful, spot-on recommendations about everything from food to timeline to layout, all tailored to our preferences.
The venue itself is beautiful—modern and spacious, with stunning options for ceremony setups that Eric patiently walked us through. The cocktail area is large and inviting, with a massive, stylish bar that our guests couldn’t stop talking about. The reception room was just as impressive, featuring a roomy dance floor and modern lighting that set the perfect mood. The bride and groom suites were also a highlight—huge, comfortable spaces where the 5-star service continued, with the team ensuring we had everything we needed, from food and drinks to answering last-minute questions.

etween, Taylor and the rest of the team at Edgewood catered to every single one of our requests leading up to our wedding. Taylor made the entire planning process feel effortless.
From the second we arrived onsite for our first tour of the venue, Taylor made us feel welcomed. She was patient, answered all our questions and explained everything so well. After that, making the decision to pick Edgewood for our venue and have Taylor be our wedding coordinator was an absolute no brainer.
Taylor conducted herself with the utmost professionalism throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was extremely responsive with emails, kept detailed notes from our meetings, and really helped paint the perfect vision for our perfect day. We had a few customization requests (i.e., meals for picky eaters, gifts for guests, etc.) and she made sure that all of them were fulfilled. Even with the last-minute changes, she handled them with ease and made it seem like it was the plan all along. Taylor exemplifies what it means to be a master of her craft and was an absolute pleasure to work with.
The private tasting was one of the highlights of the wedding planning process. Edgewood offered a private tasting where we had the opportunity to taste the food with both sets of parents. It made the experience truly special that we had the opportunity to share this event with our parents. The chefs, staff and property coordinator came out to meet us as well and again, cannot emphasize enough how great they are. Their commitment to service shines and it followed through for the day of.
The day of the wedding went off without a hitch and the Edgewood staff executed flawlessly. We didn’t have to think, we just did. Taylor, Gigi and team did all the thinking for us and all we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. The bridal and groomsman suite were set up perfect, and they made it a great place for us to relax and get ready for the wedding. The venue looked spectacular. We had around 220 guests and felt that everyone had plenty of room and did not feel cramped even in the slightest. Last but certainly not least, the food. The food throughout the whole day was exquisite. Our guests are still raving about how delicious it was and how everything was so nicely presented. The drinks were also delicious and Taylor and team made sure that the bar was sufficiently staffed, with very few lines so our guests could get right back to enjoying themselves.
If you are looking to have your wedding in New Jersey, you should look no further than Edgewood Country Club. Their commitment to excellence, service and professionalism is clearly demonstrated in their actions the level of detail they went through to make the day perfect. We have received so many compliments from our guests on the service, food, and drinks. There was no shortage of any of the above!!! They include so much including menu cards that match your invitation theme, signature drinks, and choices of add ons for after parties, departure food, etc. They even include a round of golf at their gorgeous course!
What this team does is truly something special. They take one of the most important days of your life and somehow make it even better. We highly recommend this venue to anyone in the wedding planning process! You will not regret it!!!

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, but what truly sets Edgewood apart is the people. Every person we worked with was kind, responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our wedding feel special. Throughout the entire planning process, we always felt supported, and every detail was handled with such care.
Ironically, it poured rain for our entire wedding day. If I could go back, I honestly wouldn’t change a thing. The team handled everything so seamlessly that you never would have known there was a torrential downpour outside. They completely took away any stress I had and made sure our day was everything we dreamed it would be.
The food was fantastic, the dance floor was packed all night, the flow of the evening was seamless, and the after-party space was absolutely incredible. Everything felt effortless, and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had!
We truly could not have asked for a better venue or a better team. If you’re considering Edgewood Country Club, book it. Aside from delicious food, my biggest venue requirements were embarrassingly simple: high ceilings and carpets that weren’t ugly🤣 The photos online were beautiful, but what really stood out were the reviews. Edgewood was the only venue we found that consistently had people raving about the food, which was important because nobody remembers your linens , but everybody remembers a bad meal.
The moment we walked in for our tour, we looked at each other and knew. This was it. There was no changing our minds. We could’ve saved ourselves months of venue tours and a whole lot of gas money.
From scheduling our tour to answering countless questions throughout the planning process, Taylor and the entire Edgewood team were responsive, caring, organized, and always one step ahead. As an event vendor myself, I’ve worked with some incredible venues and some not-so-incredible venues. Edgewood is simply in a league of its own.
Unfortunately, we barely had time to eat our dinner on our wedding day because we could not get ourselves off the dance floor, but our tasting? I’m still dreaming about everything we ate. We are actively looking for excuses to come back as guests and finally eat a full meal here.
I never really had a “dream wedding” in mind, but the minute I walked into Edgewood, that became the dream.
As someone who is extremely Type A and works in events, I was convinced I needed a day-of coordinator or wedding planner to manage everything. It simply wasn’t in our budget. But honestly? The way the Edgewood team operates, there was absolutely no need for one. For the first time in my professional event-planning life, I willingly handed over control and didn’t spend the day wondering what was happening behind the scenes.
My bridal attendant was incredible. She fixed my makeup, literally carried my deodorant around all day for me, kept me on track, and somehow managed to be equal parts attendant, therapist, hype woman, and friend.
Taylor and Eric made sure everything ran seamlessly. Every detail was handled, every timeline was managed, and everything was organized and ready for us to pick up the next morning. Their professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail were phenomenal.
Choosing Edgewood was one of the easiest and best decisions we made during wedding planning. Our families can’t stop talking about the delicious food, and amazing staff. We couldn’t be happier with our experience, and we can’t wait to come back… but this time as guests, with enough free time to actually eat our dinner🤭

An amazing indoor and outdoor ceremony space, a grand ballroom, a picturesque bar and cocktail area, and a breathtaking golf course to take photos on.
From the very beginning, the staff at Edgewood, especially Taylor, has been absolutely amazing. They are quick, responsible, detailed - they answered all of my questions and even made suggestions on things I didn’t even think about. Honestly, thanks to their help, wedding planning went so smoothly. Also, bonus points that they had an AMAZING food tasting, which tons of other venues didn’t even offer. We’re foodies so this was huge for us! We’d love to relive it again. From the very beginning, they were dedicated to helping us make our dream wedding and they saw it through to the very end.
The staff at the Edgewood are TRUE professionals - that isn’t even enough to describe how good they are at their trade. They are a well-oiled, high functioning machine. We didn’t hire a wedding planner and truthfully, we didn’t need one. That’s how good the staff at Edgewood was - even all of my vendors couldn’t stop commenting about well timed everything was and how on top the staff was.
Everything about the wedding day was perfect. From the second we arrived at the venue, we were well well taken care of. Our attendants anticipated everything! The cocktail hour was AMAZING - food out the doors - until now, everyone can’t get over how much food there was, how attentive the servers were, and how quick they were to refill everyone’s plates. You cannot go wrong picking the Edgewood Country Club as your venue. They don’t get enough credit - they are a hidden gem and everything is worth it.
Lastly, a huge thank you to the staff at Edgewood - especially Taylor, Eric, Gigi, and my bridal attendants. You guys were all amazing and we are forever grateful to you all. Wishing you guys nothing but the best and hope you’ll see us again soon!

could not have imagined having our special day anywhere else. Working with Taylor, Eric, and the team at Edgewood was truly seamless from start to finish. It’s hard to not fall in love with a venue as beautiful as Edgewood, but mix that with a highly attentive and incredible staff that goes above and beyond to make your day amazing is hard to beat. I knew our guests were in for a treat after our tasting when we got to try some of the best food we’ve ever had at a wedding venue. You can tell how much thought and time goes into every detail at the venue.
I wish we were getting married a second time so we could work with Taylor again. She is extremely knowledgeable, highly responsive, and just so amazing to work with. She made the wedding planning process a breeze, and as a bride and groom, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we booked, Eric and Taylor were so helpful and organized throughout the whole process. They would respond quickly to our emails and provided anything we needed that they knew they had. The food tasting helped us know that with only a few months left until the wedding, they were truly listening to what we wanted and took the time with everything they did. The wedding day was absolutely perfect and it was because of them and their staff. Our guests were raving about the food and the space. The food is unbelievable and we were even able to customize some things at our private tasting (most venues don't even offer a private tasting!) My husband is gluten-free and they were able to accommodate him with no issue as well.
Something that really stood out to a ton of our guests was the service. They said how friendly and attentive the staff was, which really is a testament to the Edgewood experience! They even sent us home with leftovers the next day. Truly AMAZING!
In New Jersey, there are so many venues and between my parents and I, we have attended many as guests. Edgewood really is a hidden gem and the value is unmatched. Also, the proximity to NYC is a huge plus! They do one wedding a day, which seems to be unheard of nowadays. There were no "extra costs" either (for example - some venues charge for use of the bridal suite!) There is a separate indoor ceremony space with a beautiful fireplace that we utilized. It was really important to us that the indoor option was not the ballroom that would be flipped over for the reception. Many couples overlook a solid rain plan, and Edgewood delivers one.
Again, thank you to Edgewood to really making this the best day of our lives. Every box was checked and then SOME! We really wish we could relive this day again! 1000000/10 stars!

getting ready room included, beautiful indoor and outdoor ceremony areas, the staff are incredible. Everyone at Edgewood was 2 steps ahead of us. We had dropped stuff off at the club earlier in the week and the morning of our wedding they took out all of our stuff and started setting everything up without being told. Everything was exactly where it needed to be with little to no instruction from us. I had ordered blankets from Amazon for the outdoor ceremony and one of the bridal attendants sat and rolled them all into a basket so they looked nice. Special shout out to Eric, Taylor, and the bridal attendants specifically Vicki. Eric and Taylor really made sure the day went smoothly, and when our ceremony went longer than expected Eric simply adjusted our timeline so we had more cocktail hour time. Leading up to our wedding any question we emailed to Eric and Taylor they responded normally within minutes. It really felt like we were the only event they were focused on which took off so much stress from our planning. Vickie and the other attendants were amazing, they did my bustle, helped me changed, placed and removed my veil, and did the buttons on the back of my dress with a Bobby pin. The attention to detail all day was incredible, there is 0 need to pay for a day of coordinator. And don’t even get us started on the food, guests are still raving about it. We heard the most impressed comments on the poke station (which is included as a standard station) and the Chilean sea bass. We were a little worried initially because you pick 4 stations where other venues you have more, however the stations were so extensive and people couldn’t believe the variety of food. People also loved the passed desserts with sparklers - I’m not sure if it was Erik and Taylor’s master plan to have the desserts going out during pink pony club but it was an incredible experience. We went back to pick stuff up the next morning and they boxed up leftovers for us that we froze and now are eating fruit tarts every day. I wish we had another event there to go back as guests. Best decision we ever made was picking Edgewood!! We do not have professional photos back yet but it was the most beautiful day.

Eric was very communicative throughout the entire process, very patient with all of our questions and all-in-all amazing to work with. Our big day was in the best hands! Taylor was also very helpful, and a calming presence throughout the day. Both Eric & Taylor kept the day very stress-free, which allowed us to fully embrace the moment. Everything was extremely well-organized and they thought through all of the details! Definitely not their first rodeo!
Chef Tony helped us curate the best menu... our guests raved about the food! From our tasting up until our wedding day, we were so excited to get to revisit our favorite dishes. The cocktail hour food was also incredible and we appreciated the small customizations we were allowed to make to make the stations truly our own. They even made the cocktail hour special for us (bride and groom) by giving us a private space to enjoy all of the food and sit with our new emotions of becoming husband and wife.
They worked extremely well with all of the vendors we booked (most of them were recommendations from the Edgewood team!). We also had the venue to ourselves for the full day, which we really appreciated and know that not every venue offers - it felt very private!
Additionally, the bridal suite was very spacious and the perfect space for the girls and I to get ready!

Taylor and Eric were outstanding from the day we booked through the wedding day. They are kind, communicative, supportive, flexible, and calm. They wholeheartedly want their couples to have the best wedding day ever and they do whatever they can to deliver that. They provide food and drinks all day, they run the rehearsal with the bridal party, customized and set up menus for the bridal table, set up our seating cards, and they created, printed, and framed a custom welcome drinks sign with 3 dogs on it! They just do SO much at Edgewood. The bridal attendants were so sweet and attentive, and they put a cloth down outside under my dress so I could take photos outside without my dress getting wet from the rain. Taylor and the bridal attendant tackled a complicated bustle so fast my bridesmaids didn’t even need to leave the cocktail hour. The team at Edgewood seamlessly brought our vision to life and made the day run so smoothly. I found the majority of my wedding vendors from Edgewood’s list of recommendations, and I didn’t even need a wedding planner or a day-of coordinator because they gave us reputable vendors and had everything handled flawlessly.
The food was abundant and phenomenal, the drinks were perfect (our signature drinks sign is now framed in our home!), and the service was beyond amazing. Chef Tony came out into the ballroom multiple times to oversee the staff and make sure everything was running smoothly. I heard from multiple people that the staff was dancing and having fun which was so awesome and added to our high energy party. Their signature passed desserts on the dancefloor with sparklers was nothing short of magical. We truly can’t thank the entire team enough, especially Taylor, Eric, Chef Tony and everyone behind the scenes, for creating the best night of our lives. Edgewood Country Club is a stunning venue with an amazing team that genuinely cares about making your day unforgettable. The food was truly beyond words! Our guests are still raving about everything from cocktail hour to dessert. Each dish was prepared to perfection and beautifully presented. Our to-go snack was a HIT and Eric made sure that even that was exactly to our liking!
As a very detail-oriented bride, I’ll admit I was nervous about how the day would unfold. But everything was executed flawlessly and went above and beyond our wildest dreams. The bridal attendants were incredible – beyond attentive, calming, and kind. From helping me change dresses seamlessly, to making sure I had water exactly when I needed it, they anticipated every detail before I even had to ask.
Of course, Edgewood itself is breathtaking, both inside and out. That goes without saying. But what makes this venue exceptional is the staff who run your event. This venue offers a spectacular ceremony space whether inside or outside. The ballroom is a great size and they are most accommodating to have the lights change to whatever you desire.
The food was outstanding. We had such a hard decision at the tasting on how to pick some choices as the chef prepared the most incredible tasting food we have ever had.
Now that our affair is over and we look back I can 100% honestly say we made the right choice of where to have our affair.

We chose Edgewood over a year ago when we first got engaged. After touring 3 other venues, we knew Edgewood was our dream venue. From the start, Taylor and Eric were extremely accommodating. They started off by getting to know us, our likes, our vision of the day. They dealt with our questions, offered advice, and honored ALL of our requests without hesitation! The food tasing with Chef Tony was when it first started to get real. We knew we made the right decision when every food item we tasted was out of this world.
Fast forward to the best day, Eric, Taylor, the bridal attendants, could not have been more helpful. I wanted to personally thank Vicky, Diana, Jendry, and any other attendants that worked with me, my bridal party and Carl. I lost my voice and the team was very quick at retrieving tea, honey, hot toddies, anything that would help.
Guests are still raving about the food. How much of it there was and how it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Specific callouts to the taco & tequila station, asian station, and mangia mangia station. My uncle was adamant about having cocktail weenies and they brought him over not one but two trays of little franks. I mean come on?! That is A Star hospitality!! Even to the last minute, Edgewood treated not only us like royalty, but our guests too. Going home the day after with all our leftovers was key. We will always and forever recommend Edgewood to all our friends and anyone we meet. Thank you Edgewood team!!

From our initial tour with Candice in July 2023, to the tasting earlier this year, and finally the day-of coordination with the amazing bridal team and day of coordinators – everything was truly amazing. Normally, I like to offer constructive feedback, but I honestly can’t think of a single thing that could have been improved.
Feedback from us and our guests includes:
• The groom’s suite was fully stocked with lunch, drinks, and even hors d’oeuvres, which were replenished throughout the day.
• The shrimp cocktail was enormous
• The lamb chops were plentiful
• The deli station was a huge hit
• All the food served during cocktail hour was hot, fresh, and delicious
• Everyone raved about the warm cookies
• Although we couldn’t taste everything on the night of the wedding, we’re so thankful you sent us home with a generous sampling of the food
• The gelato cart was a highlight, and the flavors were loved by all
• Specific feedback from bride and the bridal party: the bridal attendants were phenomenal! They were attentive, detail-oriented, and thought of everything. They significantly reduced our stress of the day
The custom drinks – the Blueberry Mojito and Apple Cider Aperol Spritz – were a huge success. The bar staff went above and beyond with creative touches like sugar rims and fresh fruit. We didn’t know what to expect, but WOW.
Servers were attentive, and many of our guests commented on how friendly and welcoming everyone was.
We also want to extend a big thank you for being flexible with our ceremony. The weather was unpredictable, but ECC waited with us until the last possible moment before we made the call to move indoors, and we truly appreciate their patience.
As this was the first major event we’ve ever hosted, Eric and Taylor made everything feel so seamless. We never had to worry, as ECC coordinated and worked closely with our vendors. ECCs recommendations were invaluable—especially when many vendors hesitated to give suggestions, leaving it up to us. Eric, Taylor and Chef are professionals, and we appreciated their expertise. Throughout the entire process, ECC were responsive, supportive, and always one step ahead. Planning and hosting a wedding can be stressful, but the team at ECC made sure we stayed calm and assured that everything would work out—and it did!

All of our guests were completely floored with the whole experience, and we got compliments on how the evening went so smoothly.
Edgewood offers an incredible wedding experience, offering a wide variety of food offerings that Chef Tony is happy to customize and tailor to you and your guests. For example, my husband is half Filipino, so we created a Filipino station.
All of that is great, but none of that is as great as Eric Handler. Eric, the catering sales and events coordinator, is the glue that holds Edgewood’s pristine hospitality and delivery together.
Eric is a Yes man. Eric is easy to work with. Eric goes above and beyond. After touring multiple wedding venues, one realizes that what matters the most is having people like Eric who are really willing to show up for you and truly want you and your event to feel special and tailored to you.
Eric also offers valuable advice. For example, I was initially interested in renting colored linens, but Eric had suggested that perhaps just renting a colored napkin would offer a bigger impact and would be a better bang for buck. This was the exact right choice and I wouldn’t have thought of it if it wasn’t for Eric.
More than all of this, Eric is a joy to work with. Book Edgewood, you will not regret it! We cannot wait to come back as a guest. We are recommending it to everyone.

he favorite. Choosing Edgewood was the best decision we could have made. The venue itself is beautiful, updated and impeccably maintained. Even more, the staff, led by Taylor and Eric are absolutely incredible - words cannot describe how above and beyond they went. Leading up to the day, they were extremely accommodating, helpful and responsive. Every single detail was taken care of and perfect. They exceeded every expectation on the wedding day, treating us like royalty. We can't thank all of them enough for making our wedding day the absolute best experience. Even our guests are still talking about how amazing the venue and the staff were. AND THE FOOD!!! OMG. This was not your typical wedding food - it has ruined every future wedding food for us because we felt like we were at a Michelin Starred restaurant at our own wedding. From the cocktail hour stations, to the fish/steak entrees, to the fresh desserts (cookies with milk shooters and sparklers on the dance floor!), everything was outstanding. My husband and I were joking after that you'd be silly to not have your wedding here - it is just perfect in every way. THANK YOU, EDGEWOOD!!

The venue itself was absolutely stunning. The picturesque surroundings provided a breathtaking backdrop for both our ceremony and reception. The indoor and outdoor spaces were beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed, creating an ambiance that perfectly complemented the romantic atmosphere we envisioned for our special day.

e food displays are extravagant and they make the whole wedding planning process and the big day so, so special. Edgewood is a no brainer when it comes to choosing a venue. They cut no corners and are so flexible when it comes to customizing anything you’re looking for. I can not recommend Edgewood enough for anyone’s wedding day, we will remain on cloud nine for many years thanks to Edgewood! There are not enough thank yous we can give them.

all together- and man, did they DELIVER. They are seriously a well-oiled machine. Eric, Taylor + the team go above and beyond!! I had some detail oriented requests and they executed as I wished + more. We did not feel one bit of anxiety on our wedding day and felt totally taken care of. The grounds are gorgeous and food was out of this world (still getting raves from my guests) and clearly cooked with care. Couldn't recommend this venue more.
