Our to-go snack was a HIT and Eric made sure that even that was exactly to our liking! As a very detail-oriented bride, I’ll admit I was nervous about how the day would unfold. But everything was executed flawlessly and went above and beyond our wildest dreams. The bridal attendants were incredible – beyond attentive, calming, and kind. From helping me change dresses seamlessly, to making sure I had water exactly when I needed it, they anticipated every detail before I even had to ask. Of course, Edgewood itself is breathtaking, both inside and out. That goes without saying. But what makes this venue exceptional is the staff who run your event. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication to excellence are unmatched. Thanks to them, we had the wedding of a lifetime, and we are forever grateful. We hope to attend more events at Edgewood in the future because our wedding truly sounded like and felt like the party of the century!

My husband and I are big foodies, and wow, is the food amazing. Chef Tony even created a special Persian kebab to honor my family's heritage. Eric was very helpful with all my questions leading up to the wedding. He knew exactly what to do, so we were able to plan the wedding without hiring a planner or day-of coordinator. Our wedding day was absolutely flawless, thanks to the bridal attendants who helped me the entire day. Edgewood went above and beyond in every aspect; there was not a single thing missed. We were given the most hardworking and attentive bridal attendants who helped with shoes, dress, and were on standby at all times with all of my belongings that were needed and caring for me throughout the night. After months of difficult venue shopping, choosing Edgewood was the easiest and best decision we have made.

People are still raving about not only the amount of food, but how good everything tasted. We were told by multiple people that this was the best wedding food they have ever had! Normally, I like to offer constructive feedback, but I honestly can’t think of a single thing that could have been improved. Feedback from us and our guests includes: • The groom’s suite was fully stocked with lunch, drinks, and even hors d’oeuvres, which were replenished throughout the day. • The shrimp cocktail was enormous • The lamb chops were plentiful • The deli station was a huge hit • All the food served during cocktail hour was hot, fresh, and delicious • Everyone raved about the warm cookies • Although we couldn’t taste everything on the night of the wedding, we’re so thankful you sent us home with a generous sampling of the food • The gelato cart was a highlight, and the flavors were loved by all • Specific feedback from bride and the bridal party: the bridal attendants were phenomenal! They were attentive, detail-oriented, and thought of everything. They significantly reduced our stress of the day The custom drinks – the Blueberry Mojito and Apple Cider Aperol Spritz – were a huge success. The bar staff went above and beyond with creative touches like sugar rims and fresh fruit. We didn’t know what to expect, but WOW. Servers were attentive, and many of our guests commented on how friendly and welcoming everyone was. We also want to extend a big thank you for being flexible with our ceremony. The weather was unpredictable, but ECC waited with us until the last possible moment before we made the call to move indoors, and we truly appreciate their patience. As this was the first major event we’ve ever hosted, Eric and Taylor made everything feel so seamless. We never had to worry, as ECC coordinated and worked closely with our vendors. ECCs recommendations were invaluable—especially when many vendors hesitated to give suggestions, leaving it up to us. Eric, Taylor and Chef are professionals, and we appreciated their expertise. Throughout the entire process, ECC were responsive, supportive, and always one step ahead. Planning and hosting a wedding can be stressful, but the team at ECC made sure we stayed calm and assured that everything would work out—and it did!

For example, my husband is half Filipino, so we created a Filipino station. All of that is great, but none of that is as great as Eric Handler. Eric, the catering sales and events coordinator, is the glue that holds Edgewood’s pristine hospitality and delivery together. Eric is a Yes man. Eric is easy to work with. Eric goes above and beyond. After touring multiple wedding venues, one realizes that what matters the most is having people like Eric who are really willing to show up for you and truly want you and your event to feel special and tailored to you. Eric also offers valuable advice. For example, I was initially interested in renting colored linens, but Eric had suggested that perhaps just renting a colored napkin would offer a bigger impact and would be a better bang for buck. This was the exact right choice and I wouldn’t have thought of it if it wasn’t for Eric. More than all of this, Eric is a joy to work with. Book Edgewood, you will not regret it! he favorite.  Choosing Edgewood was the best decision we could have made.  The venue itself is beautiful, updated and impeccably maintained.  Even more, the staff, led by Taylor and Eric are absolutely incredible - words cannot describe how above and beyond they went.  Leading up to the day, they were extremely accommodating, helpful and responsive.  Every single detail was taken care of and perfect.  They exceeded every expectation on the wedding day, treating us like royalty.  We can't thank all of them enough for making our wedding day the absolute best experience.  Even our guests are still talking about how amazing the venue and the staff were.  AND THE FOOD!!!  OMG.  This was not your typical wedding food - it has ruined every future wedding food for us because we felt like we were at a Michelin Starred restaurant at our own wedding.  From the cocktail hour stations, to the fish/steak entrees, to the fresh desserts (cookies with milk shooters and sparklers on the dance floor!), everything was outstanding.  My husband and I were joking after that you'd be silly to not have your wedding here - it is just perfect in every way.  THANK YOU, EDGEWOOD!!

Eric and the Edgewood Country Club team would be our venue. The venue is modern, classy, and elegant making it the perfect venue for our wedding. The food, the decor, and their staff made it one of the best experiences of our lives. Eric was extremely accommodating and his responsiveness made it a seamless process. We had so many compliments from our family and friends that were impressed with how gorgeous the venue was and how delicious the food was. We were so lucky to have a private tasting to enjoy the food that was served and had all attention on us as we were the only wedding and had the venue all day. From the entrance to the ceremony areas to the ballroom, it was a perfect blend of sophisticated and modern. Most importantly, the staff at the Edgewood Country Club was exceptional. We cannot say enough great things about how courteous they were from our first meeting. Taylor and Eric were so helpful with any question big or small and got us so excited for our big day! Chef Tony said that they think of their wedding couples as family and that truly felt to be the case. They pored over every detail both big and small to ensure they know the day would be exactly what we wanted and that they could deliver. We could also notice their experience in events from all the creative and unique ideas they had, from fun, eye-catching food stations to the table and room layout, to the pre-ceremony wedding party setup. We were excited and confident in the staff going into the day, however they truly blew our expectations out of the water! From the minute we arrived, they did everything in their power to ensure our minds were put at ease and we could truly focus on the most important moments of the day. The staff was so incredibly attentive and made sure we kept to our schedule but also that we got to enjoy the little moments with one another and our guests. Beyond that, they treated our direct family with the same level of care, ensuring any request or question was addressed. So many of our guests went out of their way to tell us how great every member of the staff had been. We had such a magical day and we whole-heartedly feel that Edgewood was a huge part of that.
