We couldn't say enough wonderful things about Janie. She truly took our vision and ran with it! While I wouldn't say that I was the easiest bride to work with, she was incredibly patient and always reassured me in our vendor's skills! We had the privilege of using Janie for a full planning package and she helped us in every aspect of our day from telling our families when to show up to helping get stains out of the train of my dress. She is a wonderful planner and friend! We truly couldn't have done it without her and for that we'll always be incredibly thankful.

Janie is one of the kindest, funniest, most meticulous, and endlessly reliable people I’ve ever met. She is so good at her job, sometimes it feels like she can crawl inside your head and see exactly what you’re trying to describe. She is a professional to the umpteenth degree and a great judge of character in everyone she chooses to partner with. It’s very easy to trust her opinion on something because it’s so obvious how thoughtful she is about everything she does. Janie creates a bite size structure out of the wedding planning process, breaking decisions down into their component pieces and building a strong foundation in the beginning to make way for a smooth process all the way through. My husband and I were wedding planning from out of state, but Janie made it feel like we were there every step of the way. On our wedding day itself, Janie and her team were somehow everywhere at once. They made magic happen right in front of our eyes. My only regret is that Janie hasn’t actually been cloned yet so that she could have been both a wedding guest and the wedding planner. I hope that someday science makes that possible for us all! We are so grateful that we got to meet Janie through our wedding, she made it an amazing experience full of positive memories.

We cannot say enough kind things about Janie and Edin Events! From the get go she was positive, fun, efficient, had great suggestions and was so easy to work with. Even though we ultimately ended up cancelling our wedding celebration due to the arrival of our baby, Janie was able to make that as seamless as possible and was extremely gracious about that as well - kind of felt like a sad break up with someone cause we enjoyed working with her so much! We do plan to have a vow renewal in a few years and have every intention of hiring her back for that! 🙂

We were so pleased with Janie and her entire team. My daughter lives in another state and it would have been so difficult to coordinate everything without the help of Edin Events. While they were a tremendous help leading up to the wedding it can’t even begin to compare to the day of! I truly don’t know what we would have done without them. I hired Janie to be my month of wedding coordinator and she did an absolutely phenomenal job!! Janie and her assistant Bre were extremely capable, organized, detailed, and professional. They eased all of my concerns with running logistics on the day of the wedding and took over coordination with my vendors a month in advance. As a bride that was having an out of town wedding, Janie acted as my liaison and made sure everything came together smoothly. I cannot recommend her business enough!! She took my ideas and the decorations I had bought thus far and ran with them, we were so so pleased with how everything turned out.

First off Edin Events exceeded my expectations!!! From day one Janie was such a wonderful help and so easy to talk to! She made sure I had the most perfect day ever. I wanted someone I could work with that made things feel comfortable and easy and she did just that! Her assistant Bre was an angel and made me feel so loved on my big day as well. I think it is pretty obvious that Janie was born to be a wedding planner. When I say you need to hire Janie, I truly mean it. She not only made my wedding day run smoothly, but she made the process of planning the day much less stressful. Janie has worked with many top notch vendors and knew exactly who to book for the look that I was wanting, as well advocating for me the entire time. Janie is super organized from start to finish, extremely knowledgeable about all things wedding, and just simply amazing. I didn’t think it was possible to actually have a wedding of my dreams, but Janie made it possible.

Janie was absolutely amazing!! We hired Edin Events for month of coordination, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Our wedding was everything we wanted it to be, and more. Janie made sure that every single detail was thought out and prepped before the day, and coordinated all of our vendors so we did not have to worry about a thing day of! Our wedding had many moving pieces and everything ran perfectly on the day. As an added bonus - Janie and her assistant, Bre, were an absolute pleasure to work with and we had so much fun with them! Y'all - Janie is a wedding ANGEL! This girl knows her stuff and if you are in need of planning or coordinating, HIRE HER! I am a super type A, control freak and Janie understood me on a soul level. Her attention to detail was key for me since I had done all of the creative design work and planning myself, so for her to come in the month before the wedding and take my vision and break it down into daily tasks and who would be responsible for what and when it would all go down, was a godsend. We were married at my husband's family property, which meant we were working with ALL outside vendors for literally everything, and had to hire our own staff, so Janie operated as not only the one to execute on the whole vision of the day, but made sure that every vendor knew what was going on. She was there for all of the setup on Friday, her and her team were at the house early on Saturday to do all of the decorating and setup, and they stayed late into the night after to help clean up. We could not have done it without her! On top of that, she even acted as my personal seamstress when my veil tore, and helped clean up the bottom of dress which was caked in mud after the days of rain we had leading up to the wedding, and made sure I was calm, cool and collected the entire day. While I might be super organized and Type A, I am also a VERY anxious person and Janie is truly the definition of zen. Her presence alone kept my blood pressure down - no joke she emanates calmness and peace and it's contagious and what every bride needs on her big day. And most importantly, Janie is a ray of sunshine and total sweetheart and acted as a friend and confidant the entire time we worked together. She didn't feel like someone I had only just met, and took her time to get to know me, my husband and our families and you just know how much she cares about you and your big day by how she goes above and beyond to support you. I cannot sing Janie's praises enough and I hope that your search for a planner or coordinator stops here! You won't regret it!

I cannot elucidate how positive and refreshing my experience with Edin Events was. Consider this the short version! The owner of Edin Events, Janie, is truly one of the most remarkable people I have ever met which makes her that much more of an outstanding wedding planner. From the time I first communicated with Janie via email I instantly had a great feeling about her. Her personality is simply magnetic. I am very particular and wanted to be informed of each and every detail that the wedding planning process would consist of. Janie thoroughly and professionally answered every question I asked and went above and beyond to provide more information regarding aspects I didn’t even think to ask about. There were many points at which I felt overwhelmed due to our wedding timeline and all of the tasks that led up to the date. Especially because we chose to have a destination wedding which can be tricky at times. Wedding planning can be so stressful! However, Janie took her time and energy to comfort me each and every time I expressed feelings of being overwhelmed. She went above and beyond the entire time she worked with us to accommodate our busy schedules when it came to communication about the wedding. She even took time out of her busy schedule while preparing for her own wedding to attend my first dress fitting which spoke volumes on her dedication to me as a client. From contract verbiage and negotiation to focusing on the finest of details that I will let you experience for yourself (don’t want to spoil all of the fun) I never once worried about an aspect of our big day. If I could give 100 stars to Janie and her team at Edin Events I would! She went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend nothing short of amazing! She and her two assistants were so friendly, professional, and organized as they kept the entire wedding day running smoothly. They stayed so calm, cool, and collected, and made sure every single one of our wedding guests was enjoying the evening. Edin Events had absolutely everything I needed on wedding day, like a cleaning kit to help tidy up the bottom of my wedding dress after it got dirty from outdoor portraits, some pins to help tighten one of my bridesmaid's dress straps, and an assistant that travelled with me during my first look photos to hold my bouquet and dress as I walked around. Janie made all of our wedding dreams come true and added special touches to our wedding decor exactly like we imagined! Her floating candle centerpieces were absolutely stunning, her easels were perfect displays for our signage, and she even designed the most perfect bride and groom chair signs for the back of our seats at the reception! Janie and her team always had smiles on their faces throughout the entire day, and made my parents, family, friends, husband and I feel extra relaxed and loved on what could have been a very stressful day. My husband and I are extremely grateful we found Edin Events and were able to have her and her team help plan our special day! What an extraordinary Edin Events wedding! The theme was so unique and I could not believe how flawlessly it came together for what was really a destination wedding. We all had such a lovely time. So thankful for the time and the effort she puts into her art!

I’m the mother of the bride who did most of the planning for our daughter’s wedding, a big one on our farm in a somewhat short time frame. I found myself about 4 months out getting extremely stressed and realized that we desperately needed a planner. I interviewed 3, of which Janie was my second pick, though the choice was tough. The first ultimately pooped out on us, not following through, too busy, etc. I went back to Janie and she was willing and eager to step in with “Month of Wedding Services.” Truly, we could not have done it without her!!!! Janie reviewed what had already been done and prioritized and organized the remainder of the planning. There were a bazillion details which we had never considered that she helped us to evaluate and plan for. Her site visit confirmed that she had a really fun, creative “can do” spirit and her lovely design ideas helped to create the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever attended! (Of course I’m not biased ;) Janie listened to every “wish” from the bride and groom and always had great ideas for how to execute them. She had so many fun and creative tips that truly made a difference! I don’t think you could find another planner more passionate about her couples and making sure that their dream wedding is fulfilled to the best of her ability and within budget. Where do I even begin?! I wasn't planning on getting a planner at first until I saw a friend go through a wedding without one. My first phone call with Janie I already felt like we were friends. She helped me with so many things I NEVER even thought about. All I had to do was send her my Pinterest and give her my vibe...and she ran with it! Janie made my wedding come to life in the most beautiful way. So easy to talk to, making the whole process so easy by taking my stress away. If you don't have a coordinator/planner, Janie is your girl! I cannot recommend her enough. I now consider her a friend not just my wedding coordinator.

Clay and I could not recommend Janie enough for anyone looking for a wedding planner who will truly go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect! Coming from a gal who stresses over everything, Janie took so much of that stress of Clay, my family, and I and made sure we were able to enjoy the whole process. She contacted/booked vendors, helped us stay in budget and on top of payments, was an active part of all vendor meetings, and had weekly check ins with us as the wedding date got closer! She answered texts and questions I had about anything and everything and was there for me as more than just a wedding planner but a support system anytime I was feeling overwhelmed. Not only is she a true JOY to work with, but she went above and beyond to execute a flawless day for my husband and I.
