Edley's Bar-B-Que

Edley's Bar-B-Que was an AMAZING experience for my daughter's recent wedding reception at The Cordelle in downtown Nashville! My daughter and her husband moved to Nashville two years ago and almost every visit we eat at Edley's so as we were looking for caters for their wedding Edley's only made sense! The food was absolutely wonderful (beef brisket, chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, cornbread, banana pudding, and goey bars)! We worked with Katie from the catering department and she was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, flexible, and overall a SUPERWOMAN! We requested family-style and Edley's did a tremendous job in making family-style work PERFECT. In addition, the wait staff was friendly! OVERALL, Edley's knocked it out of The Park!

I cannot say enough good things about Edley's catering! Throughout the planning process, they were incredibly responsive and patient with multiple changes in my order. They were flexible with set-up times and their servers were friendly and professional. We ordered pulled pork and pulled chicken which were both delicious and came with a variety of BBQ sauces. The sides were all amazing as well, especially the mac-and-cheese and cornbread. My guests were very pleased with the food and the service. The only downside to using Edley's as the caterer was that they don't have any vegetarian entree options. However, they were very accommodating when we ordered a small tray of vegetarian BBQ from another vendor and served it alongside the rest of the food.

Edley's was already my favorite BBQ place in Nashville for years, so I was really excited for them to cater our wedding. They were super easy and pleasant to work with, making whatever adjustments needed until we had exactly what we wanted. The staff were so helpful and nice, and were really on top of things like bussing tables. The food speaks for itself-- just DELICIOUS. The passed appetizers were an awesome representation of Southern food in a chic format, and the main BBQ course was sooooo good as always. Everyone was lining up for seconds and thirds! Thankfully we were able to get some extra food packaged up for us to take to our hotel later, which we devoured.

We had our rehearsal dinner at the Edley's on Main and rented out their private side room. Katie was great to work with and made planning from out of state such a breeze! Everyone raved about the food! I highly recommend Edley's!

Edleys did an INCREDIBLE job at our wedding. I owe the success of our wedding to Katie Larson and her amazing team. Right from the beginning, she made us feel comfortable, listened to, and helped us get the menu for our wedding 100% perfect. Katie visited our venue with us to discuss placement of dinner tables, catering tables, etc. She walked us through the schedule, set up, and worked with us and our wedding planner to make sure everything was perfect. The presentation of the food and professional nature of her staff made dinner a breeze. Our guests raved about how delicious our food was. Weddings are so stressful and making sure all of the details come together perfectly can drive you crazy. Being able to find a person like Katie and a team like the one at Edleys made the whole process so incredibly effortless. I could not more enthusiastically recommend Edleys and am so grateful to have selected them to cater my wedding.

I have always loved Edley's but their wedding catering menu made me love them even more. Its the same awesome food but with a fine dinning touch. Their pricing was better than any cater we looked at, every single passed appetizer was eaten. The Carving stations were a nice touch and every step of the process was easy thanks to the awesome staff. Our guests (from in town and out) all made comments about the food at different points in the evening. I highly recommend using them for your wedding.

We could not have asked for better catering than we got from Edleys BBQ. From corresponding with Katie down to the servers at the wedding. We had so many compliments from the wedding guest that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Thanks for making my son and his new wife's reception the best !!!

Best reception food ever!

Edley's was the absolute perfect choice to cater our wedding! We had a small, intimate, backyard wedding and Edley's and Katie were terrific throughout the entire process. They were professional, but also personal and very accommodating to all of our questions and needs. The food was delicious and service was outstanding. Our out-of-state guests were very charmed with a southern style bbq meal that was also elegant enough for a wedding. We highly recommend working with Edley's..you won't be disappointed!

Edley's catered our wedding 2 weeks ago and I can't say enough about Katie and the staff! Katie was amazing from day one with helping us with the plans and picking things out. The staff that attended our wedding were very kind and wonderful!! All of our guest raved about the food and how wonderful it all was. That speaks for itself! Thank you again for everything and for helping make our day truly perfect!

Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Couldn't have asked for a better night.

The space was excellent and quiet, despite a full room in the main dining area watching some March Madness basketball. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and I often overheard them interacting with the guests and answering any questions asked. And the food was a hit... and there was a TON of it. I loved it and it's going to be one of my first considerations for whatever the next event I have to host happens to be.

We had Edley's BBQ cater our wedding and it was amazing! Our guests absolutely loved the food and their services was amazing! Katie was super helpful (even more than my wedding planner!!), she was always available prior to the wedding day. I really appreciated their service, my husband and I are a big fan of the restaurant and now the catering! Thank you again Edleys!

Absolutely amazing! Impeccable service, reactive bussing of tables, collected my china plates, and served the most delicious food! My out of town guests LOVED a taste of nashville!
