ears ago and almost every visit we eat at Edley's so as we were looking for caters for their wedding Edley's only made sense! The food was absolutely wonderful (beef brisket, chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, cornbread, banana pudding, and goey bars)! We worked with Katie from the catering department and she was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, flexible, and overall a SUPERWOMAN! We requested family-style and Edley's did a tremendous job in making family-style work PERFECT. In addition, the wait staff was friendly! OVERALL, Edley's knocked it out of The Park!

flexible with set-up times and their servers were friendly and professional. We ordered pulled pork and pulled chicken which were both delicious and came with a variety of BBQ sauces. The sides were all amazing as well, especially the mac-and-cheese and cornbread. My guests were very pleased with the food and the service. The only downside to using Edley's as the caterer was that they don't have any vegetarian entree options. However, they were very accommodating when we ordered a small tray of vegetarian BBQ from another vendor and served it alongside the rest of the food.

ever adjustments needed until we had exactly what we wanted. The staff were so helpful and nice, and were really on top of things like bussing tables. The food speaks for itself-- just DELICIOUS. The passed appetizers were an awesome representation of Southern food in a chic format, and the main BBQ course was sooooo good as always. Everyone was lining up for seconds and thirds! Thankfully we were able to get some extra food packaged up for us to take to our hotel later, which we devoured.

Katie visited our venue with us to discuss placement of dinner tables, catering tables, etc. She walked us through the schedule, set up, and worked with us and our wedding planner to make sure everything was perfect. The presentation of the food and professional nature of her staff made dinner a breeze. Our guests raved about how delicious our food was. Weddings are so stressful and making sure all of the details come together perfectly can drive you crazy. Being able to find a person like Katie and a team like the one at Edleys made the whole process so incredibly effortless. I could not more enthusiastically recommend Edleys and am so grateful to have selected them to cater my wedding.

cater we looked at, every single passed appetizer was eaten. The Carving stations were a nice touch and every step of the process was easy thanks to the awesome staff. Our guests (from in town and out) all made comments about the food at different points in the evening. I highly recommend using them for your wedding.

Our out-of-state guests were very charmed with a southern style bbq meal that was also elegant enough for a wedding. We highly recommend working with Edley's..you won't be disappointed!
