Edmonds Bakery makes delicious cakes. Deciding on the cake was one of the details in which we spent a lot of time researching and going on tastings. When we finally went taste testing at Edmonds Bakery, we were sold. Their cakes are so scrumptious and delicious. They have a Bavarian Custard filling that I just loved. Ken, the baker, was extremely helpful and accommodating. We were having a hard time deciding from the flavors and he gave us the opportunity to not have to decide and said we could make each layer a different flavor if we wanted to, so we did. The cake turned out beautiful and tasted just as good as it looked. We didn't even have to keep the top because they will provide us an anniversary cake when the time comes. I don't know if the groom can wait that long though for another cake from Edmonds Bakery so there might be a trip sometime sooner than our anniversary. Great cakes, great people, and exceptional value for something so good!!! Thank you Edmonds Bakery and Ken for such a delicious treat to our special day.

Ken sits down with you and takes his time getting to know not only the likes of the bride and groom but their stories. He has SO many photos of cakes he has made and is up for making your dream cake for you. Not only is the cake designed the way you want it but it tastes amazing!

We had such a great experience with Edmonds Bakery. From the design to the taste it was effortless. Can't wait for the complimentary one year anniversary cake. It was soooooo good! The cake was included with our event at the Monte Cristo Ballroom and I am so glad that it was. I would highly recommend there food to everyone!

I was coming in from out of state for our wedding. My maid of honor did all the work. The cake was site unseen. I gave her pictured from the internet. They matched it perfectly. Did an amazing job on all of it. The price was wonderful as well. I will defiantly recommend them and use them again. Perfect!!!

My husband and I chose a white cake with raspberry/cream filling and buttercream frosting. It was delicious! We asked that our cake was decorated with a blue gradient/ombre design. Ken called me the day before my husband's and mine wedding to verify the design and also to discuss what we wanted. My husband and I had originally requested piping on the tiers. However, the photos I sent Ken had the frosting textured. I chose to have the gradient/ombre design with the textured frosting. I was really impressed when I saw my cake on my wedding day. The cake was gorgeous. Ken did a fabulous job.

Such a great bakery to work it! The baker/owner is so awesome at his work! I know him what I wanted and he made my vision come true! The second thing I got the most compliments on was our wedding cake! Each layer we got different flavors and the marble cake with fudge filling was a huge hit!

My fiance and I decided to just do a small individual cake, seeing as we were having a candy bar and dessert buffet. The owner came out and asked me what our favorite combination was, I told him chocolate and coconut, he disappeared in the back and came back with a tasting, it was AMAZING!!! Some guests got to try the cake and said they wish we would've ordered enough for everyone & that it was the best cake they had ever had!!!!

We are still getting compliments on this cake! We ordered a cake for about 30 more people then were supposed to come and it was gone at the end of the night. The cake its self was gorgeous, beautiful three tier with separated layers. The piping work around the sides was fantastic. We look forward to ordering our anniversary tier next year!!

Edmonds Bakery offered us a delicious cake at a great value. We were able to have 2 different flavors as well as square and round tears for no additional cost. Price included delivery. Cake turned out beautifully, just as we discussed.

Originally we were going to have a family friend make our cake, and a month before the wedding she backed out. So we had to scramble to find someone to do our cake. The Edmonds bakery was able to work with us in our budget and met with us within a couple days. He did a WONDERFUL job and cake tasted amazing as well as looked beautiful!

I have nothing but rave reviews for Ken Bellingham and his Edmonds Bakery. My fiance and I wandered into the shop one Sunday morning and casually inquired about cake options. Within minutes we had half a dozen samples for tasting front of us and after selecting a combo which was not already put together at the time, Ken offered to make us our own sample to try out. We returned a few days later expecting a cupcake or something small to find a completely decorated 8inch cake which Ken refused to take any money for. Needless to say it was delicious. Cake for 100+ with delivery was more than reasonably priced at just past 300. I can't recommend this bakery enough as my wedding cake was exactly as I dreamed.

The cake was delicious and gorgeous, but there were just a few unexpected surprises. We also ordered cookies as our favors, and a wrong style was used, so half of the cookies had to be remade the day before the wedding. Also, the details on the cake were not exactly what we had discussed. Despite all this, they were very kind and accommodating, and we were still very pleased with the experience. We would still highly recommend them.

Ed was so creative in designing our wedding cake. We really only had a faint idea about what we wanted and he helped so much. The cake was delicious and he managed to create a perfect compromise between my love of chocolate cake and my husband's love of white cake. He created a filling that wasn't listed (strawberry, yum). The cake was delivered on time and the tiered cake was beautiful, white with lattice and dots of really dark purple. Exactly what we asked for. They also make a sheet cake that had both chocolate and white cake with the strawberry filling. The guests loved it. We are having the hardest time waiting for our first anniversary to eat our cake topper.

The cake tasted great - the flavors and shape were what I ordered, but that's about it. The decoration was completely off - not only was it not what we had asked for, it was white on white (supposed to be a dark purple) so you coudn't even see what was there. It just looked like a big plain white cake. I was bummed about that, but it did taste good.

Ken at the Edmonds Bakery is a wonderful person to work with and the final product was great! My mom and I met with Ken at the bakery, tasted their various cake flavors and frosting, and looked through example photos of the cake styles to figure out the type we wanted. My husband and I wanted a more simple design with flower and ribbon accents. Ken did an amazing job, and even called us the day before the wedding because he thought it could use a little bit more scroll work on the tiers because they looked a little plain (even with the ribbon and flowers). We ended up going with his recommendation and the cake was beautiful!! The cake and filling were also very tasty and everyone at the ceremony raved about it. Delivery in the greater Seattle area is also very reasonable.

Ken, the cake decorator at the Edmonds Bakery is quirky, intuitive and fun to work with. He's great at listening to precisely what you want and bringing it to fruition. The cake was delicious and the service equally great. In addition, if you order your wedding cake from Edmonds Bakery, he will make you an anniversary cake for your first anniversary as well which helps sweeten the deal.

My cake was absulutely PERFECT!! How many brides say anything on their wedding day was perfect. My cake was PERFECT! I had a two different cake flavors that were amazing. One was chocolate with a rasberry filling layer and fudge layer. The other was lemon poppyseed with a fresh strawberry filling layer. My guests had to have one of each they were so good. We had a lot of buttercream samples and Edmonds was the BEST! Not to mention it was decorated exactly as I envisioned it. And I had a hard time describing what I wanted. The flower details were beautiful. And best of all the price was very very reasonable, it was definitely worth more than what I paid for it.

The cake at Edmonds Bakery was so delicious. I have never had better light buttercream frosting! Ken at the bakery is very kind, he asked what I wanted and then told me what he could do. The end result was better than I could have imagined. The cake was delicious and worth every penny. In addition to the traditional tiered cake the sheet cake we had was beautiful as well. The detail on even the sheet cake was perfect, I wish that I would have gotten to eat more cake at my own wedding!!

The best thing about this cake was that it tasted great! Most wedding cakes I tried looked good but weren't really worth eating. All my guests raved about this cake. Besides tasting good it was also beautiful. They delivered the cake to my venue so I didn't have to worry about it and all the staff were very friendly.
