Very difficult experience. I tried to wait things out before writing a negative review but we still have not received our photos after several attempts. I booked in November for a ...
January shoot and paid in full as a serious customer. I flew into town to take family pictures in January as I am in the military and am not local. Our photoshoot needed to be rescheduled as the photographer got covid. We rescheduled for May and finally was able to workout a time where I could fly in again. The shoot went very well. The photographer was very kind and patient. Unfortunately, it is now mid September and still no photos. We were told that he sent the link to the photos in July it may have went to spam. Give him a few days to get settled in a new home and he will resend the link. It’s been months. No reply, no photos. I paid in full up front and may have to seek further action in that regard. I hope to get our family photos eventually, but I will not be doing business here again. The process has been so difficult it feels very similar to being scammed.
