rched many links that came flooding into me. It was a chore. I came acrossed Edward John Photography and right away loved his work. I sent his link and many others to my brother and out of all of them, to him Edward was the only one who knew what he was doing. We also found out that he had done two weddings of people we knew that were very happy with him. When I connected with Edward I knew he was for us. He sent us the sweetest gift box with little wedding trinkets that was just so thoughtful. He also was a Star Wars fan which for our May the 4th wedding date was perfect! After many conversations and emails we were thrilled to finally meet Edward on our wedding day! He was everything and more in what we wanted and expected for a professional photographer. He worked so hard at taking multiple images of me getting ready with my bridesmaids and with my fiancé and his groomsmen. He was constantly coming and going to not miss a moment. During and after the ceremony he made sure to capture all the poses we had previously asked for. He was so sweet and so professional. We knew we had made the right choice. He communicated perfectly with us, our dj and our videographer to make sure all of our moments were captured. He didn’t miss a beat. We could not thank him enough. The following week we were on our honeymoon and Edward had sent us a highlight of our wedding. They were perfect!! My new husband and I cried as we looked at each one of them. Being able to have these images captured so eloquently with us forever meant everything. There were even a few surprises in there that he did for us. We had a lightly but elegantly Star Wars themed wedding. Edward had us pose with light sabers not knowing he was going to photoshop us into a Star Wars movie poster! We were so excited to see that!! For him to go that extra mile just made us even more thankful that we found him. If you are looking for a photographer that knows what he is doing and isn’t just a hobby then you need to meet with Edward. He will work with you and communicate quickly and professionally. His work is creative and beautiful. He knows lightning which is extremely important. We will never forget a single moment of our beautiful wedding thanks to Edward.

He is very personable in that he likes meeting up with you and your fiancé to get to know the two of you. This makes his work more personable. He also is very tech-saavy as he is also an engineer / IT guy so he knows the computer well for photoshop. Ed was perfect for my husband and I because he is nerdy just like we are, and we got along with him exceptionally well. You barely noticed him while he took pictures throughout the wedding and reception. He is also known for taking exceptional sunset photos! He keeps track of exactly when the sunset will be for your event. Photography is his passion, and it has become apparent in his photos from our wedding day. I strongly recommend hiring Ed for your special day as he was amazing for our day!
