I ordered customized monogrammed linen napkins for my wedding. The quality of the napkin was nice but the monogram was nothing like in the picture. Not even close! In fact, the "V" monogram that I selected was a nice scripted "V" but the napkin...

I'd seen this version of their "V" on another napkin and got a good laugh and then continued my search for a monogram that wouldn't make some of my wedding guests blush when they saw it. And I found one that was much better and ordered 100 of them. Once they arrived I immediately noticed it was that awful "V" that I tried so hard to stay away from! So I laughed, then I called them. With a good sense of humor I explained to the customer service rep that what I received was not at all what I ordered. I told her what the "V" looked like to me...and added that I can't be the first customer to notice this. The customer service rep told me I was mistaken about seeing a different version of the monogrammed "V" for this item on their website and what was sent was exactly what I ordered. I assured her that their site showed a completely different "V". She told me several times I was wrong and asked me to send pics to prove it. Easy enough...so I did. I got an email back from them letting me know they were sorry for the way I felt and offered me a very small credit towards my next purchase! Their website for this item is completely misleading and they aren't taking any responsibility for the incorrect design shown on their website. My wedding is in a month. I do not have time to have someone else customize linen napkins for me. If I use them I will have to spend as much money on fixing the monogram with an embellishment of some kind as I spent on the napkins. Bottom line, good quality linen...not good quality customer service. If you're invited to my wedding, I apologize in advance for all of the balls and penises laying on my wedding tables.
