The girls were fantastic! It was affordable, quick, and stunning. They were the only vendor that we had ZERO issues with on our wedding day and everyone was stunning. Not a hair fell out of place or makeup smudged. One of the best decisions we made was to hire them. Makayla is so talented I’m glad we had her.

Could not say better things about Effortless Beauty! I had a destination wedding in TN, so I did not get a trial run. I put my faith in good reviews and Effortless Beauty provided even better service than I expected! I am not an over the top makeup girly. I wanted to feel beautiful on my wedding day, but not unrecognizable. I expressed that to the team and they did just that. My make up was absolutely stunning and lasted all day. Hair was done in a curled half up half down look, and was beautiful. They girls did a great job not only for my hair and makeup, but for the rest of the bridal party as well. After finding them on the Knot, I booked Effortless Beauty for my wedding day on July 13th for myself, 2 bridesmaids and my mom. Grace, Nicole, and Krystal were wonderful staff that I communicated with during the planning stages and they couldn’t have been more helpful and nice. Shachia and Makayla did hair and makeup and were so kind and the best at what they do. They traveled to a cabin we were staying at as well! It was probably about a humid 100 degrees at our wedding venue and hair and makeup stayed mostly in place the whole day! It was such a great experience working with this team and they did a wonderful job making my wedding day fun and special. Would 10/10 highly recommend them to anyone looking for beauty services in the greater Knoxville area!

Krystal assisted me in booking both my trial and wedding dates, and I want to give her a special thanks for her attentiveness and prompt responses to all my questions and concerns. I was lucky enough to work with Shachia. Going into this experience, I was extremely nervous because I love doing my own makeup and am very particular about it. Initially, I was set on doing my own makeup but wanted to try the experience. During my trial, Shachia was so fun to be around. She listened to all my concerns and talked through my vision with me. Let me say, Shachia did EXACTLY what I asked for—a soft glam version of my everyday look. She absolutely nailed it. After the trial, I assessed how the makeup wore on my face through the evning and had a few suggestions. I sent my feedback to Krystal, who communicated it to Shachia and assured me those little things would be corrected on the day of the wedding. On the morning of the wedding, Shachia's energy was infectious and greatly appreciated by my entire bridal party. She was calming, efficient, and made everyone look like absolute queens. When it was my turn, I requested a few tweaks from the trial—more contour, slightly smokier eyes, etc. Shachia not only met but exceeded my expectations. I felt absolutely empowered and confident on my wedding day; she made me look exactly as I had envisioned, if not better! Plus, she's an incredible hype woman. I cannot put into words how wonderful Effortless Beauty is. From the very start, their communication was quick, useful and always available. They really worked with me to nail down my exact dream wedding looks. My trial went great but I had some different ideas later for the actual wedding day and they were completely prepared and nailed it. Shachia was my makeup artist for my wedding and she truly made me glow! I felt so beautiful and natural and didn't feel too caked on with makeup! And it lasted the entire day! My bridesmaids equally loved their makeup and said it was by far their favorite makeup experience! It's a shame we don't live in Tennessee and can't use Effortless Beauty often! My hair was done by Makayla and wow did she nail it. I went with 2 hair styles for my wedding and she was extremely accomadting by waiting for the second look. I used Effortless Beauty for my wedding on 11/11/23 and WOW! They were amazing since day one! For starters I am not from TN. I had no idea about their company besides that they were preferred through my venue. It is really hard to find and trust someone to do your wedding hair and makeup when you don’t live close by..so I was very nervous to book someone without knowing anything about them. I reached out to them and they shared with me their socials, all the girls socials who would be doing my hair and makeup plus my bridal party. Amazing to say least. I would be a fool to not book them! Then the payments. Just like everything about a wedding, it can get expensive but their prices were so reasonable! With that being said, we were not able to pay according to their payment plan because of all our other wedding expenses and they were very accommodating to us and our needs. They came up with a payment plan that worked for us! Plus last minute I added a bridesmaid and once again, they accommodated me! My hair and makeup trial went amazing. Kristen and Sepi truly listened to me on what I wanted and what I didn’t want. They listened to the things I knew I about my hair and my skin. They did an amazing job. Corrected things on the spot, made notes for what to change for the day of my wedding…literally so great! I also was supposed to make a list of all my bridesmaid of what time they should get hair and makeup done and I am terrible with things, so Krystal reached out and did the entire thing while accommodating my sisters and my mom to be at certain times. She was wonderful! Well, I was not an easy bride because I change my mind 900x…I cannot make decisions. So, I think a week before my wedding I emailed Krystal and told her I wanted to do an updo instead and a full glam makeup? She told me it would not be a problem at all she would tell the girls I changed my mind. Morning of the wedding all 4 girls were already there and setting up. We ran through the order so quickly! All the stylist listened to my girls told them if what they wanted would look good or not, giving honest feedback which is amazing! Having someone doing your hair and makeup and them just tell you “yea that’ll look good” and they know you will look crazy is not nice. Each stylist truly cared about my girls and myself. My hair, even though we never tried it out came out AMAZING! Literally matched the image to a T, Kristen did such an incredible job! Sepi did a full glam look on me, which was different from trial and she came through and it came out PERFECT! I still looked like myself, which was what I wanted. Kristen and Sepi were so great I cannot compliment them enough. They were able to interact with each of my girls and my mom as if we knew them forever which made the getting ready process a lot more fun! I wish I lived closer so I could go and get my hair and makeup done by them for other events!

They were fantastic to work with. They were a very professional and personable to be around. I am a minimal makeup bride and they listened to me and made my vision better than I could've imagined. They were very flexible with adding people to get their hair done. They were very fast at responding to all my email and questions. I could've had asked for a better hair and make up stylist on my wedding day.

Effortless Beauty was by far the best hair and makeup experience I’ve ever had! They were so accommodating to all of us girls and even myself. The frantic bride lol. I was literally obsessed with my hair and makeup. My hair stayed put all night long; even dancing for hours!!

I’m someone who doesn’t wear makeup and knows very little about it (I know I’m 27 and should do better lol). For me I have an advantage in that I’m a wedding planner so I get the opportunity to work with lots of vendors. I knew without a doubt Effortless was the absolute best choice for me. They took such great care of me for my engagement session hair and makeup, they took the time to understand what I wanted and was extremely patient with me & my lack of knowledge on all things beauty. I did a trial for my wedding makeup and Emily did such a fantastic job at hearing me out, answering my questions, & doing my makeup exactly how I wanted. When I asked to make some changes she did a great job at doing exactly that. My girls came to their shop the morning of the wedding and loved everything Effortless & their team did. This is such a kind and professional team that I had the pleasure of working with for my September wedding at the magnolia. All of my bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and mother of the groom were so happy with their final looks. I have honestly never felt more beautiful! I booked Effortless because I was looking for a reasonably priced and reputable group of hair and makeup artists. These ladies were wonderful! They were super sweet and listened to any concerns you may have had regarding your makeup or skin. It is also important to know that I booked them based on Instagram and their website. I planned our wedding in TN from FL as a destination wedding. Their messaging system was incredibly easy to work with and they promptly responded. I also booked them because I typically do not wear a ton of makeup on a daily basis. They also kindly accommodated adding my flower girl for hair the day of the wedding. This group works to give you a look that enhances your natural beauty. I highly recommend them to any bride considering H&M in the Tennessee area!

I just had my wedding on Feb 11 and had the privilege of having Effortless Beauty do the hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and I. These ladies know what they are doing!! I am very particular about my makeup. They listen to you and truly make any vision come to life. I had 7 bridesmaids get services - all with vastly different hair, skin, textures, etc and each of them loved their hair and makeup. It lasted all day long too. My hair did not budge! I had Grace for makeup and Christina for hair. They're so fun to work with and so sweet. Christina really helped me figure out the best hairstyle for my veil as I was still undecided at my trial run. My makeup lasted all night. My mom also had her hair and makeup done with them and she also had a great time and wonderful results.

Our stylist executed exactly what the ladies had asked for (both hair and makeup) based on our inspiration photos and was completely honest and open to our feedback, if we wanted adjustments. All of my ladies were very happy with their styles and our stylist was so warm and friendly!

I booked them pretty close to my wedding date and they didn’t have any issues with that which was amazing! But after I went to the process of booking them there was a couple weeks where they wouldn’t respond to the emails I had sent them which I found very unprofessional but honestly isn’t a huge deal to me besides that it was a week before my wedding and we still didn’t have it all set and I couldn’t get a response back, that made me uneasy. I had finally gotten ahold of someone different than who I was emailing after messaging them and they got it all sorted out very quickly for me and in the end did an amazing job with everything the day of! The ladies were very kind and everyone’s hair looked gorgeous!

My daughter, Elizabeth Moss, was just married on Friday, May 27th at The Standard in Knoxville . Our stylists for the wedding were Kate and Emily. I wanted to convey to you how truly wonderful they were. They attentively listened to Elizabeth (and the bridal party), made recommendations when asked and then beautifully executed each girl’s request. Not only did they do an amazing job on each girl but they were incredibly warm and professional. They made the entire experience truly delightful!
