There was a lot that we couldn’t control for our 2020 wedding, but Eggwhites helped with so much and really played a key role in making our day special. It began with a fabulous tasting – which included not only samplings of the food we were interested in, but also a brainstorming session that helped us pre-plan some aspects of how the event would run smoothly – and this experience convinced us that Eggwhites was absolutely the company we should hire. After we ended up changing out plans from a 150-person event to <30-person backyard gathering at a smaller home venue, the Eggwhites team did EVERYTHING to help us make sure our day was in good hands, amidst all the chaos of COVID, the presidential election, and even an incoming hurricane. They were communicative and helpful throughout everything that was thrown our way, and we really owe a lot to Sarah and Chef Gary for all the work they did to help us in problem-solving and making sure that our event was a success. Sarah, our amazing catering manager and day-of coordinator, proved that she is truly an expert professional in her field: she went above and beyond, helping in ways and details that were unexpected but made such a big difference. She helped with everything from the bridal party getting ready to the after-dinner drinks, and she even saved our ceremony by quickly closing a few doors and windows when a loudly-crying toddler could be heard wailing inside. It’s hard to put into words just how grateful we are for her organization and dedication that day/night. Chef Gary was also hugely helpful in finding alternative solutions to new and unique problems that arose in the days leading up to our event. They both spent lots of extra time working with us (and for us) after hours. They didn’t need to make those sacrifices, but it shows their deep commitment to providing the absolute BEST all-around service. And finally, an important detail that cannot be overlooked: the food…Eggwhites has an incredible selection of excellent dishes, and their team of chefs and wait-staff is an amazing group of professionals who genuinely care about making sure that you and your guests have THE BEST time! Everything from the hors d'oeurves to the main course was delicious and the service was impeccable. We still get compliments on the food and quality of our catering. We could not be more pleased with our choice in Eggwhites, and we give them our absolute HIGHEST recommendation!

Not with Eggwhites. Both the quality of the food and the attention to detail when it came to plating the food were top notch. I am pretty sure every guest complimented the food at some point throughout the evening. The staff is also great. I worked with Sarah to coordinate the food and service. She helped me navigate Eggwhites extensive list food options, weighing in on what foods serve best and how to best satisfy a variety of guest preferences. On the actual date of our event, from set up to take down, the staff was professional and attentive. Bartenders made sure every one had a quality drink in their hand (and we have a lot of picky drinker friends) and servers made sure no one went hungry at any point in the evening. I highly recommend Eggwhites catering to anyone looking to actually have legitimately good food at their wedding or event and the staff to match.

The quote was reasonable, the services and options to choose from extensive, and the food during the tasting was delicious. They were flexible working with our venue's kitchen, helping with a quick room flip during the cocktail hour, and serving the alcohol during the dinner service even though it was provided by a different vendor (required by the venue). Leading up to the wedding and the day-of they worked more closely with my wedding planner, however, I can attest that throughout the night the servers were very attentive and all the guests really enjoyed their food. As far as I'm concerned everything went perfectly, which is exactly how a bride should feel! Overall, I highly recommend and am very thankful for Egg whites and my contact Sarah.

traumatizing experience losing our venue because of something out of our control, venues fault. They cancelled our wedding. So instead of Eggwhites being understanding when we would no longer use their services, they kept our deposit of $4,500. With no sympathy at all for what we were going through, as wedding planning Is stressful enough and costs a lot, they couldn’t care less. Mind you we had ONE meeting with this company which included our tasting, a few phone calls, a few emails. I was going to offer them $1,000 for their services but they kept all $4,500 because “according to the contact” if we cancel over 60 days prior to our wedding date we only get 50% back. ... we cancelled over 7 months prior..... so we are now in debt 4,500 because of one meeting..... it’s absolutely insane. I do understand following contracts but there’s a thing called understanding and this company doesn’t have it. Thanks for putting a bride and groom in a panic trying to scramble for money to pay our wedding after everything we had already been through with the original venue shutting down. It really shows how much you care about your clients.

From the many personable phone calls and emails between the EggWhites team and myself/husband, to the exceptional day-of service provided, we can tell you without a doubt that EggWhites is your caterer if you want excellent food, excellent service, excellent execution of your event. We worked with Jill to select our cocktail hour menu (landed on refreshments, bubbly, the CHARCUTERIE with ceviche shots - huge hit with our guests!), provide air conditioning units (outdoor August Miami cocktail hour.... necessary), the carpet for the aisle... and the team was so organized and knew the venue (St. Bernard de Clairvaux) that we didn’t need to worry about adding a day of coordinator. The EggWhites team will make you feel 100% comfortable with their plan for services before your big day, and will work with you to get you to 100% if you aren’t there yet. They are so flexible, and for reference, we didn’t decide we needed air conditioning units or the carpet until only two weeks (? Maybe less) before the wedding. EggWhites made it happen and for a reasonable cost. Don’t hesitate, book this team now!

They answered all my questions and concerns about the wedding. They made suggestions and when it was all done everyone was impressed with the service that they gave.

As a prime example, we just finished the ceremony and were beginning to mingle during cocktail hour when our photographer insisted we take more shots away from the crowd where he then proceeded to work us for what felt like 30 minutes straight and literally as soon as we finished out comes Sarah with her associate with 2 fresh drinks and a plate full of hors d'oeuvres that we wouldn't have tried otherwise - it was literally the perfect moment and made our night!!! Cannot stress enough just how amazing Sarah was all night, including helping the best man pack up flowers and alcohol at the end of the night! We had a few specific requests, including my husband insisting that his old fashioneds be absolutely perfect and he was not disappointed! The guests loved the food, especially the hors d'oeuvres, but above all was Sarah's thoughtful approach during the wedding itself that completely blew us away. Do yourself a favor and visit Eggwhites - we are extremely happy that we did!!!

Luckily thanks to Eggwhites service I was able to have the appetizers brought to me at the bridal suite onsite but still, if I could go back to have some of those mushroom risotto spoons right now I would. Luckily, I made up for it by indulging in as many mac and cheese bites as I could during late night bites! On top of that, the presentation was absolutely beautiful. The guests raved for weeks afterwards about the quality of the service. The staff at Eggwhites are a team of outstanding professionals and I would trust them to handle any event big or small. Sarah worked me with throughout the process to choose the best menu and deal with big and small changes and I really appreciated that I saw her helping out the wedding planner deal with something that was really important to me during the wedding and completely unrelated to the catering. Now will anyone please invite me to their wedding catered by eggwhites so I can focus on the food and pretty presentation this time? :)

servers and bartenders were also wonderful and the event ran very smoothly. They were also very accommodating of some of our guests dietary restrictions and our need to have a nut free wedding. They even included our favorite type of gin just for myself and my husband as it wasn’t included in the alcohol package and we wanted to be sure we could have it for our personal drinks. Sarah coordinated all the catering for our event and worked very well with the wedding planners I hired to make the day go perfectly despite the horrible unpredicted weather we had to prepare for the day prior to and the day of the event. They also have great connections to many companies for rentals and other wedding services as needed. My only complaint was that I couldn’t always get a timely response from Sarah on some of the information I needed. It seems as though they put as much possible effort into the events they have currently upcoming in the next week or two and it can sometimes be difficult to get in contact or get information if you need it before then. It’s not such a bad thing because I knew they put so much time and effort into my special day when it was getting closer and really made it a priority. In the end the event was great and it didn’t matter anyway. I would highly recommend Egg Whites for their quality of service, accommodating manner and incredible food.

o make all the important decisions for our big day. Eggwhites was our selection for all the food served to our guest. The wedding began with a garden wedding with a one hour cocktail to follow. The service in the garden was perfect. Their table set up and presentation was impecable, very professional. Because our venue was the Ancient Spanish Monastery in North Miami our time line was very tight. Eggwhites arrived super early and their set up for outside garden cocktail hour and the inside dinner reception were on time. Their dinner presentation was very beautiful and all of our guest loved the dinner as well as the appetizers served during cocktail hour. The event manager did a great job. She would discuss everything needed with my mother in various times during the wedding reception. Eggwhites was also very helpful in the decoration of each place setting and in having patience each time we wanted a specific cutlery and when we wanted lilac goblets. We really enjoyed working with Eggwhites. We strongly recommend this company for any event you may have in the future.

Not only was the food spectacular, but she also helped coordinate the other vendors and rentals to make the process seamless. As in any event, there were hiccups over the course of the night. Her great relationship with the venue allowed us to streamline load in and load out, and she was always generous in sharing her experience to alert us to unforeseen pitfalls. Throughout the planning process Sarah was beyond accommodating, working closely with our venue, who had never hosted a wedding before, and helping us to decide on a delicious but fairly priced menu. I mean it when I say delicious, all of our guests raved about the "tasting-station" style spread which included a giant roast and excellent tamales. We chose to provide alcohol ourselves, but the Eggwhites bartenders were excellent and Sarah helped us to come up with a great welcome drink that guests received as they arrived. Beyond the amazing food and detailed planning, the Eggwhites team was willing and ready to step in when last minute set-up plans went awry. They truly saved the day, and were in many ways the most critical component of our wedding day. From the servers, to the bartenders, to the chefs, this is a hardworking and professional team. We would not hesitate to work with Sarah and her team again and could not recommend Eggwhites more highly.

g was with their Catering Manager, Sarah Lampner. Sarah literally had me at “hello”. She provided a detailed first proposal that tracked my daughter’s preferences perfectly and provided many options. My daughter changed her mind a few times and Sarah was happy to oblige and provided revised proposals each and every time. In each new proposal, Sarah included notes such as “lots of hot sauces” and “no raspberries or strawberries” and, most importantly, “bride is vegetarian” – observations she made on her own during our conversations. I attended the tasting, which was beyond my expectations. Eggwhites’ Owner and Executive Chef Gary Lampner, himself, delivered the most delicious and imaginative samplings of hors d’oeuvres and entrees to me at a table that was perfectly set. Chef Gary’s lightheartedness added so much to the experience. Everything was exactly what my daughter had in mind. My daughter elected to have passed hors d’oeuvres for the pre-reception cocktail party and “grazing stations” for the dinner. Ten different selections of delicious hors d’oeuvres were provided and special attention was paid to the bride and groom with their own personal platter of all of the hors d’oeuvres, most of which they had mentioned to Sarah would be their preferences. There were so many other details that clearly showed us that we made the right choice, but honestly it is just too much to include!
