Extremely helpful for a last minute change of plans and venue.
The Eggwhites' team, particularly Ann, was very helpful throughout the entire planning journey with great suggestions, timely responses, and much patience. They were the first vendor that we interviewed and were left so impressed that we decided to hire their team for our big day. The quality of the food and service on our wedding day was excellent and beyond our expectations. They did not miss a detail of what we asked for. All our guests commented on the food selection, presentation and tastefully created menu. We are very happy we chose to work with Eggwhites. They definitely were part of making our wedding day memorable and special and would not hesitate to work with them again.
We contracted Eggwhites to do the catering for our 130 person wedding at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens in Miami and they did an incredible job. From the beginning, they were very communicative in helping us understand the different packages they offered, flexible as we made changes to the linens and table set ups we were envision signing, and helped us create a tailored menu that honored our Colombian and Jewish roots. The food was all high quality and our guests loved it. Vizcaya can be complex to manage as a vendor but Eggwhites is very experienced working here and I would highly recommend!

I am very happy that I hired Eggwhites for my wedding in December. They took care of everything from food and beverages, tables, chairs, linens, plate settings and service. They were very easy to work with and were always available via email and over the phone. Our guests are still ranting over the welcome drinks, the dinner entrees and the overall service!
We are so deeply thankful to the Eggwhites catering team for all the work they did to make our wedding beautiful, and we give them our absolute highest recommendation! We first heard about Eggwhites through a recommendation from The Historic Walton House. When we first started planning our wedding, COVID-19 hadn't completely turned our lives around. There was a lot that we couldn’t control for our 2020 wedding, but Eggwhites helped with so much and really played a key role in making our day special. It began with a fabulous tasting – which included not only samplings of the food we were interested in, but also a brainstorming session that helped us pre-plan some aspects of how the event would run smoothly – and this experience convinced us that Eggwhites was absolutely the company we should hire. After we ended up changing out plans from a 150-person event to <30-person backyard gathering at a smaller home venue, the Eggwhites team did EVERYTHING to help us make sure our day was in good hands, amidst all the chaos of COVID, the presidential election, and even an incoming hurricane. They were communicative and helpful throughout everything that was thrown our way, and we really owe a lot to Sarah and Chef Gary for all the work they did to help us in problem-solving and making sure that our event was a success.
Sarah, our amazing catering manager and day-of coordinator, proved that she is truly an expert professional in her field: she went above and beyond, helping in ways and details that were unexpected but made such a big difference. She helped with everything from the bridal party getting ready to the after-dinner drinks, and she even saved our ceremony by quickly closing a few doors and windows when a loudly-crying toddler could be heard wailing inside. It’s hard to put into words just how grateful we are for her organization and dedication that day/night. Chef Gary was also hugely helpful in finding alternative solutions to new and unique problems that arose in the days leading up to our event. They both spent lots of extra time working with us (and for us) after hours. They didn’t need to make those sacrifices, but it shows their deep commitment to providing the absolute BEST all-around service. And finally, an important detail that cannot be overlooked: the food…Eggwhites has an incredible selection of excellent dishes, and their team of chefs and wait-staff is an amazing group of professionals who genuinely care about making sure that you and your guests have THE BEST time! Everything from the hors d'oeurves to the main course was delicious and the service was impeccable. We still get compliments on the food and quality of our catering. We could not be more pleased with our choice in Eggwhites, and we give them our absolute HIGHEST recommendation!
Eggwhites is by far the best catering company in Miami. I learned about Eggwhites at a few other events. Their food was always great. So, my husband and I decided to use them ourselves and, per usual, they were amazing. Often times a catering company can get the hors d' oeuvres right but the plated meals leave a lot to desired, especially when serving a large group. Not with Eggwhites. Both the quality of the food and the attention to detail when it came to plating the food were top notch. I am pretty sure every guest complimented the food at some point throughout the evening. The staff is also great. I worked with Sarah to coordinate the food and service. She helped me navigate Eggwhites extensive list food options, weighing in on what foods serve best and how to best satisfy a variety of guest preferences. On the actual date of our event, from set up to take down, the staff was professional and attentive. Bartenders made sure every one had a quality drink in their hand (and we have a lot of picky drinker friends) and servers made sure no one went hungry at any point in the evening. I highly recommend Eggwhites catering to anyone looking to actually have legitimately good food at their wedding or event and the staff to match.
An amazing evening thanks to Eggwhites! Sarah the Sales & Operations Director was highly responsive, detailed and always available to answer any questions we had. Nicole the Event Manager and the on-site chef/team did a wonderful job and everyone only had great things to say about the food and presentation. If you are looking for a one-stop-shop caterer to handle everything from the tables and chairs to the food I can't recommend Eggwhites enough.
Sarah and the Eggwhites team helped make our wedding dreams come true this past Valentine's Day. Everything was perfect from the planning, set up, bartending, service, food, and break down.
We hired Eggwhites for our wedding on July 4th. They prepared one buffet styler dinner on Friday night and an amazing 3 course meal served meal on our wedding day. When Covid 19 hit and plans for my sons wedding day had to be adjusted I contacted sarah. It was a pleasure dealing with her In planing the menu and logistics. Her team is very professional , pleasant and attention to cleanliness was remarkable from start to end. They are very business like with personable approach to service . Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed .
We reached out to Sarah at Eggwhites in an attempt to plan a small elopement with immediate family during Covid-19. We only had two weeks to plan and Eggwhites was incredibly kind, responsive and flexible. They helped make my wedding dreams come true even if they looked different than planned. The food was delicious and Sarah checked in both before the wedding an after to ensure everything was satisfactory. Would highly recommend working with Eggwhites catering!

I reached out, met, and received quotes from multiple catering companies since it was such a huge part of my budget. I thought Egg whites gave me the best value from the start. The quote was reasonable, the services and options to choose from extensive, and the food during the tasting was delicious.
They were flexible working with our venue's kitchen, helping with a quick room flip during the cocktail hour, and serving the alcohol during the dinner service even though it was provided by a different vendor (required by the venue).
Leading up to the wedding and the day-of they worked more closely with my wedding planner, however, I can attest that throughout the night the servers were very attentive and all the guests really enjoyed their food. As far as I'm concerned everything went perfectly, which is exactly how a bride should feel!
Overall, I highly recommend and am very thankful for Egg whites and my contact Sarah.

Disappointing! We were recommended to this company from someone in the biz in Miami. After this experience we and our contact will never recommend this company to anyone. We had a traumatizing experience losing our venue because of something out of our control, venues fault. They cancelled our wedding. So instead of Eggwhites being understanding when we would no longer use their services, they kept our deposit of $4,500. With no sympathy at all for what we were going through, as wedding planning Is stressful enough and costs a lot, they couldn’t care less. Mind you we had ONE meeting with this company which included our tasting, a few phone calls, a few emails. I was going to offer them $1,000 for their services but they kept all $4,500 because “according to the contact” if we cancel over 60 days prior to our wedding date we only get 50% back. ... we cancelled over 7 months prior..... so we are now in debt 4,500 because of one meeting..... it’s absolutely insane. I do understand following contracts but there’s a thing called understanding and this company doesn’t have it. Thanks for putting a bride and groom in a panic trying to scramble for money to pay our wedding after everything we had already been through with the original venue shutting down. It really shows how much you care about your clients.

Sarah and her team Rock from the tasting, the set up,the amazing party and celebration plus so many other details that they took care of. They were there and always available to let us know it was under control and just enjoy the celebration. Where to begin?
First, to leave a review is not a requirement- and to be writing this now, for me, means that we have something to say and we hope more people book and enjoy the excellent services provided by EggWhites.
From the many personable phone calls and emails between the EggWhites team and myself/husband, to the exceptional day-of service provided, we can tell you without a doubt that EggWhites is your caterer if you want excellent food, excellent service, excellent execution of your event.
We worked with Jill to select our cocktail hour menu (landed on refreshments, bubbly, the CHARCUTERIE with ceviche shots - huge hit with our guests!), provide air conditioning units (outdoor August Miami cocktail hour.... necessary), the carpet for the aisle... and the team was so organized and knew the venue (St. Bernard de Clairvaux) that we didn’t need to worry about adding a day of coordinator.
The EggWhites team will make you feel 100% comfortable with their plan for services before your big day, and will work with you to get you to 100% if you aren’t there yet. They are so flexible, and for reference, we didn’t decide we needed air conditioning units or the carpet until only two weeks (? Maybe less) before the wedding. EggWhites made it happen and for a reasonable cost.
Don’t hesitate, book this team now!
I first knew about Eggwhites Catering when they did an event at the Hospital that I worked. So when my son decided to get married they were the first that came to mind but I wasn't sure that they would cater to me since it was a small wedding of 60 people. Sarah was great from the beginning, then I met Jill and there team. They answered all my questions and concerns about the wedding. They made suggestions and when it was all done everyone was impressed with the service that they gave.
We cannot be more satisfied with Eggwhites and Sarah in particular she is the absolute best and our wedding was perfect in part due to her efforts and attention to detail! The entire process was smooth from start to finish! As a prime example, we just finished the ceremony and were beginning to mingle during cocktail hour when our photographer insisted we take more shots away from the crowd where he then proceeded to work us for what felt like 30 minutes straight and literally as soon as we finished out comes Sarah with her associate with 2 fresh drinks and a plate full of hors d'oeuvres that we wouldn't have tried otherwise - it was literally the perfect moment and made our night!!! Cannot stress enough just how amazing Sarah was all night, including helping the best man pack up flowers and alcohol at the end of the night! We had a few specific requests, including my husband insisting that his old fashioneds be absolutely perfect and he was not disappointed! The guests loved the food, especially the hors d'oeuvres, but above all was Sarah's thoughtful approach during the wedding itself that completely blew us away. Do yourself a favor and visit Eggwhites - we are extremely happy that we did!!!

We wanted to thank Sarah and Egg Whites for everything on our wedding night. You guys completely out did yourselves even working under the rain. The bartenders were great and kept the drinks flowing. The food was amazing. Everyone was mentioning how amazing the food was. Thank you for also providing us with the set up of the Greek appetizers table. That was an amazing touch. We can’t thank you and your staff enough.
Eggwhites catering recently did a fabulous job catering my wedding. The food was delicious and my only regret is that I didn't have a chance to eat more appetizers as I was busy getting married! Luckily thanks to Eggwhites service I was able to have the appetizers brought to me at the bridal suite onsite but still, if I could go back to have some of those mushroom risotto spoons right now I would. Luckily, I made up for it by indulging in as many mac and cheese bites as I could during late night bites!
On top of that, the presentation was absolutely beautiful. The guests raved for weeks afterwards about the quality of the service.
The staff at Eggwhites are a team of outstanding professionals and I would trust them to handle any event big or small. Sarah worked me with throughout the process to choose the best menu and deal with big and small changes and I really appreciated that I saw her helping out the wedding planner deal with something that was really important to me during the wedding and completely unrelated to the catering.
Now will anyone please invite me to their wedding catered by eggwhites so I can focus on the food and pretty presentation this time? :)
Our wedding at the Deering Estate was catered by Egg Whites. The food was incredible and we are still receiving compliments from our guests on how much they loved all the food. The servers and bartenders were also wonderful and the event ran very smoothly. They were also very accommodating of some of our guests dietary restrictions and our need to have a nut free wedding. They even included our favorite type of gin just for myself and my husband as it wasn’t included in the alcohol package and we wanted to be sure we could have it for our personal drinks. Sarah coordinated all the catering for our event and worked very well with the wedding planners I hired to make the day go perfectly despite the horrible unpredicted weather we had to prepare for the day prior to and the day of the event. They also have great connections to many companies for rentals and other wedding services as needed. My only complaint was that I couldn’t always get a timely response from Sarah on some of the information I needed. It seems as though they put as much possible effort into the events they have currently upcoming in the next week or two and it can sometimes be difficult to get in contact or get information if you need it before then. It’s not such a bad thing because I knew they put so much time and effort into my special day when it was getting closer and really made it a priority. In the end the event was great and it didn’t matter anyway. I would highly recommend Egg Whites for their quality of service, accommodating manner and incredible food.
When we started planning my wedding it was a complicated event because I spend my days working and in meetings. Thus my mother had to become our wedding planner in order for her to make all the important decisions for our big day. Eggwhites was our selection for all the food served to our guest. The wedding began with a garden wedding with a one hour cocktail to follow. The service in the garden was perfect. Their table set up and presentation was impecable, very professional. Because our venue was the Ancient Spanish Monastery in North Miami our time line was very tight. Eggwhites arrived super early and their set up for outside garden cocktail hour and the inside dinner reception were on time. Their dinner presentation was very beautiful and all of our guest loved the dinner as well as the appetizers served during cocktail hour. The event manager did a great job. She would discuss everything needed with my mother in various times during the wedding reception. Eggwhites was also very helpful in the decoration of each place setting and in having patience each time we wanted a specific cutlery and when we wanted lilac goblets. We really enjoyed working with Eggwhites. We strongly recommend this company for any event you may have in the future.
For our daughters wedding, we knew that there would be a lot of foodies attending, so the food had to be on point. One name kept coming up when asking friends and colleagues for recommentaions......Eggwhites!!! We could not have made a better choice!! I gave them an idea of what we wanted and let them run with it, and run they did.....could not have been happier!! The food was over the top delish! When I run into guests that attended the wedding, they are still talking about the food! (Poke bowls were a hit!!)

When you’re planning a wedding, it’s essential to have great people on your team who will do whatever it takes to have a great event. Sarah and her staff from Eggwhites Catering is that person who will make sure that everything goes according to plan. She catered a wedding I planned at the Deering Estate in Miami. Not only was the food spectacular, but she also helped coordinate the other vendors and rentals to make the process seamless. As in any event, there were hiccups over the course of the night. Sarah and her staff were there to help at every step of the way. Her great relationship with the venue allowed us to streamline load in and load out, and she was always generous in sharing her experience to alert us to unforeseen pitfalls. There’s no doubt that this wedding wouldn’t’ have been as successful without Eggwhites Catering. I highly recommend them for their quality, service, and professionalism.
We could not have been more pleased with the food and service from this team! We began wedding planning with the intention of doing tastings with various companies, but when Sarah and the rest of the Eggwhites team waited patiently for three hours while my fiancé and I battled Miami traffic to get to our first appointment, we cancelled our other tastings and sent in our deposit! Throughout the planning process Sarah was beyond accommodating, working closely with our venue, who had never hosted a wedding before, and helping us to decide on a delicious but fairly priced menu. I mean it when I say delicious, all of our guests raved about the "tasting-station" style spread which included a giant roast and excellent tamales. We chose to provide alcohol ourselves, but the Eggwhites bartenders were excellent and Sarah helped us to come up with a great welcome drink that guests received as they arrived. Beyond the amazing food and detailed planning, the Eggwhites team was willing and ready to step in when last minute set-up plans went awry. They truly saved the day, and were in many ways the most critical component of our wedding day. From the servers, to the bartenders, to the chefs, this is a hardworking and professional team. We would not hesitate to work with Sarah and her team again and could not recommend Eggwhites more highly.

Eggwhites played an integral part during the planning and execution phases of our event (wedding). Working with Eggwhites was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food at our wedding was fabulous! Sarah was wonderful to work with and made the process as easy as could be. The whole team made our wedding a HUGE success!!!

The food the day of was exactly, if not better, than the food at the tasting. Everyone still talks about the passed hors devours (however you spell it) at my wedding! Our wedding was on May 13th. Working with EggWhites was very positive and joyful. Our family, friends and guests all enjoyed the food very much and there was lots of variety dishes. Service was great and the staff were very helpful on our big day. Everything was presented very artfully. We were not worried about anything as the staff was very confident, flexible and supportive all the way from the beginning of the planning through the end of the party. I have been meaning to write this review for some time, but only now have I had the time! My wedding was on May 12, 2017, and it was quite different from the norm. There were 24 people who attended, all family and some very close friends. We have used Eggwhites in the past for private dinner events, and they never seize to amaze. They truly are gifted in what they do. Sarah was managing our event, and she was such a sweet person. Our venue was a rooftop apartment, which is probably not the easiest place to set up. But without fail, Sarah and her team did an incredible job. Extremely professional, and very flexible. To add to the already unbeatable service, the food was really beyond delicious. All in all, they made my special night truly unforgettable. Also, I wanted to note, that my wedding planner was not around for the ceremony or after, and Sarah stepped in to help manage the guests, and let them know what was coming next. She was really really helpful!

We got married 1 month ago and had a very specific and different vision for our wedding. Eggwhites was receptive to our wishes and helped guide us in the right direction. We are grateful for their excellent customer service and patience working with several different people in our wedding party. They were always agreeable, solutions oriented, and everything turned out perfectly.
We decided on a buffet with several stations. The food was excellent, stayed hot throughout the evening, and was perfectly timed for our plan. Additionally, Eggwhites provided the tables, linens, silverware, etc. and the table settings looked exactly as requested.
Sarah Lampner was wonderful to work with. She was punctual, persistent, and kind. All good things when planning a wedding!

I have used Eggwhites on at least 7 events in the past few years; they have always exceeded my expectations in terms of excellent service, amazing food, outstanding presentation, and professionalism. So, when my daughter and I started planning her wedding, I felt very confident to choose them to cater the event, which was going to be held at a private roof top terrace on high rise residential building. We knew the logistics would be extremely complicated in more than one way and that we would be in for a big challenge, but working with Sarah from the beginning, my daughter and I felt we had “the team” to make it happen.
The wedding was amazing! The hors d’oeuvres were delicious and beautifully presented, dinner was exquisite, the service was outstanding, and everyone on the Eggwhites team was extremely helpful and professional. Sarah demonstrated vast experience in handling the complicated logistics; she had an amazing problem-solving attitude and was engaged in helping in every way, making sure the event was a real success!

My daughter’s wedding was at The Deering Estate on February 18, 2017. We began interviewing caterers several months prior. My initial contact with Eggwhites Special Event Catering was with their Catering Manager, Sarah Lampner. Sarah literally had me at “hello”. She provided a detailed first proposal that tracked my daughter’s preferences perfectly and provided many options. My daughter changed her mind a few times and Sarah was happy to oblige and provided revised proposals each and every time. In each new proposal, Sarah included notes such as “lots of hot sauces” and “no raspberries or strawberries” and, most importantly, “bride is vegetarian” – observations she made on her own during our conversations. I attended the tasting, which was beyond my expectations. Eggwhites’ Owner and Executive Chef Gary Lampner, himself, delivered the most delicious and imaginative samplings of hors d’oeuvres and entrees to me at a table that was perfectly set. Chef Gary’s lightheartedness added so much to the experience. Everything was exactly what my daughter had in mind. My daughter elected to have passed hors d’oeuvres for the pre-reception cocktail party and “grazing stations” for the dinner. Ten different selections of delicious hors d’oeuvres were provided and special attention was paid to the bride and groom with their own personal platter of all of the hors d’oeuvres, most of which they had mentioned to Sarah would be their preferences. There were so many other details that clearly showed us that we made the right choice, but honestly it is just too much to include! Deciding to have Eggwhites cater our wedding was one of the best decisions we made during wedding planning! Our guests raved about the food – some even told us it was the best hors d’oeuvres during a wedding cocktail hour. I knew the food would be great from our tasting, but we were really blown away by the presentation of everything. Sarah and the rest of the Eggwhites team helped in making our wedding planning fun and enjoyable. From our initial phone call, to our tasting, to the countless emails and texts leading up to our wedding, Sarah proved to be an absolute rockstar – totally meticulous and knowledgeable. I was admittedly clueless about a lot, but Sarah patiently provided great advice and guidance. She was more than just the catering manager for our wedding; she really facilitated all of the moving parts on the day-of, and the whole team played a large role in making sure our wedding day was exactly what we had envisioned. Eggwhites provided their catering services for my April wedding at Thalatta Estate and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome! When I began planning my wedding, picking the right caterer was the hardest decision (along with Bridesmaids dresses, lol!). Not only was I worried about pricing, but quality of food/service were just as important. Finding that perfect middle was definitely a big challenge! Before making my decision with Eggwhites, I was in the negotiation phase with 2 other vendors. However, once I did the Eggwhites tasting, it was a sealed deal. Their food options definitely cater to a more sophisticated palate without breaking your wallet. It is that perfect middle of quality, presentation, and not over-priced. Sarah was phenomenal to work with. She was able to tailor everything to what our vision was for our wedding day. From signature cocktails and incredible food, I still hear praises of that day. Even when I had concerns on any cost related items, she would continuously work with me until it was perfect.

My husband and I worked with Sarah, Chef Gary, and the rest of the Eggwhites catering crew on our January wedding at the Ancient Spanish Monastery this year. We reached out to Eggwhites and booked our contract six months prior to the wedding date. Every step -- from the contracting, to the tasting, to the finalizing of the menu, to the execution on our special day -- was handled deftly by our catering manager Sarah, who remained our principal contact throughout the whole process. We knew from the reviews on this and other sites that we were getting the best possible service from Eggwhites, and they did not disappoint. Our guests had endless compliments for the delicious food and drink (we had pre-ceremony appetizers and drinks, a wonderful dinner with table service, a cake, an open bar, and even some late night snacks). There are probably dozens of things that we'll never find out about that Sarah and her crew did for us to make that day so unforgettable, but here are a few we do know about: Sarah helped put corsages and boutonnieres on the wedding party, marshaled the florist / sound equipment guy / string quartet during the prep period, got some last minute party favors neatly placed at each table setting, and swiftly moved our guests from garden to loggia to cloister as the program progressed. We cannot thank Eggwhites enough and we will never forget our wedding day and night because of them!

My fiance and I are considering getting married in Miami (where we live, but we may elope!) and when we contacted Eggwhites, we were blown away with their professionalism, courtesy, and all around knowledge of special events. When we came in for the complimentary hors d'oeuvres tasting, they went all out! The food was absolutely incredible (especially the lambchops with minted ginger sauce - mouthwateringly scrumptious) and Mike and I were really impressed with the whole presentation. If we do end up getting married in Miami, we will DEFINITELY be hiring Eggwhites! If the tasting was perfection, I know that our wedding would even more amazing! Not only because I'm marrying the man I love and have dreamed of my whole life, but also because Eggwhites will have helped us put it together!

The minute I walked into Eggwhites for our tasting I knew I'd be impressed.
Sarah was extremely professional, flexible and knew what she was talking about.
Once they brought out the appetizers I knew we found our caterer. Food was a high priority for us and I was so pleasantly surprised that everything tasted just as it did at our tasting. Sarah put aside a tray of two of all the appetizers for me and my husband to enjoy and her servers did a great job of passing them around.
Dinner was top notch and the place settings were beautiful.

My wife and I planned our entire wedding together, every step of the way. When it came to our menu and the food, she let me take the lead because I am really picky with my food. When we first entered Eggwhites for our tasting, I was immediately impressed. While the warehouse doesn’t look like much from the outside, their showroom, food and professionalism is what is really impressive. The food that they presented was both beautiful and delicious, and after already having had 2 other tastings previously elsewhere, we booked immediately. We were THAT impressed. The day of our wedding, which was a Tuesday (for special reasons to my wife and me) Chef Gary and team did not disappoint again. The food was piping hot and exactly as I had remembered from the tasting, the pasta station that we included after the tasting had a very knowledgeable and well-trained chef and made incredible pasta dishes for my guests and me. Our bartenders nailed the specialty drinks we had created and the staff was impeccable. Thank you times a million to Eggwhites for helping to create the day my wife and I had hoped and dreamed of.
I usually don't write reviews, but in this case it's a must! I was a bridesmaid in a January wedding at Thalatta Estate and Eggwhites was the caterer. The bartenders remembered the guests drink choices, the servers were extremely knowledgeable about everything they were serving and the culinary team was top notch! My friend had a family style dinner so everyone was sitting together and shared plates of the food. Everything was so delicious and the tables were always kept clean, thanks to impeccable service. I would definitely recommend to any bride getting married in South Florida!
Ashley, Atrice, and Ann, plus everyone behind the scenes at the Eggwhites office helped to create the best surprise wedding for our family and friends. We had a quick proposal at the pool and when we came upstairs, they had everything setup and ready for our small and intimate surprise ceremony and following that the dinner and reception. We decided on a raw bar with shrimp cocktail, oysters, and clams and other various island themed hors d’oeuvres (everything was held at the Atlantic Hotel in Fort Lauderdale) plus I am a huge macaroni and cheese fan so we had to have that on the menu. All of the food was delicious and the staff was courteous, helpful and professional, we could not have asked for a better time! Thanks Eggwhites!

When we first walked in the room to do our tasting we knew from the atmosphere that Eggwhites was the right choice. We were welcomed with a lovely presentation and AMAZING food selections. We even met with Chef Gary Lampner as well as the chef that was assigned to our wedding during. Sara and Ashley went above the call of duty. They answered all questions and addressed any concerns that “I” had… I think I may have called them 10 times in one day and they both were ever so pleasant. Lol.
On the day of our wedding the setup that Eggwhites created was amazing. Now let’s not forget that we received so many compliments from our family and friends. Everyone said that the food at the cocktail hour and the reception was INCREDIBLE. Even though its three months later we still receive calls about the food. It was a pleasure working with Eggwhites and they will always be our catering selection for any future events.
I was an out of state guest at a wedding that Eggwhites catered in Islamorada and I could not have been more impressed with everything! From the welcome drinks (iced tea and lemonade) to offer the guests as they arrived on a hot day to the scrumptious food for dinner, the professional and uniformed staff was courteous and what a plus that the bartenders remembered faces and drink orders! I would highly recommend Eggwhites Special Event Catering to any future bride, their work is impeccable and beautiful and will help make your day everything that you dreamed it would be!

We had Eggwhites cater our daughters wedding at our home in ft Lauderdale. They handled all the food, the bars, the tables and cloths and chairs, and all the other rentals we needed. I worked with Sarah mostly and she was very helpful and quick to respond to all my annoying texts and emails! Haha! The food was perfect and the service was spot-on. My middle daughter just recently got engaged and I am already talking to Sarah about that wedding :) can't wait to work with them again

I love food. My wife knows how much I love food. So when we started planning our wedding, we both knew I was going to take over the catering part to make sure the food was up my standards. After 4 or 5 meetings/tastings with other local caterers, Eggwhites really caught my attention. The food was top restaurant quality and the service pieces they used were nothing we had ever seen before. After our initial meeting, Savannah and I really felt like Chef Gary was in our heads and would be able to capture everything we wanted. We signed with Eggwhites that day without
looking back. The planning process was completely seemless (none of the pains attacks our other married/engaged friends warned us about). "The bug day" was absolutely perfect. The food looked, smelled and tasted even better than we had at the tasting; it exceeded our expectations. We wanted a simple backyard wedding but Eggwhites pulled a wedding together that I could never imagine! They transformed our backyard into a romantic garden escape which is exactly what I wanted! The food was wonderful and my only disappointment was that I didn't get to taste all of it. Having passed desserts (which was Lindy's idea) was the best - you don't have to leave the dance floor!! Owning a restaurant I wanted the food to be amazing and it was from the hot dog station in the beginning all the way up to the grilled cheese station for guest at the end and everything in-between!!
