It really saddens me to have to be on here writing this because Brandee has such a great personality and was fun to work with, but boy did true colors show. I’m here because I want...
to look out for fellow brides in the future. Myself, being a fiancé I am looking for photographers as well. My sister hired eight arms for her big day… you know the one little girls dream of their whole lives…. The day was perfect. Everything went well. Until 3 months later Brandee informs us that she ‘lost’ all of the pictures. Although she was able to retrieve A FEW… they were the most horrible pictures. From lighting to clarity we probably could have snapped better ones from an IPhone… the most magical, beautiful day will only be remembered by thoughts and memory and we will have no GREAT WALL WORTHY photos to cherish for the rest of our lives… this unprofessional photographer informed my sister the day of PICKUP for the photos that they were GONE. Then proceeds to tell my sister SHE KNEW they were gone weeks before pickup. On top of dropping the ball like that she has now completely GHOSTED us without any type of resolution. She has went as far as blocking my mother, my sister, me and my brother and no telling who else. Because “the photos we received are GOOD ENOUGH” we didn’t pay you a great hunk of change for GOOD ENOUGH. I believe it is safe to say WEDDINGS ARE NOTTTTTTT her specialty. SAVE YOUR MONEY. NOT WORTH IT. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION.
