Eight Ten Ranch & Cattle Co is a family-owned and operated rustic wedding venue located in Muskogee, OK. This 18-acre paradise boasts jaw-dropping countryside vistas as well as an array of conveniently modern amenities. Owners, Matt and Mary have a passion for hospitality and want to make your day a special one.
Despite Eight Ten Ranch & Cattle Co’s convenient location at the heart of Muskogee, it feels romantically private and remote. The venue comfortably accommodates up to 250 people and is flexible enough for both intimate and extravagant gatherings. When you arrive, you and your party can make your way into the designated get-ready facilities. Here, you will find the essential amenities needed to help you feel fully prepared for the aisle. You will have the option of hosting your ceremony and reception outdoors or indoors, depending on preference and weather conditions. Outside, there is a grassy meadow with a woodland and water feature backdrop, an enchanting setting for tying the knot. Traditional design meets contemporary aesthetic inside the farmhouse. This versatile event space acts as a blank canvas with which you can transform according to your unique vision.
Your rental of Eight Ten Ranch & Cattle Co entitles you to an array of services and equipment. Outside vendors are welcome while the caterers of your choice will have access to the venue’s fully-equipped kitchen. On-site furniture options range from a selection of tables to white garden chairs, perfect for indoor and outdoor use.

Have you ever heard of the phrase, Loves love? Kelly is that person. She has a vision of romance with a little bit of sentimental reason. Kelly enjoys helping Brides fine tune the biggest most important day of their life that comes with lasting memories.
Kelly's event expertise has been a dream since she was a young child. She used to watch her mother plan weddings for family members weddings and that is when she fell in love with Love!
Kelly is also a great person to help with your event. Detailed, organized and understands time is of the essance when working with clients to make their event go smoothly and as painless as possible.
Outside of "work" Kelly loves spending time with her family. She often says its not work if you enjoy it and it's fun! Kelly is a wife, mom of 5 children and 7 grandchildren. More reasons to throw a party!

d wonderful to work with. The grooms room was a huge hit and made all of the guys feel important and included in the day. We had initially planned to have the wedding outside and reception inside but due to weather we held both indoors and there was more than enough space for both. Highly recommend!

My husband and I just got married here and it was everything we could’ve imagined! I’ve been planning my wedding since I was 6 years old and this venue was the perfect place for it...
! The white canvas made it extremely easy to decorate and really make it your own! It had a grooms suite which is SO important! On top of all of that, it was just BEAUTIFUL! The outside AND inside was the most gorgeous thing I’ve ever seen! Thank you so much to Eight Ten Ranch for making our night so very special!

dding honestly. The simplicity of the venue allows you to create literally any design, along with the open floor plan leading to endless outcomes. Then Sue, the owner, she is probably the nicest woman I've ever met. Her and her family do an outstanding job running this place. They are so understanding and willing to work with you on so many levels because they truly care and know wedding day is a big day. We had a December wedding, so we didn't utilize the outdoor space much except for photos, but it would be beautiful for any other time of the year. The bridal suites were large and well-kept. All the furniture and appliances were up to date and it didn't feel cluttered. Sue allowed us to bring our cat (who walks on a leash) for photos. The pricing was great for all of this. We had our wedding on a weekday afternoon, which made the cost significantly lower, but even at that, it was still a lot less expensive than similar places we looked at.
My only wish was that we had a little bit more flexibility because of COVID. Cases went up after we had to decided if we wanted to postpone or not, which was 60 days out, so there were a lot of tough conversations about what to do. We ended up having the wedding, but it was much smaller. While I understand why that policy was in place, it was a little worrisome. But it all worked out and I know we could've figured something out, which is why I'm not upset or anything.
