The 88 Catering was absolutely amazing to work with! They helped us with special requests and made all of the details perfect. We had unique culinary situations and they accommodated everything. The food was amazing and they were so easy to work with. I would recommend them for any catering event. Many of our guests said "This is the best wedding food we've ever had."

Throughout the evening, he coordinated a smooth buffet, quickly released tables, and communicated with me and the venue throughout the entire process, all with a smile. Very disappointed. Menu was Meatball, Marinara Sauce, Salad, Rotini Noodles, Chicken, Alfredo Sauce and 5 Vegan Meals. What we taste tested and what we had at our reception were ...

not the same. Noodles were either over or under cooked (depending what tray you got), Meatballs were over cooked (hard) and no flavor. Chicken had no flavor and some of it you questioned if cooked thoroughly. Salad was wilted and way too much dressing on it. Vegan meals never remind us that the people who needed them needed to see the staff. The staff honestly looked to be teenagers (16-17 yrs old) not friendly or helpful. Looked like this was the last place they wanted to be and had an attitude. (My guest gave me an earful next two days after reception).
