and Tara were great to work with and went above and beyond for me. I consider them my family now because of how well they took care of my husband and me & family & friends!!! Everyone at the Eilan was every helpful and considerate it. I wish I could do it all over again with the Eilan. I would definitely have more events there because they are amazing. The Eilan made our wedding extra special for us! Thank you! I can’t say enough about the Eilan!!

e had many compliments from our guests on the space, food, and all workers who took care of our reception. My only complaint is how the front desk treated my guests. My husband and I were treated well at checkin but not so much at check out which is disappointing considering they knew we just got married in their hotel the day before. Our king suite was very nice and updated, not big for a suite (regular size hotel room) but a lot nicer than the standard room. And the valet workers were awesome as well. Besides the front desk everything else was incredible and looking forward to returning for a getaway in the future. If you’re looking for a wedding venue, look no more you won’t regret booking your big day with at the Eilan Hotel. It was so nice to have everything in one place especially it being a hotel and being able to stay there. Thank you Tara and JR for all your hard work and making my wedding a wonderful experience to remember.

There are so many wonderful photo spots- the marble staircase, the outside staircase, an outside terrace, trolley tracks, and a gazebo just to name a few! Susan did a wonderful job working with us to make sure that all of our questions were answered and everything was ready for the wedding day. She also made sure that our meal choices were correct- we had an initial tasting and a follow-up tasting to make sure we liked the modifications that had been made (the food was so delicious!). On our wedding day, Susan and the staff at the Eilan made sure everything went according to plan. Both the guys and the girls got ready at the hotel in addition to having our ceremony in Sala Cristalla and our reception in Palio Hall. The ceremony and reception rooms were set up phenomenally! The staff did such a wonderful job and half a year later we are still receiving compliments on what a beautiful and wonderful wedding we had! We absolutely loved having our wedding at the Eilan!

on wedding, but the professionalism and quality of service we received in the end made the extra effort worth it. At the Eilan, the wedding experience begins far before the ceremony even starts. The hilly drive up to the hotel is gorgeous and sets the mood. The lobby is grand. The view from the terrace they use for ceremonies is stunning, and the ballroom makes for a beautiful indoor reception. The Italian villa-inspired buildings served as a great backdrop for group photos, and the gazebos and water fountain were the perfect setting for our bride and groom portraits. Correspondence during the wedding planning process was a little slow and frustrating at times. We had several instances where phone calls and emails went unanswered and we felt like we needed to stay on top of certain people to make sure things got done. However, everyone really pulled through during the final hour. The hotel was very accommodating. RJ and the rest of the event staff are awesome. They made sure everything was executed smoothly and that it lived up to their promises and our expectations. We got great compliments on the venue, the food and the wedding cake. A couple of guests even told us it was the best wedding they'd ever attended. That says a lot considering this was a destination wedding for practically everyone involved. To say we were extremely pleased with our experience seems almost like an understatement.
