Our experience working with Eileen exceeded all of our expectations. We had an intimate wedding at a family brownstone in August. We were nervous about photography because we are not the most comfortable having our photo taken. Eileen has a remarkable talent for making you feel comfortable in front of the camera while taking the most gorgeous photos you've ever seen. As other reviewers have said, she was never in our face. She seemed to be everywhere and nowhere during the day, capturing big and small moments. She was kind and gentle but effective in wrangling family members for photos. We are so grateful to Eileen both for the way she made us feel on our wedding day, and, of course, for the stunning photos she took. We are going to treasure these photos forever.

My then-fiance said after meeting Eileen, "I knew you'd pick her because I feel like you guys would be friends in real life." And after our engagement shoot and wedding, I still feel that way. Eileen is incredibly talented, that's obvious for anyone who sees her photos. But she is also so professional, organized, and most importantly, a great human. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, gave enough direction that we weren't awkward, but still let us be ourselves and not do any weird cheesy poses. After receiving an impressively large gallery of images from our wedding, I was so amazed at how she was able to capture my favorite quiet moments of the day, so many memorable candids of our guests and all the little details that blur in my mind after the event.

Working with Eileen was an actual dream! We chose Eileen not only because of her amazing work, but because we loved how family oriented she is (like us) and that that would come through in our photos. In the planning process, Eileen responded to all of our emails quickly and was super helpful answering alll of our questions. At Christmas time, she even sent us a sweet card! A week before our wedding, she came to our apartment and spent an hour with us chatting details and life. On our wedding day, she was calm but also fun and we felt extremely comfortable and confident. After the wedding, she gave us a preview a couple days after the wedding, and delivered our full album within the promised timeline. When she mailed the drive with our photos, she included a nice note AND printed photos. I can go on and on on how much I recommend Eileen, and will be forever thankful she was a part of our special day.

Eileen was absolutely amazing. She did our engagement shoot and our wedding day. Not only was she personable and flexible, she captured the emotion and excitement of our wedding parties, families, and wedding guests. I would highly recommend her!

Eileen was the BEST. When looking for a photographer for my NYC wedding I knew I wanted two things: someone not in my face all day and someone to capture the spirit of the day. She did both :) The photos are incredible. They're modern and fit the vibe of my husband and I. It feels real and the laughter, party and special moments shine through. Highly recommend Eileen. I'll likely call her again for my next big life moment.

Eileen was professional, knowledgeable, communicative. She is unbelievably talented and has an incredible eye. Of all the vendors we looked at, many of whom have established themselves as industry stalwarts, we feel that Eileen is the one that will legitimately become famous for her work. She's that good. We got married in Bryant Park in Midtown NYC in fall of 2017. We spent lots of time finding a photographer that took original photos, that really incorporated the living breathing city into the photos, while still capturing the delicate aesthetic my wife had planned, and Eileen really hit the mark. She was accommodating to whatever we wanted to do, got to know us and our aesthetic, and scouted the venue the week before to make sure they came out exactly how we wanted. On the day of the wedding, she came out guns blazing, take no prisoners, in a way that belied her easygoing nature. It was an awesome sight to see. In the midst of chaos, she was all business and made sure that everyone was in the right place at the right time. Told our wedding party exactly where to be and what to do. The photos, of course, came out perfectly. Would recommend to anyone. Easiest recommendation I've ever made.

I can't wait to find a reason to work with Eileen again. She recently photographed our wedding at The Foundry in Long Island City and simply put we (and our family and friends) love the photos. Beyond her ability to capture natural moments of love and joy, she was fun and easy to work with during the couple and family portraits (which we were dreading). Added bonus, she made my fairly camera shy family look stunning. Eileen is wonderful to work with. Funny, caring, and extraordinarily talented.

We had the pleasure of working with Eileen on both our engagement shoot and wedding celebration and cannot say enough about her and her work. Both our engagement shoot and wedding took place on the Cape in Harwich Port, MA. From the start we knew we were working with a true professional. Eileen is fun, witty, artistic and organized. Through the entire process she made us feel at ease, we had fun, and you can see that through her photography. I greatly appreciated Eileen’s emphasis on her site location research and selections. As we know New England weather is never predictable and Eileen was flexible to work with any and all that happened on the big day. Any couple would be so lucky to have Eileen part of their special day.

We hired Eileen to do our engagement shoot in Connecticut and photograph our Newport, RI wedding and she surpassed all of our expectations! For me, the key to finding the right photographer was a balance of artistic talent and a personality that we could vibe with. Upon looking through Eileen's portfolio, I was instantly curious. I love the way she captures people and moments. I also appreciate her attention to detail. She has a great eye and artistic style. I knew from the moment that I spoke to her on the phone for our initial meeting that she was the right photographer for my husband and I, two camera-shy people. She is sophisticated, witty and funny. Behind the camera, she has a natural way of putting you at ease and making it about the moment between you versus all that is going on around you. She was able to give us direction and guidance, without overwhelming us. She is a true professional and came organized and prepared for all of our events. Eileen made us laugh throughout moments that otherwise may have felt awkward. Most importantly, Eileen was very supportive throughout the process without being overly assertive. She listened and heard my vision and then applied that to capturing not just images but the feel and energy of who we are as a couple. Eileen had us fill out a questionnaire before the wedding to make sure that she got all the photos that were important to us and made sure to check in with us at the end of the night to make sure that there weren't any others we wanted to add on. Before the wedding she connected with me to advise me of the logistics and timeline following my requests, so there were no surprises on the day. For two people who were worried about having to take photos, it all seemed effortless! We are so pleased to have had the opportunity to work with Eileen!
